Bright and charming; our traditional cedar shingled stand alone cottage is a testament to traditional Cape cottage style!
Our one bedroom one bathroom cottage is cheery and comfortable with all of the comfortable modern amenities for single or double occupancy.
The sofa in the living room folds down into a full/double futon bed for a second sleeping space.
The bedroom has a very comfortable North American Queen size bed, plenty of shelving for storage, new split A/C with dehumidifier & heat pump to keep you comfortable on those hot summer nights. It also provides heat to keep you warm on those crisp Spring or Fall nights. Slide the barn style doors closed for privacy or leave them open to feel the breeze! Enjoy the luxury of watching the second TV in bed if that is what you desire.
A well equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, four burner gas stove with oven, and a retro modern microwave, drip coffee maker & a great cappucino machine! The kitchen has everything you need to save money and cook, grill or to relax and enjoy takeaway!
Dine or work at the unique hand crafted kitchen island or outdoors on your very own private decks (side & stunning new back space) and picnic table. Enjoy morning coffee or just read a book on the sectional sofa, love seat, coffee table and chairs. Admire the surrounding gardens with lavender, lilies, sage and hydrangeas. Breathe in the ocean air.
Wash the ocean from your body but not from your soul under the stars or in the warmth of the sun in your own very gorgeous new large and private beautiful outdoor shower (with hot and cold water). Bare foot zone in outdoor shower please. An absolute treat!
If showering outdoors is not to your fancy feel free to shower indoors. The bathroom is bright with beautiful colors from the sea. Admire the mermaid and seashells.
We are located just steps away from the seasonal association outdoor swimming pool which is for residents and guests only. Far enough for privacy and close enough for a quick dip! Safety rules will be in effect. It is a great place to lounge, relax and unwind. Hours are from 8 am. to sunset. Great for kids and adults.
Pool opening hours & maintenance are mandated by condo, state & town officials. (usually open July & August). Pool is completely maintained and operated by our condo association who take great pride in its maintenance. **Usually open until end of Labor Day weekend. Pool opening & availability is not guaranteed. Owners (we) do not have any control over this.
Our cottage can be a great retreat, a romantic getaway or just a fun comfortable place to work with fast reliable wifi or vacation in beautiful Provincetown and around stunning beaches.
Additional comforts include a dual zone split A/C (bedroom & main room) full sized sleeper futon like sofa in the living room, two televisions, large beautiful private decks, large bright, beautiful & private outdoor shower, grill, games, a series of books from our friends & local authors, a seaside children’s book series, traditional drip coffee machine, a fantastic cappuccino machine, ceiling fan, fantastic kitchen, unique bright and beautiful Cape Cod decor throughout, and free parking is included with your rental. No need to pay extra! Parking is at a premium in town.
Tucked away from the main road yet still on Commercial Street you may hear crickets and birds outside your window, feel and smell the ocean breezes, see amazing stars and butterflies. It is a beautiful area that is far enough from town for quiet but close enough to bike or stroll into town center (approximately two miles). The bus stop into Provincetown is located just outside the property grounds and goes into town so no need to drive. If you enjoy walking may we recommend strolling the beach at low tide, collecting seashells, playing games or simply basking in the sunshine. Steps away on our grounds is a private boardwalk and sandy trail to the bay beach. Sit, unwind and relax or take a dip. Or take a short ride along the seashore where you will encounter endless paths, trails, and more stunning ocean side beaches. Several within a short 5-10 minute drive.

Please note our cottage comes with one set of Queen size bedroom linens, a set of towels per guest.(2 max) **Extra linens or extra towels can be requested & easily arranged upon request. **There is a doorbell with camera. It views all around the door area, grill, and parking area. All other outdoor and indoor spaces remain private.
