Ocean's Edge Retreat is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath home with open water views of the Atlantic Ocean and directly on the canal. It includes access to the private Cabana Club and a private new saltwater pool and spa, kayaks and a 40 ft dock for boats.

For fisherman, this is a boater's delight with 60 feet of sea wall and a 40 foot finger pier dock, a fish cleaning station, water/electricity and a bait freezer. The driveway offers ample space for a boat trailer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wine/beverage cooler, Keurig, blender, breakfast bar, dining area and more.

Families with children will enjoy this home as a covered playground is directly across the street. There are beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and fishing rods. The rental includes access to the private Cabana Club which is only a short walk away with its own private beach, a large pool, hot tub, and a bar.

It's a friendly and safe atmosphere in Key Colony Beach.

The perfect getaway

We loved the location of the property. The house had everything we needed during our stay! Close to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The dock entertained our young son while we enjoyed the pool. Easy communication with Frank and he was very accommodating. We will be back!

Amazing experience

Loved the location and house. Was so fun relaxing in the pool and watching boats go by and checking out the wildlife in the canal. Great amenities and perfect for our family.

Fantastic

The house was clean, organized and well stocked. We enjoyed docking our boat there with easy access to the ocean. The property manager, Frank, was accessible and answered any questions I had. We would stay here again.

Amazing property: Great location, spacious interior, full of amenities and everything you will need, great pool/hot tub. Dock was great for our boat rental. Easy out to the ocean for fishing/snorkeling every day. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home in Key Colony!

This home is a wonderful home to stay in Key Colony! The home is very clean and has everything you need for your stay! Frank, the property manger was very helpful and easy to contact!! The view is great of the inlet and fun to watch all the boats! The pool is a perfect size! Needless to say, we were very happy!

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful house & property! The owners have taken great care to make sure you have everything you might want or need! Frank (property manager) is exceptional at being responsive and taking care of your needs! The view might not be the best, but the pool is fabulous, the entertainment of the boat traffic is wonderful and the house is very well decorated for a perfect, comfortable getaway! I highly recommend for a family or even just a couple that wants sun, comfort and a relaxing vacation!

Mini Lobster 2022

The house was perfect! It had all of the necessities and then some. The owners thought of everything. Frank was very responsive and great to work with. The kitchen was well stocked and every room had a TV. The fish cleaning table and bait freezer were great. The hot tub wasn’t working, but Frank got someone out to fix it. The only issue we had was the slippery tile on the patio. My friend fell and hit her head. Frank advised this would be addressed. We booked for the same week next year, but had to cancel because we were told the owners were moving down in December. It looks like dates are now open until April for a higher price, so not sure about that.

Family Spring Break

Amazing! Beautiful! Relaxing! My children, husband and my parents enjoyed this amazing home! We have found our favorite VRBO rental. We look forward to our next visit. The home is perfect for a family of 6. The view from sunrise to sunset is amazing. Frank, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with.

The pictures don’t lie! We enjoyed our stay with comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture, full amenities in the kitchen, and of course the terrific views! We appreciated the kayaks as well. Property manager Frank was responsive and helpful.

Great spot for offshore fishing

Excellent vacation spot with instant access to the Atlantic. Plenty of places to flop with a well appointed kitchen. 9hole golf course only blocks away. The pool and spa are top notch. Gotta get the spa controls worked out, but the property manager was able to make adjustments remotely. Thanks Frank!

Key colony stay

Awesome home very well maintained in a great location. Frank was extremely helpful at checkin during our visit and with check out. We enjoyed the kayaks, the pool and the cabana club. Highly recommend

Great Family Vacation

This house was so welcoming and the decor was perfect for a beach house. The location was excellent with lots of activities and restaurants nearby. The backyard pool on the canal was an added bonus. We all loved it.
