Steps to sand/2 King bedrooms/free laundry in unit

2 king bed, 2 bath gulf view condo in the heart of Marco Island. The building is right across the street from a free beach access and a short walk to the JW, restaurants & entertainment. The location of this property is one of its best assets.

The building boasts a heated pool, grill, tennis/pickleball court with racquets provided. We provide beach stuff and free laundry in the unit. Enjoy the sunset on the balcony in the Adirondack chairs or take your drink to view from the beach.

The apartment is a spacious 1200 sq ft with 2 bedrooms. Each has a king, Casper memory foam bed and two ensuite bathrooms with generously sized showers. We have all white bedding and bath towels. We have a full kitchen, with a new range installed October 2024. There is filtered ice in the fridge and we just installed a filtered water faucet in the kitchen sink for drinking water. We just purchased the property April 2, 2024 and read the reviews from the last owner and we have addressed every complaint from previous guests.

The building is catty corner to the JW Marriott. This apartment is ideal if you don’t want to pay the high prices at the JW but still need to attend a wedding or a conference there.

The balcony has views of the beach and water and the building is across the street from a free, public beach access that has no parking, so only people that can walk there are able to use this access.
San Marco Residences has a large, sunny heated pool and a tennis/pickle ball court. There is also a grill for the building.
We provide a rolling cart to bring your food down to the grill area with several grill tools.

We also provide a twin platform bed that is stored in the larger bedroom’s closet for your fifth guest. Let me know if you need it and I will set it up.

We also provide most amenities that you will need for your stay:

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in each bathroom
4 toilet papers in each bathroom
2 paper towels
1 new sponge
Hand soap and dish soap

The entire apartment is available for your use. The pool, grill and tennis/pickleball courts are also available for your use and shared by all the occupants of the building

Great Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and located right across from the beach. Also, there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area which are excellent. Lastly, our property manager answered all our questions and made great suggestions. Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful stay and location!

We had an amazing time in Marco, and our apartment was perfect! The place was so clean and updated, the attention to detail was super thoughtful. From the chocolates to snacks. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar was so nice. The rooms were super comfy. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back next year!

Best rental we have come across

This condo is perfect in so many ways. Close to everything but what stands out is the little extras throughout rental. Basket of snacks or basket of toothbrush etc. or laundry pods. This condo has it all. We have stayed in probably 50 and this was by far the best all around

Great unit and location

We couldn’t have asked for anything to be different. Heather was a great host, readily available for questions, and she had snacks and drinks available for us at our check in. The condo is located directly across from the beach access point and offers beautiful views from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed spending Christmas here and would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a top-notch home away from home experience.

Perfect for the family

We stayed in Marco for 4 days for a wedding. The location was perfect, the public beach access is right across the street! We could be out the door and on the beach in minutes. The condo was perfect for our family of four. One bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom and lots of closet space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with another full bathroom and closet. Kitchen and living area are roomy and had lots of amenities. The bag of ice in the freezer was a nice touch! The balcony had chairs and tables and looks right out to the ocean. They supplied beach chairs and toys, a wagon and towels. There is also a pool and tennis court and free parking! It was really perfect for our needs. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. if we go back to Marco we would definitely stay here again.
