Brand new three bed, two bath home just four blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom with a king-sized mattress overlooks Asbury Avenue through three sprawling windows that welcome in natural light.

The second bedroom is just steps down the hall with a queen-sized memory foam mattress. The third bedroom features two full-sized bunk beds and all rooms have ample closet space.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and toiletries. The upstair's bathroom has a standing shower and the downstair's bathroom has a tub and shower combo.

In the kitchen, we provide a traditional coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven with a conventional stovetop, sink with pull down hose nozzle, and a dishwasher. All tableware, utensils, dish soap and hand soap are also supplied for guest use.

All bed linens, towels, and kitchenware are included. In-unit laundry, wifi and workspace also available. There is free street parking for guests.

Not a great property. Looks far nicer in the pics than in person. Peeling paint, a little mold. The Bungalow Bowls is loud all day long - I was less bothered by the blender sound than being woken at 7am by the loud music (largest bedroom is directly over the bungalow bowls). It was generally clean and all the appliances worked and the location was great.

The place was moldy and the advertising was completely in accurate. It says this house can sleep up to 8, but that is completely false. They promised us 2 bunk beds the size of double beds. When we got there, it was 1 twin with a trundle. We had to have people sleep on the floor. The bannister is also literally hanging on by a thread. VERY UNSAFE!!! when I contacted the Manager numerous times, they never responded! Terrible customer service!

Great Location, Very Clean - No Bunks

The space was great! Updated, clean, modern - perfect for a small group. Of note, the bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom is actually a day bed w/ a trundle. The room is a bit too small for the trundle to pull out entirely. It works all right for a small kid (age 10 or less), but definitely not a grown child or adult. Beyond that, though, the place was perfect!

Great location, clean apartment

Overall, it was good. It’s a great location, clean, with comfortable beds. The upstairs bathroom is small but adequate. The only concern I would pass on to other travelers is that, while the host did respond to my initial messages, the (admittedly minor) issues we had weren’t resolved. We never got the downstairs tv to work (again, not that big a deal), and the garbage disposal didn’t work, so the kitchen sink backed up. Again, overall, you can’t argue with the location (5 blocks from the boardwalk, it was clean, and check-in was super easy.

To start off I messaged the owner to ask about the reviews and if the issues were fixed. The owner quickly responded and said yes, so I gave her a chance and trusted that she was being honest. I was completely disappointed, nothing was fixed. There is mold in the vents, shower was not fixed. The rugs were dirty and I was even lucky enough to find a dirty Q-tip behind the door in the one bedroom. It’s also true that the pictures are not accurate. There is no bunk bed and you can use the bed underneath because the room is too small. There was a pubic hair on the toilet seat downstairs. The washer and dryer are disguising. Sand all throughout the house. Lastly you can hear every noise from the store connected to the apartment and the ice machine through out the night. Everything in the reviews are true it needs to be taken down and it is absolutely not new and renovated. I messaged her to give her the opportunity to fix my disappointment but she got her almost 2000 for two nights. Please do not waste your money this place is dirty and noisy.

Disappointed

The place was not as nice as we expected. There were several repairs needed. My kids didn’t even want to shower there because they were afraid the ceiling was going to fall on them and a spider that clearly had been there for a while. I have pictures of you need . The price was too high for this condition!!!

Great Booking

Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. If you’re not an early riser, I’d suggest booking elsewhere just due to the Bungalow Bowls business utilizing their blenders and turning their music on at 7:30am each morning. Didn’t bother us any as we are awake early each morning. Overall, a fabulous stay!

This property listing looked great but the listing was misleading. It was overpriced and in bad shape. I reached out to the manager and they gave me the code to the closet and there was a pile of crumpled linens that I couldn't tell were dirty or clean. It was listed that it slept 8 so we brought kids' friends- it only slept 6. It listed that it had toiletries like shampoo and hand soap and paper towels, hand towels and wash clothes- there were none. The listing made it seem like the parking was included- you needed to 'score' a free spot out front or drive around awhile to find it or use paid parking and move your car every 3 hours. All of these issues would have been fine if we knew what we were getting into and the property was less.Specifics:-mold coming out of the vents-TV stand broken-upstairs steps railing was broken and dangerous so that if a child leaned on it the whole thing could fall (it was tied with a piece of loose rope)-blinds into the living space/kitchen at a few inches too short so everyone who stands out front waiting for their bungalow bowls at the restaurant outside can stair into your space (not private)-water leaks on the ceilings-listing shows dble sized bunk bed, but it's a sngle bed with a trundle bed below, no room for trundle to pull out-gross staining on couch-closet door off

