Quiet Condo with Resort Style Amenities — Enjoy long strolls on sandy beaches, or lounge poolside at any of the 4 pools (and 2 hot tubs) this condominium has to offer! Bring your tennis racket for a few games on the tennis courts. Condo offers private beach access and makes a great location to watch the sunrise off the ocean. Catch breathtaking sunsets off the patio with both ocean and sound views. Condominium provides elevator access plus a restaurant on site!

Sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Due to trundle bed size, we recommend do not recommend high school aged children or older.

Perfect for our family

Had a great stay! We visited with family that stayed at a condo on same floor. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Sunsets were beautiful to watch from patio!

Beautiful property!

Everything was very nice. The property is gorgeous. Although I wish it had a washer or dryer in the condo. We are looking to rent for a month or two next year, and this is a deal breaker. To bad we liked it otherwise.

Property could use some updates. Washer and Dryer needs to be added to unit would be helpful, should have read all the reviews with that one. A roach falling on me in the middle of the night was not good, but you are by the water! Parking sucks, especially being handicapped.

Great stay

Overall the rental was excellent. I would even add a flattering picture of a sunset from the deck in the listing. May not get the ocean view, but get the sunset view. We spent lots of time on the deck and had a private feel since the unit is a corner outside unit. The only downfall were that the hot tubs were more closed than open during the trip. There was one day where they were both open and maybe another couple days where one was open. The large pool was open the whole time. Our time of stay was mid April. The restaurant was excellent and was able to accomadate us for Easter Brunch. We will likely book this unit again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Wanted to stay at Villa Capriani for the pools and close beach access. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and the hosts were very responsive to all questions. All information was delivered in a timely manner (parking/pool passes, etc.) and they also included information on the area and some of the restaurants, etc. (which is a nice touch.) The balcony does have a nice view of the intercoastal on the right and some ocean views on the left. It does overlook one of the parking lots, and does face the main road coming into the island. In all, there was not a lot of noise from the traffic, etc. (And to be honest, we were outside at the pool and on the beach most of the time.) Beach towels are provided, which was another nice touch. In all, it was a lovely weekend, and we were thankful to have found such a lovely condo and appreciate the care the owners take to make sure you have a great experience. Thank you!

Getaway

Looking for a beautiful villa with a great host? This is the right place. I gave the cleaning a 3 star. This is no fault of the host by any means , the cleaning crew failed to clean our room prior to our arrival. The host worked quickly to rectify the situation. We were able to stay our full stay at the villa and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We look forward to booking this villa again!!

the location was very nice and stay enjoyable. just a few things that needed to be fixed that the owner may not be aware of- the front door knob screws were loose and the door knob was about to fall off( i tightened the screws up)- the shower valve knob needs to be replaced it was broken and had tape wrapped around it- the shower valve backing plate and water spout in the shower should be caulked both have a gap and will leak on the below condo- the washer turn dial seems to be stripped and took some patience to get it to turn- smoke detector in the hallway was chirping due to a low battery.. just maintenance issues, the stay was very nice though

Perfect!!

This Topsail Beach condo was exactly as it shows, with beautiful balcony views in every direction! The property had plenty of towels and ample pillows! Very clean and decorated gorgeous. The hosts communicated and checked on us during our stay. Highly recommend!
