Lagoon View Resort Villa - Walk to the Beach!

Experience the perfect beach vacation at our cozy lagoon and saltwater marsh view villa. You can sit on the balcony with your favorite drink and watch the egrets and herons diving into the marsh and if you are quick, you'll catch a view of the 'jumping' fish and sea turtles in the lagoon. Off in the distance you'll be able to glimpse the ocean which is just a short walk through the saltwater marsh on the resort's private boardwalk. After a busy day at our secluded, semi-private beach, stop into Coco's Beach Cabana for some refreshments and music and then hop on the private shuttle back to the villa.

Our non-smoking villa has two bedrooms and two baths and can easily accommodate a family or two couples. Cook your favorite meal in our well equipped kitchen and then sit back and relax in our comfortable living room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper for that extra guest and and a 50" smart TV with basic cable.

The master bedroom features a private bath and a 40" flat screen smart TV, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and its own flat screen TV with basic cable. Wireless internet is also available in the villa and in the common areas of the resort.

Once you're unpacked, you're ready to explore the amenities that our gated resort (24 hr. security) has to offer. Take a swim in one of the two outdoor pools, relax on the sundeck, or play tennis on one of the six lighted tennis courts. Don't worry about rainy days. Just enjoy the indoor amenities which include a heated pool, sauna, hot tubs, indoor jogging track, and fitness center. Bike rentals are available on-site for scenic rides on the island's many bike paths. Reserve your bikes before your trip and they'll be waiting for you when you arrive. The resort also has an onsite bar and grill and convenience store as well as charcoal grills and a picnic area. Laundry rooms are located in each building.

Our villa and resort have everything you need for the perfect vacation at an affordable price. Just pack your bags and get set to relax and enjoy!

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed and was clean overall (one of the twin bed comforters had some black stuff on it, didn't bother us but thought you should know). Beach toys, chairs, beach cart and umbrella all included which was great. We will definitely be back to the resort in the future!

we have enjoy yr stay

we have stay 6 weeks,we enjoy to be close to the beach,about 1500 ft walk to the beach,,but the beach is beautiful,12 miles long and 200ft wide,the pool(indoor) is heated,hot tub,little gym,we dont find this often,the condo is small,furniture okay,need a little clean up,the owner was advise,we may return next year, a nice area HHI,golf courses,beaches, good restaurants around,nice view from the balcony,gators(3) just a few ft from the condo, quiet place ,gated,nice place

Villa Vacation

Property was nice unit we stayed in needed some updates and but over all nice place. The maintenance guys were fixing repairs around the buildings but never had any issues. Beach was a little walk away but very nice to have a private beach. Coco's was a great place for drinks on the beach. Our children found lots of sand dollars in the ocean and had a blast. All in all we really enjoyed our trip and will definitely come back to Hilton Head again.

Owners were amazing!

Check in was a breeze thanks to the clear and concise check in instructions provided by the owners! They were so accessible for any questions we may have had, I firmly believe they will resolve any issues (if there are any) in a timely manner. Their Instructions for check out were simple and not at all time consuming. Very friendly! Every property amenity was just as described and so was the condo. I can't say enough about how smoothly everything went and I know that was in large part to the owners! Thank you both again! Also check out Commander Zodiac dolphin tours for a private tour around the Hilton Head Island, it was an incredible experience!

Great Family Vacation.

I've stayed at many condos at the Hilton Head Resort and this is definitely my favorite. I've stayed here on prior trips and look forward to many more in the future. This condo has everything you need for a great family vacation!

Great Experience.

I've been coming to the Hilton Head Resort on vacation for 10 years now. This was the best overall experience I've had. Everything from communication, to easy check in, and to the condo itself was great. Will definetly stay again.

Perfect walk to the beach

We enjoyed the boardwalk to the beach because you walk across a wide salt marsh that changes throughout the day as the tide changes. Lots of birds are visible. The balcony is south facing and sunny most of the day which we enjoyed. We had sightings of “Brutus” the resident alligator from the second floor which was fun. The indoor pool was a nice amenity when our granddaughters joined us for a short visit. We were there in winter so that was a bonus. Sand toys that were provided were also enjoyed. Kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes and glasses along with cooking equipment. We highly recommend this apartment.

Good value in HH

This unit is located on a lagoon, & it is on the only side of this entire complex of 4 buildings in this resort that does not face a parking lot or other units, making it one of the few private balconies without onlookers.

Escape to the beach

This property was super convenient, well maintained, and allowed us to relax. The property had so much to offer. All the beach accessories you need, indoor/outdoor pool, beach, exercise equipment (not used), walking indoor track and spa. The beach wasn't overcrowded and an easy walk along the boardwalk. With spots to stop along the way. Had our elderly aunt and uncle with us so was helpful. Not to mention an elevator and carts to use for unloading. Amazing. After the craziness of 2020, covid and been stuck at home for most of the year. This was a great vacation spot. The only down point is overall Hilton Head has weird tasting water. But we just bought bottles. I would highly recommend this property. The owners were great to work with. Originally was supposed to have gone in May but had to reschedule. Very understanding and to work with.

