Este estudio está situado en el West End de Provincetown en el agua. Está a un corto paseo del Boat Slip, restaurantes, galerías, tiendas y el centro de la ciudad. Los pasos de la cubierta conducen directamente a la playa para dar paseos por la mañana o nadar.

Beautiful place with spectacular harbor views. Had everything we needed -- great location, attractive decor, great appliances and fixtures. Owners were easy to reach and super helpful with directions when we neede them. Nice neighbors. We'll definitely be back!

Outstanding Location and Amazing Views

The location is perfect - it is in the quite West end for relaxing and then a short walk to the social scene in town. The views are amazing morning, noon and night which can be enjoyed from the semi-private deck or while sitting inside They make outstanding use of the smaller space. Overall one of the most enjoyable spaces I have stayed at in P-town

Amazing 'Home Away from Home'

We stayed at Jim & Tom's place and immediately fell in love with it and the area. They truly paid attention to every detail in the condo. It was very clean and had ample space. You have access to the water just off of the deck. We spent a lot of time sipping coffee or cocktails on the deck while watching the sailing school and others in the water. But the experience wouldn't be complete without getting in the water for a swim yourself! It was simply paradise. The neighbors were also very nice and we truly felt welcomed. We will definitely be staying again!

Ptown West End Stay

Very good location, deck on the water/beach awesome, the place is small but very cute. Having Relish right out front is a huge bonus-food, especially the pastries (even had gluten free options), are GREAT!!! Only issue, not one that would prevent a return, but the murphy bed is not the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on-just saying.

Perfect Studio

The condo had everything that you needed for your stay. Although compact, the condo is very well designed, and the owners thought of everything that you might need to make your stay comfortable. The place was clean and the Murphy bed was really easy to use. It was such a treat to look out and see the water every morning.

Fantastic condo right on the water!

This condo was great -- I highly recommend a stay here. It was small but the owners did an excellent job with use of space, and it was the perfect size for a couple. You cannot beat the views of the water from both inside the condo and the semi-private deck area! We had a great stay, and would reserve again!

A gem in the best and quietest part of Ptown

Stunning views from this gem of a spot in Ptown. The captivating photos don’t do the stunning view justice. Will definitely revisit.

Great location

Great location right in town but still tucked away and quiet. The back patio was amazing. We had a slight issue with checking in but Jim was very responsive and was resolved quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend staying here and we’ll be back!

Perfect in every way

Absolutely perfect stay! Immaculately kept and furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our getaway. Amazing use of space throughout. Quiet and friendly complex in a wonderful location within short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Owners were quick to respond to a request. Onsite parking is such a bonus. We can’t wait to return for another stay. Thank you!!

Wonderful & Beautiful Place!

My husband and I had the best time in P-Town & this perfect little apartment was exactly what we needed. Jim & Tom were fantastic, super responsive, and accommodating. The location is incredible and we frequented Relish (little sandwich/dessert shop) in the same unit. We also met the neighbors who were incredible. 10/10 recommend this place! Hope to be back!

Jim and Tom's place was amazing!

This place was well appointed, everything one would need for their VRBO stay was there, and then some. It's located directly on the beach, and is just gorgeous, whether high or low tide. The surrounding residents are incredibly kind and welcoming to renters. The location is on the west end away from the town center yet walkable to wherever you want to go in P-Town. The Murphy bed was so comfortable, which is a major plus for me and my aching back. Jim is very quick to respond to my text messages, before and during our stay. Many thumbs up from this writer!

Great place to relax and get away from the city.

I had a lovely time at Tom and Jim’s place. It had everything I needed and a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. I’m hoping to come back again next year.

Wonderful!

We love this place! This was our second stay at Jim and Tom’s condo, so that should should tell you something. The location is perfect, which includes the neighborhood, the neighbors, and it’s on the water. The condo is the perfect size for two people. Modern decor with an upgrade on the bed. As always Jim and Tom were easy to contact and responded quickly. We hope to book again next year.

Beautiful cozy place on the water

We had a great time at this property. The owners were available any time we had a question and the apartment had everything we needed. From the photos it isn’t obvious that the bathroom with the cute porthole isn’t on an outside wall so from within the privacy of the artment you can peak out and look at the view while showering. Just a cute place close to everything but quiet.

Modern, beachy perfection!!!

My partner and I spent a glorious week in this meticulously designed, bright, beautiful condo! Cozy, comfortable, modern, clean and quiet, with a beautifully stocked kitchen and an AMAZING Murphy bed! Coffee on the deck each morning was simply heaven! One of my favorite stays in 15 years!

Perfect PTown Place!

My stay here was great from start to finish! The location is excellent - in a great part of town, a short walk one direction to the center of town, and a short bike ride the other direction to the beach. And the water is literally right at your doorstep. There is a constant visual connection from inside the unit to the water, and a physical connection with the deck just outside the glass back doors. Inside the unit is appointed with everything you need in a beauitiful , efficient space. I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Our Happy Place

This was our second visit to PTown, the first time was last summer. We loved it so much we couldn't wait to return. This time we wanted a more personal and private place to stay, and Jim and Tom's condo was that place. Their condo was everything they said and more. Being right on the water was our "must have," and their place was perfect! The condo was nicely decorated and it had plenty of space for my wife and I. The neighborhood and the neighbors were great, but in all honesty that can be said for all of Provincetown. Jim and Tom were easy to get in touch with and they were very accommodating with all my questions :-) We will definitely return!

Great location, beautiful water view and next door to Relish, great sandwiches and baked goods. Clean cute place. Porthole in the shower, how fun. You’ll be very happy if you stay here.

Quaint with magical view

This property is magical. The decor is beautiful and interesting, the kitchen is set up perfectly for cooking in and has all the things you need on hand! There is a couch bed that most would find comfortable if they prefer a firm sleep. Being that it’s a studio, and I think the place packs in everything for the size (perfectly spacious for 2). Jim and Tom were so kind, helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It’s a condo building, so the parking is tandem, just be aware of that and the rules provided and you won’t have an issue. The neighbors are sweet and helpful as well. Relish is next door and it’s an easy walk to the main area with restaurants, as well as beautiful walking or biking to beach, making it a quiet and convenient spot. Lastly, I will never get over the VIEWS and I feel like we hit the Jack pot being able to rent this place!!! I’ve been all over and I don’t think anything has compared to the magical scenery you will find from the deck or looking out from inside the space. You feel like you are floating on the water from your deck when tide is high and can easily step down from the deck and cool off. I can imagine the beauty all year round. I want to come back and we just left! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend for all who want to come to Ptown to relax and adventure. ❤️❤️

Lovely Waterfront Studio

This waterfront studio exceeded our expectations. Waking to the sound of the ocean, sunning on the deck, making meals in the modern kitchen, and meeting neighbors in the complex was an enjoyable experience. The unit is beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities a couple would ever need for a relaxed vacation. Being centrally located we never used our car. The communication with Jim and Tom was fantastic. They're responsiveness was second to none. We look forward to staying here in the future. -William
