Everything included for your very short walk to the beach: beach cart to transport beach items like towels, chairs and umbrella, a portable cooler.

It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Guests are responsible for all electric charges exceeding $75 per week, $125 per 2 weeks, $175 per 3 weeks and $200 per month & thereafter.

Excellent rental and location

We had a great stay. The house has all you need. The beach cart, chairs, umbrellas and bikes were definitely a plus, as well as the proximity to the beach.

convenient for conference

The property was comfortable and clean. My 2 coworkers and I stayed at the property while attending a conference at the JW Marriott. It was convenient walking distance to the conference and quiet. We all thought the beds were a bit firm, but overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect family beach house

Exceeded our expectations! Spacious, fully stocked house has everything you need. Super clean. Cute decor. Great kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating areas. Amazing screened in pool. Very short walk to the beach. Overall a great choice to stay here!

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for our family spring break. It was clean. The patio area had plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The pool was clean and warm. The beach is right aound the corner and the house had chairs, coolers, bikes and wagons. We enjoyed our week!

Great house in a great location

Two families stayed at this house. It was clean, well stocked and in a perfect location, a five minute walk from the beach. We were able to walk many places, and everything else was just a short drive. The only issue we had was that the sliding door for the master bathroom was broken and unusable. After contacting Harborview, we were told they already knew about it and would fix it if we were ok with them taking down the door frame and drywall around it during our stay. We chose not to do that, but were surprised that they had not put up something temporarily to offer some privacy. They never even offered an apology for the inconvenience. We requested a discount on the property for the fairly large inconvenience of not having a door on one of the two bathrooms, but they refused. We understand that things happen, but this situation could and should have been handled much better.

Exactly what we were looking for

The house was great for our family of five (three boys under the age of 10). The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the two rooms our boys slept in, which both had TVs for them to enjoy in the mornings while we got an extra hour of sleep. The kitchen in the middle of the house is well stocked and spacious next to two tables for eating as well as a countertop bar. The living area, also in the middle of the house, is roomy with two full couches and accommodated multiple movie nights for us. The pool was clean and heated when we arrived and throughout our stay. There are sliding glass doors for access to the pool area from multiple rooms, and a big sliding window in the kitchen that opens to another countertop bar in the pool area, so we were able to prepare meals while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. The backyard surrounding the screened in pool is private thanks to tall hedges on all sides. The neighborhood was very quiet (except our boys haha) and safe while we were there in late December despite the island being full. The walk to the public beach access was maybe 10 mins with slow walking kids in tow. Very easy, just have to be careful crossing one busy crosswalk. The public beach is massive (probably 100 yards of flat sand from boardwalk to water), so no issues finding a place to nest for an afternoon. Literally the only complaint we had about the entire experience was the vacuum in the house didn't work well and there was no broom.

Property was great and in a very convenient location. We had issues during our stay with the house plumbing and the response from the management company was unacceptable as they did not resolve our issues at all.

Perfect location/Neighborhood/Pool & patio

I was worried from the aerial photo that it might be quite a ways from the beach. It really was a leisurely 5 minute walk to public beach access even pulling our coolers, wagons and beach supplies. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the privacy of the pool and covered patio area. It was a perfect spot to have dinner and relax after a day at the beach. The house had everything needed, included umbrella, chairs, wagons and coolers, for a day at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation home was great and as advertised. My only concern was the pool, by day three of our trip there was a very noticeable algae bloom spreading in the pool. So that really hindered our use of the pool but with the beach so close it really didn’t affect us. Overall, We would rent this place again and I say that because the description is spot on with all of the amenities.
