Conveniently located less than a block from the white sandy beaches of Estero Island (aka) Fort Myers Beach! Enjoy all of the comforts of home while on your vacation in this spacious and well-appointed 2nd Floor Unit. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and bars just a drive or trolley ride away. Fort Myers Beach is best known for its seven miles of sugary sand beaches, multitude of beautiful seashells, abundant sea life, amazing sunsets, and great restaurants. The outdoor features a HUGE screened-in Balcony, a comfy hammock to lounge in, a fire pit, and a Charcoal BBQ Grill.

Very cute beachy themed accommodations, in a quiet neighborhood, steps to the beach with easy beach access! My family and I have been staying on Fort Myers Beach for the past 15 years, and I think we found our forever rental!

5 Star Find!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The place is in a quiet neighborhood nice and close to the beach. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating to us which we really appreciated! Would recommend to anyone!

Nice property with good proximity to the beach, minimally outfitted. The beds were made with sheets and then a quilt bedspread. One blanket in the house for the fold out couch. No other blankets. A beach wagon was listed as having been replaced that we did not find. At check-in we found a list of rules that were harshly worded, including a stiff warning forbidding guests from using the washcloths to remove makeup, or from going to bed with makeup on. No alternate washcloth was offered and there was no mention of needing to bring these things in the listing. While I wasn't planning to do either, a guest shouldn't discover at midnight when they arrive after a flight that they don't have a way to wash their face or a pillowcase to sleep on. Also, guests are responsible for taking the garbage and recycling bins to the street on certain days, no matter when you arrive. We arrived on Wednesday and Thursday was garbage day so we hauled 3 completely overflowing bins of someone else's trash to the street with no clear path, so it was tipping over and spilling out on the way. That did not make me happy but we had to do it because we had nowhere to put our own trash.The property is pretty nice and the location is good but the hosting could be much better.

We LOVED staying in this house for our family vacation! We will definitely go back once the rebuild is complete! Willy was very attentive to my emails and text messages before, during and after our stay.

Our stay

We enjoyed being a block and a 1/2 away walking distance from the beach. Plenty of chairs and a roll cooler to use. We did not have power to one room - reached out to the owner and she tried to get someone to fix but due to current rebuild situation in the area - was not able to fix while we were there. We made due but was a little disheartening. For our short stay- it was a nice stay.

BEACH ACCESS

Due to the after effects of the Hurricane and the location was still going through clean up.. The Beach house stood up to its name. A short walk to the beach was nice for a family. The neighbors were from our home town area in NY. Didn't get the free wine, but would rent this place again in the future. Glad that we were able to help support the locals to stay in business.

Quiet residential area and not far from the beach

Things are still getting cleaned up & rebuilt around the island but we had plenty of choices for dining out and site seeing. The condo was clean and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The beds are decent and there were only the bare essentials in the kitchen but I never cooked while there. The listing information mentioned two beach chairs and an umbrella, and I believe a beach wagon as well. The chairs and umbrella were in pretty rough shape and I never saw a wagon. Yes, I would stay there again.

Solid comeback!

We have come to FMB each Labor Day weekend for my daughter's college time at FGCU. We wanted to continue the tradition and support the area post-Ian. This property was in progress of being updated/and repaired but the upstairs where we stayed was completed. It was nicely done and comfortable as well as very reasonably priced. The owner was very communicative--despite being out of town unexpectedly. We would definitely stay again--quick walk to the beach and also quiet location.

It was so wonderful I hate to write the negative things. Great location, neighborhood and we felt safe. It was good the bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the bedding, furniture, balcony were not clean. Washer did not work and we hauled water to fill manually. The maid said it worked and must have washed with a splash of water.? which might be why the bedding was dirty. Skimpy supplies and towels and washcloths. Separating the cleaning fee, service fee and damage protection is questionable. I would definitely rent again.

Close to beach, nice house

Listing says queen bed for couch. All beds were a double. Couch bed was broken upon arrival (owner made an insurance claim after our stay to replace). Beds were kind of hard but adding the couch memory foam mattress to the bed made it pretty comfortable, just a lumpy couch afterwards. Owner was super responsive to very late night phone call with trouble getting in the first night. There is a washer upstairs but it only half way works. There was a washer and dryer downstairs that did work ( we called to verify we could use this). There were beach toys, boogie boards inter tube and coolers available for use this was great! Beautiful screened In front porch with comfortable furniture, fire pit & hammock out back. Nice place, close to beach (easy walk), great price!

Never stayed

We arrived around 7pm and found the home to be in disrepair and major damage. We called Vrbo and we’re told that it was canceled in December and I informed them we where already charged both deposit and final payment. I also called the property manager multiple times and left email. We were forced to leave town and find different accommodations. The following day the property owner called and apologized for not getting us check in information. I still need my money back. This is ridiculous.

Not very happy

The pics were not adequate. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but we should have been given a heads up the property was still under renovation. Half the house didn’t have power. The balcony was not useable. The front bedroom didn’t have any power so the fan didn’t even work and was very hot there and we couldn’t open the windows. I feel there should have been a washer available to us as well. The backyard was unsafe. It would be nice if I could get even a partial refund

Location great, needs some basic updates.

Pros: The walk to the beach was short and sweet! Definitely a huge perk! When we arrived, the AC wasn't working. I called Willy and he addressed it immediately (breaker was tripped, simple fix). Beds were good. Inside of the condo overall was great. A few things that would make this property even better would be updated shower fixtures, basic kitchen necessities for cooking (some on the property but in need of sharper knives, strainer, cutting board, etc...). The traffic gets very busy and there's limited parking options so going out to eat can take a long time so we opted to cook more at the rental. One other simple request is to fix the screen on the porch. Multiple tears and holes. Beach gear - Willy provided a cooler and some chairs which were great. Fortunately our friends staying with us drove down and had a beach cart and umbrella. A beach cart makes it so much easier. There were a few sand toys and some boogie boards left from other guests. No beach towels provided. Overall, our stay was great and lots of memories made.

Excellent location

House was very clean, exactly as described, close to the beach, beautiful house, everything was perfect, the only one little thing was that the microwave was not functioning. I definitely recommend.

Winter Getaway
