Located right on the water minutes from York and Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Club(open to the public), the Cliff House, StoneWall Kitchen, beaches, great hiking trails and more. Great water views will take your mind away from the daily hustle. Enjoy our deck for the sunrises and sunsets. New kitchen, living room, Master Bath, all bathrooms and Downstairs 3 Season Room. Recently furnished with new beds, furniture and linens for your comfort. Please review House Rules before booking. Max 4 cars per visit. Thanks.

Great views! The house had a lot of amenities, including an ice maker, wine cooler and washer/dryer. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and played corn hole and bocce ball and used the firepit. Kitchen area is very spacious.

Family Vacation in New England

My family had a wonderful stay! We all flew in from different locations: Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Orlando for a family fall foliage trip. This home did not disappoint. The view alone makes every penny worth it. The amenities were very modern and nice, and all beds were comfortable to sleep in. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Family Reunion

Absolutely gorgeous house! Host was amazing! One neighbor across the way seemed to be watching and reporting to host but all was well. Had to contact host to locate some things that he assumed were readily available and was quick to respond. Outside chair cushions and umbrella were already on deck as not put away as host implied. Overall the experience was five star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a beautiful spot

House is lovely and Craig is responsive and helpful. But this rental is all about location! And what a location it is. An absolutely gorgeous spot. You won’t be disappointed.

Family Vacation

View is spectacular and the outdoor space is better than the pictures. Enough room for multiple families with young kids (11 total) who loved exploring the rocks and tide pools. Short ride to minor and major beaches but very private. All of the amenities were in place and host was very responsive. Would recommend - especially if you have active kids. Bunkroom adn outdoor space is ideal for them.

Family friendly, lovely view

Very family-friendly open layout on the main floor. The swings of the tide in the inlet the house overlooks provides a lovely and dynamic ocean view. Main bedroom upstairs has great cross ventilation and is a wonderful place to be lulled to sleep by the waves. Nice big table for everyone to eat outdoors in nice weather.

Fantastic family time!

Very likely the best VRBO experience we have experienced! We had two sets of grandparents, one aunt, daughter and son-in-law and two grand kids under 2.5 yrs old. House was incredibly comfortable and the location was just as advertised. The home was spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. We even got to see the neighborhood fireworks from the backyard. Everything from communications to check-in/out was smooth and very clear.

90th birthday celebration

The property is in a wonderful location on the water with a gorgeous view. Lots of big windows to see that spectacular view. Well stocked kitchen and we loved the fie pit! My family loved their stay!

Fantastic, quiet, soothing property close to everything

We spent a week here. I cannot say enough about the view! We felt secluded, even though we had neighbors. Waking up in the master with the waves on the cove, watching the waves from the kitchen table (great place to WFH if you have to) was fantastic. The house was great…only 3 of us. If you had a full house, it might be a bit cramped from a bathroom standpoint…but we had plenty of space…just us snd our daughter. Stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Fire pit and wood provided…lovely. Very close drive to Ogunwuit, Kennebunkport. We drove to NH and the White mountains one day for leaf peeping. Would stay here again and n a heartbeat. Craig was incredibly responsive.