Unfortunately, I am another review saying the same as the others. The mold on the vents is growing on the ceiling. The water damage they had in the other reviews is still visible. The kitchen ceiling and the 1st floor bathroom ceiling is peeling, and not a slight peel, It is peeling away from the wall. The checklist has you strip the bed and put the linens in the washer machine. When I stripped the one bed there were two pee stains, I don’t know why I was shocked considering the condition of the place, but I was shocked. Then for the banister to be broken and tied together by cloth, is unbelievable to me. I am sure people bring young kids to stay at this rental and that is a two story drop. Why on earth would anyone risk injury. Wild. Just wild. Yes , the carpet is stained, the açaí bowl place is loud, but you forget all about that when you see the mold, the pee, the drywall peeling, and the banister tied together. People work hard all year and plan a nice stay with their family and taking advantage of that is not right. The banister could be fixed with an L bracket for under 20 bucks and a conscious decision is made to tie it together with cloth? Take bleach and wipe the mold off the walls before each stay to just give appearance of a standard. That to me is the worst of it all, the blatant disregard for people, their vacation, and their safety. Lesson learned, I will read all reviews and unfortunately, I will assume the business did not fix or correct the concerns.

Great location (If you don’t mind listening to blenders and music from Bungalow Bowls. Oh, and tons of people right outside your windows. Keep that in mind when you step out of the shower. lol) and the place is super cute on the surface. Just don’t look too close. All of the issues that reviewers mentioned a year ago are still there - black mold coming out of the vents, water damage on the ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, rusted out washer (and the dryer was full of sand), etc. All of this brought to the attention of the owner a year and still has not been addressed. My grandson took a shower upstairs and water came out of the chandelier downstairs in the kitchen. I notified our host right away. I asked if someone would be checking it because it was challenging to have 6 people using one shower. I was told “we’ll teach out to our team and see.” Needless to say we didn’t use that shower again the rest of the week… or turn on the chandelier in the kitchen. When we booked this house, we got it for a really good price. So, we figured we would just make the most of it. But, I saw it is listed for a lot more money for future stays this summer. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend that anyone rent this property until significant repairs are made.

Beware before booking!

The apartment was not as advertised. It is not a BRAND NEW renovated apartment and when we got in noticed black mold on the downstairs vents and the kitchen ceiling had significant water damage. We couldn’t use the above shower bc of this. It is not a bunk bed, it’s a sliding futon in one of the rooms and you can’t actually slide out the bottom trundle bc it’s wedged in btw the closet. The apt is right next to and above Bungalow Bowles so starting early in the morning get ready to hear blending and chopping. If you are a light sleeper or plan on sleeping in that is not happening. The dryer is completely dated and rusted so we didn’t even do laundry even though a washer dryer is advertised. The only good thing is its location and good sized apartment.

False advertising and DIRTY!!

We had booked this stay for 8 girls for my sister’s bachelorette weekend away. The house was listed to sleep 8 when we got there the bunk bed with double mattresses was a twin trundle that could not pull out. and there was really on space for 5 to sleep. 6 if you squeezed someone into the king or forced them to stay on the bottom trundle that didn’t extend out. In addition the house was a mess!! mold in the vents coming out onto the ceiling, broken stairway railings, a large crack and water damage in the ceiling of the kitchen. The washing machine was rusted the downstairs bathroom door did not shut. The upstairs bathroom shower was shooting water from the pipes and the bathroom sink upstairs was loose. Also the tv just didn’t turn on even after we plugged it in across the room with extension cords. On top of all these issues it was dirty, the floors were not swept, the beds were made with stained and wrinkled sheets, I almost wonder if there even was a turn over cleaning done. When I brought this to the attention of the host, they thanks me but didn’t offer any solution. There was not even cleaning options in the home for me to clean their mess not even a broom. The pictures shown are of “new listing” clean and with different sleeping arrangements that can accommodate the amount of people they claim their home can. It may be a new listing but the home is full of old hazardous damages. I will not be staying here again.
