Experience the most spectacular sunsets at this enchanting new Sunset Villa, just steps away from the water!  Free parking.

Nestled close to the scenic point where the Delaware Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean, this idyllic retreat has a contemporary open floor plan, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. 

The kitchen is a culinary haven, fully stocked with state-of-the-art appliances, cookware, coffee maker, electric kettle, blenders, toaster, etc.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible with twin beds that can convert into a king size if preferred.

Sunset Villa features a back deck, complete with patio set and a Weber gas grill, ideal for those cocktails and outdoor meals. The back yard is spacious, inviting relaxation or play.  

Take leisurely strolls along the coast, where the serene environment provides opportunities to spot dolphins, bird watch, and search for unique seashells. One well behaved small dog permitted with pet fee at booking. Note, dogs are allowed on the local beach before 11am and after 4pm from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 

Situated conveniently, you're just a few miles away from the historical allure of Cape May and the vibrant Wildwoods. Engage in local culture with nearby breweries, wineries, distilleries, festivals, farm stands, markets and outdoor concerts. Attractions like the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum, mini-golf, driving range, golf, playgrounds, basketball courts and ice cream shops add to your experience. For shopping, the Cape May Washington Street Mall and Wildwood Boardwalk are not to be missed. Adventure is never far away with options like kayaking, surfing, paddleboarding, boogie boarding, and fishing. For a unique excursion, consider a day trip via the Cape May Ferry to Delaware or an exciting visit to the Atlantic City casinos, about an hour away. Essentials are easily accessible, with local markets, restaurants, Wawa and CVS just a short distance away.

We loved staying at this property, Kyran was an amazing host. The home was so lovely, clean and had everything we could need. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we were happy to use the outdoor bbq. We loved the short walk to the bay and enjoyed seeing all the sights Cape May had to offer. Great property, thanks again Kyran!

We had six family members stay here for a Coast Guard Graduation. The house was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The owner was very helpful through the entire process and answered all of my questions promptly. The location was perfect. It is a very easy 20-minute drive to the Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May but far enough away from so you do not have to deal with all the crowds of Cape May. There are several very good restaurants within a 5–10-minute drive. The sunsets over the bay were spectacular just as advertised!!! We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was spotless. The rooms were nicely balanced in spaciousness and enjoyed the single level layout. We were able to walk the beach each morning and took pleasure of the beautiful sunset over the gulf. It was an easy drive into Cape May for when we wanted to visit there.

A Great Stay

From start to finish this trip could not have been any better. The house it perfectly kept. It has everything we needed and was spotless. Merely steps from the beach and surrounded by awesome places to eat. We are already planning next year

Cute Beach House

We enjoyed our long weekend. The house is very clean and has a nice beach feel. The host was always available to answer our questions. It’s down the street from a small private beach.

Quiet Retreat

We came down for a Nationals Dance Competition in Cape May Courthouse. Wanted somewhere away from the town traffic & craziness of the beach side but still convenient. This was the perfect location for my family, our friend, & her daughter (3 adults, 2 kids, & our dog). Took an easy 20 minutes to get to our dance venue or the ocean beaches. Bay Beach was less than a block away so we enjoyed early morning & sunset walks on the beach. Appreciated being in a quiet, more residential area as we had some early mornings. House was newly updated, clean, & had everything we needed. Host was responsive & helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we performed locally again or if wanted to visit Cape May or Wildwood, would make this home base & do day trips. Overall very happy with our stay.

Beautiful Family Vacation Home

This house is wonderful! Everything is newly redone and beautiful. The house is so clean. Tons of fresh, new towels and bed linens are readily available. The location is so close to the bay! We wish we had more time to spend right there at the bay! When we planned our itinerary (ahead of our trip) we had no idea how perfect this spot was and how we could have spent more time right there at our vacation house so close to the bay! If you plan to travel to Wildwood and/or Cape May attractions (which we did) we found that nothing was more than 20 minutes! Beautiful home, great location!! And best of all, they welcomed our furry friend!
