Bienvenido a Centennial Cottage at St. Simons Coast Cottages. The Centennial Cottage se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y las piscinas. The Coast Cottages es uno de los mejores lugares para alojarse en St. Simons

El Centenario tiene espectaculares vistas al mar y mucho espacio para toda su familia.

Nuestra casa está bellamente decorada en la decoración de Beach Cottage. Los pisos son un hermoso corazón de pino.

La cabaña duerme 11 y tiene 1 King, 2 camas queen, 2 juegos de literas y un sofá cama. Incluso tenemos un pack-n-play para uno pequeño.

El primer piso tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 de las habitaciones tienen camas queen y el tercero tiene 2 juegos de literas con capacidad para 4. Además, en el primer piso está la lavadora y secadora.

La cocina está en el segundo piso y tiene gabinetes blancos y encimeras de granito con una barra de desayuno. La cocina se abre a la sala familiar que tiene techos de 12 pies. La habitación familiar tiene un centro de entretenimiento con sonido envolvente. Puede conectar su I-Pod o reproducir sus CD favoritos. Tenemos una biblioteca de libros y videos para su disfrute. La habitación familiar tiene una pantalla plana de 47 't. v. con película gratis y t. v. mostrar proyección.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el piso superior y tiene una cama king size y una vista espectacular del océano. El amanecer desde el dormitorio principal es hermoso. La suite principal tiene su propio balcón privado. El tercer piso tiene sala de entretenimiento para niños con pantalla plana t. v .. La terraza acristalada también se encuentra en el tercer piso y tiene un sofá cama y una excelente vista de la playa y la piscina. La terraza acristalada es un gran lugar para que los niños pasen el rato con su propia camiseta. v. y Playstation.

Tenemos un total de 4 t. v.s en la cabaña. (sala familiar, terraza acristalada y las dos habitaciones principales)

La cabaña tiene una parrilla de gas privada que funciona con gas natural. No tiene que preocuparse por quedarse sin gasolina.

Te encantarán las dos fabulosas piscinas frente al mar, el pabellón y el acceso privado a la playa.

Estamos ubicados en la mejor zona de playa en St. Simons Tenemos playa en marea alta y baja.

Great property!

Excellent property. Easy walk to the pool and beach. We could walk to a number of restaurants as well. Clean and very comfortable.

Went for a weekend vacation St. Simon. The house was very homely and had a great location with very very easy access to the beach. Everything was well setup and it was definitely comfortable for all to sleep.

Another amazing stay!

Our second stay at this property was just as wonderful as the first! Amazing location and amenities. Super close to the beach (complete with newly updated boardwalk), pools, and plenty of restaurants and fun nearby. Easy communication with the property manager with quick responses. Can’t wait to return next summer!

.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Centennial Cottage! The size and layout of this home was perfect for our group. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location, proximity to the beach and community pool made it easy to take advantage of all the things to do on a beach vacation. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The house was great and well stocked for our family, and the 2 pools were great! My only minor complaint was how far a walk to the beach was. Nothing you can do about that. Loved the beach.

Just checked out centennial cottage this morning. 9 siblings and I weekend retreat and we could not have had a better time. This cottage was perfection for us....very well prepared and stocked with anything we could have needed. Definitely recommend.

Month on the Beach - Wish It Was Longer

Steps from the beach in a very unique neighborhood complex and a short walk or bike ride to great places to eat. Everything was very accurate on-line. The three levels and 5 bedrooms arrangement is a very comfortable and efficient set-up. Property owners were friendly & always responsive. We highly recommend the location.

Perfect Location on St. Simon's Island

We loved staying at this home on St. Simon's Island. Was very happy to be able to rent bikes for a few days through the property mgmt company as the shops/restaurants are a 10 min pedal away. Lots of room to spread out, and the kids liked having a bunk room to themselves. The beds were very comfortable. There are 2 pools at the end of the street and one is designated for young children. New decking around the pool. The home was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy to Sad to Happ!

We had booked this as a long weekend away with the grandkids. It changed into celebrating Grandpas life instead. Many laughs, many tears. The laugh outnumbered the tears & the last words were Let’s come here again. Be prepared for a lot stairs. I’m the only one that minded them.

Beautiful and Wonderful

We loved it from the moment we got there. The rooms were big and the balcony on every floor was wonderful. The only problems we had was first floor never really got cool. The pot and pans were not clean. The waffle maker was not working. But other then that the owner was great and answer every question I asked. We will come back

Beautiful but needs maintenance

The property’s location is great. The layout is nice. But, the maintenance on it was horrible. There were multiple appliances that didn’t function most could be replaced for under $200. There were little to no towels and facecloths. The beach chairs are all rusty and the bugs in the house are what was the most surprising for the amount of money that is paid for a weekend in that house. My suggestion is that the owners find someone who will maintain the property for guests.

Family vacation

It’s always fun to go to the beach with family and this is a lovely area. The pool and the boardwalk to the beach are great for little ones. The house was nice but a little tired. It’s ready for updates. There are missing drawer handles in the kitchen. The stand alone shower on the third floor does not have hot water and very little water pressure. The sheets are nice and soft because of the many washings but there is no elastic left in the fitted sheets so not very comfortable. We made it work and had a lovely time in St. Simon’s. I would recommend this community but not this particular house.

Very nice property, website and check out requirements should be updated

Very nice house and location. Accommodated the family of 12 well. (Young adults used the bunk bed rooms). Just a few points: The website needs to be more accurate with the master on the 3rd floor as it has no private bath. It's required to strip the beds, put linens in washer, take out trash and vacuum. We think that should be optional as the fees should cover it. The bathroom on the 3rd floor has a walk in shower and a tub/shower. The walk in shower had no hot water. Since we had another shower and only staying 3 nights, we didn't call for service.

Great Location

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just a one minute walk to the pool and maybe 3 minutes to the beach. We spent a lot of time by the water thanks to the short distance! The house is bright, spacious, and comfy. There are lots of stairs which are impossible to avoid due to the kitchen on the second floor and bedrooms on first and third floors. The pots and pans in the kitchen are superior to any place we've stayed before. We were missing kitchen scissors and paper for note taking, but these were minor annoyances. Everything was very clean except for the ceiling fans and vents which are in need of dusting. The property owner was a pleasure to work with, a great communicator, and we would not hesitate to book again with her. If you have never been to St. Simons Island, there is a lot of public beach access and the entire island is walker/biker friendly. There are also several parks with playgrounds if you need a change of pace for the kids. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
