A Children’s Paradise

Elegant over-sized colonial in Naushop! The open concept first fl boasts bedroom with en-suite. The second fl has an additional primary bedroom with en-suite, as well as king & queen bedroom that share a newly redone soaking tub bathroom. The children will have sleepovers of their dreams in the attack with a 75” TV. Newly redone in June 2022 basement includes an arcade, in home theater, and twin beds. Entertainers backyard, community tennis courts, pool, & playground for your family to enjoy! Naushop is located center island close to all beaches and a bike ride away from town. Enjoy the private community pool, tennis courts, and playground specifically for Naushop guests and residence. Enjoy evening strolls around the neighborhood, reading the unique quarter boards. There are beach chairs, beach toys, and games to use. The driveway can fit 1-2 cars and there is also on-street parking.

Stephenie was truly the best host we could have asked for; SO helpful, kind and thoughtful. On top of that, her property was perfect for a large group - clean, great location, exactly as pictured. You should absolutely stay here if you get the chance.

Perfect home for a large/multifamily group!

We have rented a few different homes in Naushop over the years because we have young kids and like the mid-island, 1-way cul-de-sac neighborhood with access to a pool and tennis/pickleball courts. This time we were traveling with 3 families and multiple kids ranging in age from 8 to 15 so finding an affordable house that could accommodate everyone was a tough find. But this home was perfect! I also liked that it's tucked in the back of Naushop rather than adjacent to the busy road as sometimes you can hear traffic/trucks in those homes.We had 2 teen boys that loved sleeping in the basement room, and a bunch of kids who loved being together in the large trundle room! 3 couples each had their own room and there was one leftover for any overflow (if kids from the trundle room wanted a break etc). The 1st floor had a nice open feel with a large table and an island. The kids loved backing up to the pool/playground too! The house was stocked with beach towels and chairs. The homeowner, Stephanie, was so accommodating and available whenever we had questions. Very laid back and easy!

Beautiful house & roomy for a big group

It turns out that the "Children's Paradise" is also a perfect house to rent for a group of adults to spend a friends weekend together! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and had just been spruced up with fresh paint before our arrival. The first floor has a nice open kitchen, living room, and dining room area which is great for a big group to all hang out, along with the options of a comfy porch and a patio out back. The bedroom situation was perfect for our group of 14, which is super difficult to find when looking to rent. The Naushop location was only a few minutes' drive from town and mid-island stores. Additionally, Stephanie was an incredible host to work with. Easy, fast, and clear communication before, during, and after the stay. We hope to be back some day!

Perfect rental for multiple families!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. Our party consisted of 3 families - 6 adults, one teen and 6 kids from ages 11-4. The bedrooms were perfect - 3 bedrooms with king beds, the teen had her own queen bedroom and the kids loved the attic room with all the twin beds. The living area on the first floor is open and spacious, with quality, comfortable furniture. The beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Stephanie checked on us via text often and was incredibly responsive to our every need. The neighborhood is adorable, and a short uber ride to town. Highly recommend!

The most amazing stay!

From the moment we started communicating with Stephanie, to our arrival, and departure, everything has been outstanding. The house is exactly, if not better, than the listing online. Stephanie was very informative, quick to respond, and very helpful. The location of the house is minutes from the airport, and downtown. The downstairs game room was so fun and the bicycles they provided were a definite plus for getting around the island. Staying here made our trip so much better. If we ever come back to Nantucket, we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful week to celebrate Mom & Dad!

Our family of 14 rented this house to celebrate my Mom and Dad’s birthdays - it was perfect! My siblings and I and our children had plenty of room to relax, read, play games, cook and enjoy some meals, coffee or wine together! The bedrooms were so comfortable and cozy and were a great retreat when needed! The young children and teens also loved having the upstairs and basement to themselves! The pool and tennis courts were a short walk away and the beautiful beaches were a 10-25 minute drive away depending on how far you want to venture! The Wave is convenient (although a little long of a walk to the development stop for the elderly) to take around the island to visit some popular spots but I definitely recommend renting a car and having the freedom to come and go as you please and explore the whole island! Stephanie is awesome and has so many helpful tips on what to see or do! She checks in regularly and is an amazing host! I feel like I know her by now, lol! My only recommendation would be for a pancake griddle since our kids like their pancakes on Sunday mornings. Otherwise, this house has anything you may want or need! We will always treasure our memories made at “3 Gulls & A Buoy”!