So glad we found this place!!

My husband and I spent the month of February in Hilton Head at this wonderfully relaxing and comfortable Condo! It has everything you need and expect — plus a few unexpected extras, like a complete set of racquets and birdies for the badminton court! The view from the balcony is to die for: a lagoon with resident alligator, a tidal marshland, and a golf course in the distance. We shared many meals on the sunny balcony watching birds and just soaking in the serenity. We also very much enjoyed the walkway to the beach on which we could always find interesting birds to stop and watch. The complex’s amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, workout room, 6 tennis courts (2 lined for pickle ball!) and two bar/grills (in season). We hardly had to go out, but when we did we found the Shelter Cove area half a mile down the road, with lots of places to eat and shop, and even a theater (the Coastal Arts Center — get your tickets early!). Check out The Other Sister’s Wine Bar and the French Bakery! We’ve seen much pricier condos with far less to offer. We’re definitely coming back! Denise was great, always available to help us if we had questions or needed a pass for visitors. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Extended Stay during Relocation - Win - Win (and Win)!

First, I would like to preface this review with a little background on our stay. We (my husband and I) were moving/relocating back home (Savannah) after living in Vegas for several years, and needed a place that allowed for an extended (2 month) stay while searching for a new home. HHI had a plethora of offerings without breaking the bank, and it is only 45 minutes from Savannah - so it was a Win - Win. Then, we found Bob and Denise's condo - which made our relocation adventure a Win - Win - Win! Below, I've listed our 'favorite features' and a little 'advice': 1) Quietness - A very welcome bonus (hubby works from home). 2) View - The balcony overlooking the pond/marsh. After living in the desert, the marsh, greenery, and wildlife was a sight for sore eyes (literally, lol). High tide was especially awesome! 3) Condo - We had everything we needed, and plenty of space. WiFi and cable connections were good, and we didn't get 'knocked off' the internet during peak times. 4) Laundry - On the same floor! Need I say more?? 5) Communication - Bob and Denise were always available, and quick to respond to our questions. Thanks, guys! I'll end with a little advice/suggestions... 1) Be patient when exiting to the left - the road gets a little busy. 2) Be sure to check out Harold's Diner (within walking distance) of the Resort. It's more of a dive than diner - but - the food is great!! And...bring cash...Harold's doesn't accept cards. 3) If you need to do laundry - keep a stash of quarters handy - it's $2/washer and $2/dryer. This is not a complaint...it's far better than dragging everything to a laundry mat...lol!) Thank you, Bob and Denise!! Great Vacation

This Villa is a great family friendly place to stay. Walking distance to the beach and all the amenities you need for a fun vacation. This was my second time renting this villa, and will rent it again in the future.

Nice Stay

Overall the villa was clean and well kept. We enjoyed our walks to the beach and our children swam in the indoor pool. Kitchen was stocked with what was needed and we appreciated the beach chairs that were there to borrow. The dishwasher door has difficulty shutting and the lock in the villa door was a little finicky at times. The sofa also might need to be updated soon- seemed a little worn. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Comfortable, great view, peaceful, and good value

The condo is spacious and had a good location in the large complex. The views from the deck were lovely and it was fun watching the various wildlife. The unit is comfortable and it was peaceful during the time that we stayed. The kitchen is nicer than in the picture and has been updated. Bob and Denise were responsive to questions and quickly resolved a problem that came up with the front door lock. Both the unit and the complex as a whole are older and various items were a bit wonky, but all of the important items worked fine. The unit was a good value for the price that we paid. There was a steady stream of maintenance activity throughout the complex, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The security team walks around throughout the property and I felt safe. The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and it was very enjoyable to walk over the marsh to the beach. On cold or wet days, we used the indoor running track, gym, hot tub and sauna which were a nice feature of the property. Overall, it was a solid rental and we had an enjoyable stay.

Jennifer and I moved to South Carolina in 2017 and fell in love with it so after spending 20 years in the Army, we decided it was time for me to retire and make it our home. We love to travel and even got to spend three years living in Germany where we got to travel all over Europe. Jennifer is a beach girl at heart though so when we went to Hilton Head the first time, we knew we wanted to spend more time there. We hope you enjoy our little place on the beach as much as we do.

Hilton Head Resort has it all. There are two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, sun deck, tennis and pickle ball courts, a BBQ area, an on-site convenience store, on-site bar and grill, on-site bike rentals, and Coco's which is our little beach bar and grill at the located at the end of the private boardwalk that takes you from the resort to the semi-private beach. The mid-island location is perfect too. It's a short walk or bike ride to Shelter Cove Towne Center with plenty of shopping and restaurants and it's close enough to Coligny and Sea Pines to be convenient but far enough away that you don't have to deal with all of the crowds and congestion.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our unit in Building 2 is one of the few in the resort that doesn't have a view facing other buildings or parking lots. You will enjoy your privacy on the balcony with an unobstructed view of the lagoons with jumping fish, natural marshes, and the golf course. In the distance, you can also get a "peek-a-boo" view of the ocean between the trees of the golf course. All in all, it is one of the best views in the resort.
