Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features new sofa, chair and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and crisp white cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.

There is a king bed in the master, the guest bedroom has two full sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



Must be 25 to book.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great location

The unit was well stocked for cooking. Great location for food and shopping. We enjoyed the patio and seeing both sunrise and sunset.

Vacation

The condo was clean, and the location was great. We could sit on the balcony and watch our teenagers swim. Would highly recommend.

Nice condo, great hosts

We have stayed at multiple condos in the Orange Beach area over the past few years. The kitchen had supplies that are not normally provided and housekeeping cleaning is above average. The bed also had a comfortable mattress for sleeping. The building was very quiet (stay was in February), and location is convenient.

Amazing

Well... what can I say... best place ever. I definitely want to set this property for all my future vacations. I love the fact that they have condiments like sugar, salt, oil, etc and the extra blankets was a plus, the pool is really big and has a amazing view at night time. I really loved this property

Average stay in Orange Beach

Orange Beach is gorgeous and we have traveled here 5 times and stayed at Phoenix V 3 times. We pick this building for the amenities but were very disappointed to not have an outdoor pool. Which is a pretty important feature. We would not have stayed had we known that since the ocean water is chilly but want to bask in the outdoor sun. Otherwise the condo was fine as far as space, beds, and cookware. It was a bit of a pain to not have a bathroom separate from the bedrooms as we had to wake up kids to get to them but they were both nice with spacious counters.

Spring Break Stay

There was some balcony work being done which closed ours for the entire stay. It was posted but I just missed it. Jill (manager) was great. She did call before our arrival and let us know work was being done. What information that should have been passed was the noise from chipping hammer work. We may have rethought our stay because of that. Overall we enjoyed the condo and grounds. Beach access is good and convenient. We will be back.

will not ever book at Phoenix 5 again, very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: only one person accepting pymt for parking spot, stood in line 5 people deep waiting, had to unload luggage to shopping carts then wait for elevator which was always loaded with people coming in with their luggage or ckg out (1 of 4 elevators was not working until the day before we chkd out). we waited sometimes up to 15 min to use so we used the stairs numerous times (thankfully we were on 3rd flr). the apt was not very clean (flrs not well vacummed). I have stayed in Phoenix properties twice before which you got your pkg tag and drove to the flr your apt was on and unloaded there and walked to the apt without having to drag luggage and groceries in an elevator crowded with people. I would not recommend this Phoenix to anyone !!!

Not throughly Cleaned. Lack of communication

I would like to send you a review on our stay. We arrived on Thursday with half of our party. At first glance, everything seemed to be fine. As we maneuvered the suite, we ran into some unsatisfactory issues. First, the bathrooms were not as clean as the should be. There was hair on the bathroom floor. Also, there was hair on the couch in the common area as well as unswept areas on the floor. On Friday, our other half arrived. They were lodging in the front room. Soon as one of them sat on one of the beds it collapsed on one side. Then, one of our children were playing on the floor and pulled out a whole, old, hard croissant from under the bed. We are so thankful we saw him grab it because he could have ate it. Not only is that disgusting, but very unsafe for our one year old. Thought the space is nice, I would like to say that these issues were not pleasing to us nor did they reflect the cost we paid for our stay. I just wanted to inform you so that your next guests may have a better experience. Sent this review first to the property owner with no response for weeks.

Great location to the pool, splash pad and beach. We got check in information sent to email several days before arrival and condo was clean and comfortable. I gave cleanliness 4 stars since there was some rust around tub area and shower curtain giving it a dirty feel. No beach towels or toys so bring your own. Many great restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again if in area.

Mixed Experience

Reviewer Comments: We love the location of our rental and were happy with the condition as well. The Phoenix 5 has a great set up. The buildings lobby was under construction which we were not told about when booking. This really wasn't much of an issue except only 2 of the 4 elevators were working because of the construction. We could take the stairs most of the time but some said they waited up to 30 min to use them. Also we did not have a working refrigerator. Only 1 of our calls were answered by a property manager. We left message after message and e-mails. We were eventually provided a cooler with ice. When I e-mailed the property manager about compensation for a non working frig she never responded and when returning to our room that afternoon the code our door stopped working and we had to leave several voice messages and e-mails before we could get a new code while waiting in the basement foyer. When I asked why the code all of a sudden didn't work they said, "well door codes are great when they work and not when they don't". Needless to say we are very frustrated. The condo was dated but nice and honestly I would stay there again under a different management company.
