New Smyrna beach condo

Just a fantastic stay. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we required. The view from the deck was amazing with all of the dolphins and boats going by. We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and bbq area.

Family fun in the sun

A wonderful community . The inter coastal water views and amenities were awesome! The accessibility to the beach and all that New Symerna has to offer was great !

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful condo with a view of the water from the enclosed Lanai. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with all your needs. It's pet friendly with plenty of walking areas for your Furby. I instantly felt at home. We were just minutes drive to the beach and a great selection of dining around us. Owner is exceptional and we will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A bit of Paradise on Earth

Quiet and well maintained. Situated directly on the intercoastal where, if you wanted to you could watch kayaks, pontoons, private yachts, and all types of fishing boats pass by. This along with the dolphins frolicking and the migration of whatever fish is in season made for beautiful, lazy days. We took advantage of one of the pools offered for use on the property and found the residents to be very cordial. Would definitely enjoy staying again.

Fabulous Views and Sunsets

We LOVE this condo. The views from almost every room are of the river. The location is close to everything! The owners are super responsive to any question/concern. The development is beautiful and very walkable. Neighbors were super friendly. It’s PERFECT! Can hardly wait to return.

Fishing paradise

The pictures don't even do it justice. Even when it was cold the dolphins say hello. The condo had everything I needed. Very comfortable. The residents in the community were so friendly.I will be back.

Great Water View Option

The property was comfortable and the views are breathtaking! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with the basics, and the owners were great to communicate with and they were very prompt! There were SO MANY dolphins it was incredible! My little Maltese loved watching the boats and the people walking on the pier! The pool was great and refreshing even in the hottest of days! We hope to be back! Thanks Kristina for everything!

Dolphin paradise

I entertained the first weekend. My family loved watching the boats go by and we had more than enough room for the whole bunch to brunch. Then I got to enjoy the view, make meals from the goodies I picked at the farmers market and shop to my hearts content including original art at the Hub and the art shows. A new set of pots and a slow cooker showed up to help with the colder than expected weather. Nothing can stop this from being my #1 favorite vacation spot.

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT VIEWS!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. It's super close to New Smyrna beaches, and 20 minutes to Daytona beaches. The beaches are BEAUTIFUL, and it's super cool that you can drive onto the wide beaches (except during high tides). While our son was visiting for a week during our four-week's+ stay, we went to the beach every day, which was lovely. My husband was entranced by the views of the channel from the patio, watching the numerous sailboats, yachts, pontoon boats, barges and tug boats make their way along the river and presumably out to the ocean. Highly recommend THE SPOTT restaurant in downtown New Smyrna Beach. A wonderful time in a wonderful condo!

March 2024 Stay

We stayed for the month of March. Communication with Krissy was great. She provided information on activities at the community by sharing their newsletter. Check in was super-easy. The condo was fully stocked, we appreciated the basket filled with some items to help you get started on your stay. Truly one of the best property managers I personally have worked with. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Great location and great viewing opportunities - whether watching a sunset or the wildlife in the IC - so many dolphins, plus manatees and turtles too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Rest and Relaxation!

We really enjoyed our stay! We know well and love New Smyrna Beach and the Bouchelle community. We particularly love being on the Intracoastal! The water, wildlife and the boats abound! Always interesting and very enjoyable. Sunsets are stunning. Bouchelle is quiet, very convenient to beach, Flagler and Canal Street shopping and dining, not to mention a stones throw from grocery store and other essentials. Bouchelle has many other amenities, pools, tennis, pickle ball, etc. The condo was nicely appointed, well equipped and very comfortable! The host could not have been more accessible and gracious! We would definitely choose to stay again! Thanks for a great visit!

Nice place to stay to relax. The waterfront is great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was nice to sit on the verranda and look at the dauphins and see the boats go by. The people we very friendly. The pools were really great.
