Studio Cottage in back of owner's house, very private, great location on Fort Myers Beach. Extensively remodeled after the Hurricane. Quiet neighborhood but short walk to beach and shops, restaurants. Nicely and tropically furnished. Full Kitchen with Granite Countertops. Large bath. Queen sized bed. Laundry. Deck and large yard with tables, chairs, loungers. Tropical gardens. No loud music or partyers. No college students. A well behaved dog considered with pre-approval only.

Karen and Lloyd are the best! We love this little cottage and have visited three times. Easy walk to a beautiful beach, nice kitchen to cook in, plenty of nightlife in town if you want it. A delightful stay, as always.

This is a nice place that is a short walk to the beach. The hosts provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a cart to haul things to the beach. The hosts were very helpful. When she realized that the blender had not been replaced after the hurricane she immediately ordered one so we could fix breakfast smoothies. The location is within a 20 minute walk to several happy hours and restaurants. Also, note the advantage of a washer and dryer. I would certainly stay here again.

Hosts are friendly and very welcoming. Close walking distance to beach. Great couples place to stay and nice size bathroom. Full kitchen makes it nice to cook and not have to go out and eat every night. When visiting the Fort Myer area again I would definitely check to see if there is availability.

Such a cute studio. Full size bed with a small TV area. Up a step to the kitchen with a full size stove and refrigerator. The bathroom is huge. Laundry right outside your door. 9 minute walk down the street to the beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood. Private area to sit, eat and relax. Short walk to all the fun things the square has to offer. Free trolley and super cheap pay trolley. The best stay for two people on the island. Karen is so friendly and accomodating.

Nice studio with outdoor spaces, near beach

We had another nice stay at Karen and Lloyd’s place. Suits our needs as a couple perfectly. Nice kitchen and bathroom, good TV with plenty of viewing options, comfortable bed and short walk to sugar sand beach. We were very happy to be back.

Perfect Place for a Couple

The efficiency apartment was spotless and contained everything we needed-perfect for a couple. It was just a short 1/2 mile to the beach which included a walk through a friendly neighborhood. The hosts were warmly hospitable.

Wonderful and quiet place close to the beach

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The owners were the most friendly and welcoming folks you could ask for! The location was an easy short walk to the beach, but was still quiet and peaceful. The rental had everything we needed for the two of us. We would definitely come back!

Charming cottage—wonderful stay

This studio space is so nicely appointed with modern kitchen and bath, comfortable queen bed, nice TV viewing area and two outdoor spaces. Best of all worlds with the quiet of a dead end street but just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. So many thoughtful extras provided by the hosts who live on site and were lovely. Even post-Ian the island is alive and well with plenty of shops and restaurants. We’ll be back for sure!