Family Dream Home

We had kids and grandkids with us on this family vacation. The house was perfect!! Great bunk area for kids and a theater to watch movies. We loved this house. Stephanie was amazing in contacting us and helping us enjoy the property.

Wonderful ACKommodations

This beautify decorated home is in an excellent location, close to many of the island attractions and the neighborhood is just lovely. Going for morning walks and reading all the neighborhood quarter boards was a treat as well as having access to the neighborhood amenities. The house itself was very roomy for two families of three and my mom. We were able to be together in the common areas very comfortably and had our own spaces with the two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept extremely well! The kids LOVED the Children’s room with the six day/trundle beds and immediately unpACKed their clothes and toys. The downstairs media/game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults! The owner, Stephanie, was a delight to work with and I’ll miss relaying our daily adventures but we are absolutely staying here again!

An Amazing Family Stay in Nantucket!!

Our multigenerational family rented this beautiful home for four days after Christmas! It exceeded our expectations and we would love to make it a new annual tradition! The house was super spacious, spotless and very comfortable for our large group. The younger kids loved both the arcade games on the lower level and the huge entertainment system on the top floor. There were more than enough beds for all 16 of us to sleep comfortably and the open floor plan on the main floor was ideal for being all together. The location was perfect too! We had rented a car so it was a quick drive downtown but we easily ubered and walked a few times as well. The house must be amazing in the summertime when you can utilize the outside patio and enclosed porch. Without a doubt, the best part of this rental is the homeowner Stephanie! She was so warm, accommodating and such a wonderful host throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience and treated us like a good friend! We cannot say enough about this vacation rental!! It is truly an incredible gem!

Beautiful home, would stay again!

Clean and beautiful home with a great layout and lots of rooms for guests and kids. We were easily able to bike into town and other spots which was also fun. Last but not least, Stephanie was a wonderful host - very communicative and helpful!!

A great week!

Hesitant to write this review because I don’t want anyone else snagging up this property on us for next year! We were a large group 9 adults and 6 kids ranging from 10 months - 12 years old. This house was able to accommodate us all comfortably. I loved that it was a Sun to Sunday rental as it might it easier to get vehicle ferry reservations. Stephanie was more than accommodating checking in from time to time and was very responsive whenever we had a question. Kids loved the arcade games in the basement and the adults loved the open floor plan with plenty of room for large group to gather together for meals and hanging out! Will definitely look to head back next year.

Great property! Very spacious for large group or multiple families!

Kids from age 6-16 loved the basement with all the games and 3rd floor where they could all be together! Gave adults plenty of their own space. Owner and property manager were so kind and checked in multiple times! Would definitely recommend!

Making memories…

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 3-11. Everyone had a wonderful time. Plenty of space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The pool/playground/tennis courts were conveniently located right behind the house! The bike path was right at the end of the road. Close to everything we needed and a quick 10 minute drive to town. We were blessed with beautiful weather all week long! We definitely made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for opening your home to our family. We’ll definitely be bACK. ❤️

A week in Nantucket

We had a lovely stay on the Island and the location and the house worked perfectly. It is very conveniently located close to the airport, which helped a lot coordinating different arrival and departure times and dates for our group. And we could easily talk to town as well. We had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards for our use and a selection of bikes. The HOA pool was just around the corner. Everybody had a great time!

Buzzards Bay Crew

My husband and I had a “parents only” weekend away with a few other couples. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to stay comfortably. The kitchen, living room, dining, screened in porch and yard were the best combo for the layout. We spent so much time together relaxing for breakfast and dinner. Some of the guys in our group attended a fishing charter and we had an amazing dinner. We have rebooked this house and plan to bring the kids as it is the perfect place for kids with lots to do. Stephanie was inviting and attentive and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. She really adds such a personal touch.
