Wonderful Property

This is my favorite place to stay in the Phoenix area. Great hosts and a wonderful safe neighborhood. This is my go to place when visiting Phoenix.

Perfect house in Peoria

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and Tammie is a wonderful hostess. There is a fabulous bike/walking trail a few blocks away.

Perfect location, great home-away

We came to Arizona from New Hampshire, to visit with our family and friends during the holidays. Laurie’s home is perfect in it’s location, it’s lovely for entertaining and we enjoyed our stay immensely! We’d definitely return!

Amazing home and stay!

Great house, location, communication- all around wonderful! Cute little neighborhood, and so convenient to everything. Tammie was caring, helpful and communicated to make sure all was well and comfortable. It really felt like home away from home! We loved it and will be back if possible!

Wonderful Time in Peoria, AZ

This property was clean and located in a desirable area close to shopping. I loved having my morning coffee sitting on the back porch watching the rabbits and birds. Tammie was very responsive to all our needs. I loved staying here so much, I’m coming back in December. Very enjoyable stay. I would rate this property a 10+.

Peoria Gem

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and as usual it was a month long great experience. The location is great in the West Valley. Close to Bell Road where there is every store and restaurant imaginable. 10 minutes on the 101 and you're at the Westgate Entertainment Mall. Golf Courses aplenty. Tamara and her husband are great hosts....only wish we could stay longer!

Second Stay

This was our second opportunity to stay at this VRBO. This property is conveniently centrally located making it easy to travel from one side of the valley to the other. The home is wonderful equipped with great attention to detail and the host strives to ensure that your stay is perfect. The backyard/patio is my favorite spot- I especially love the exterior wall fans! Looking forward to our next visit.

A Wonderful Home & A Wonderful Host

This home was the perfect respite for our extended stay! It is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The amenities were lovely and Tammie has spared no expense when it comes to creating a welcoming and warm environment for her guests! She is a very kind and communicative host! The location is fantastic - super close to Cardinals stadium, Westgate, and the Peoria entertainment district. All in all, this was a fantastic stay!!! 10/10!

By Far The Best VRBO Rental

The house is in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors, & a really quiet area. It’s central to lots of varied restaurants and valley highlights to include west valley spring baseball games, Wigwam Resort, more affordable golf courses than you can count, downtown Phoenix with Diamondbacks MLB baseball, & Suns NBA basketball, Cardinals Stadium and Roadrunners hockey! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is wonderfully & comfortably set up for at least 6 people, and is perfect for pets. The house & back yard is so well planned for family & pet support. What a great find for us with our dogs. This was our third stay at Tammie’s home and feel like its our home while there! You will not find a more accommodating property!

If I could give 10 stars on all the answers, I would. Tammie was a delight to work with. She goes above and beyond in all areas, but especially with communicating. My family and I moved to Arizona from California and we needed a house to stay in until our house was done being built. We have pets and it is hard to find a place that will except them. She was gracious to let us bring them with us and it was the perfect house for all of us! I would recommend this property to everyone!

Wonderful House and Great Host

From even before I arrived the host made me feel welcome! She asked if there wad anything I needed or had questions about and told me about all the wonderful extras that were there for my use. Upon arrival there was a beautiful welcome basket. I knew if there was any problems they would have been taken care of quickly. The ckeck-in process was easy and the house was very clean. The house was in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The backyard was nice and big. It was completely fenced and nice and private. It had a seperate large dog run and artificial grass in about half of the yard. It was nice and roomy inside and very comfortable. I must mention the fantastic soaking tub in the master bathroom, plus a nice large walk-in shower. No matter the weather, using the tub is a must! The kitchen and whole house were well-stocked with everything you could need. The location was close to everything. Don't pass this one up. If you a dog-lover or need that extra space, this is the one you want!!!

Awesome rental!

This by far has been one of the best rentals we have stayed in! It was well stocked with living/cooking necessities, as well as basic supplies. The owner was very easy and pleasant to work with. Location is great. Home is spotless and well kept up. Yard is secure for dogs-we felt very safe even with our tiny dogs! Communication with the owner was like talking to a good friend!! Will definitely be rebooking when we come back to this area!!

Great place for two couples

Our stay at Desert Harbor was delightful. The house was perfect for two couples with ample privacy as well as shared space. The kitchen, living, and dining areas were well stocked and furnished. We cooked most of our meals at the house including using the outdoor barbecue. Communication with the owners was superb from booking, to check-in, to check out and they stayed in touch during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. They even left a very nice gift basket. Highly recommend Desert Harbor.

A great home and a great location.

Owners were great and deserve a 5 Star rating. Wonderful neighborhood and great neighbors. We have been renting in Arizona through VRBO for a long time and we would definitely make an effort to rent this house again.

Wonderful VRBO Rental

My husband, myself and my mother were fortunate enough to stay at this pet friendly home for 10 days during the 2021 holiday season. The owner is attentive and exceptional when it comes to communication and desires nothing more than to ensure that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay. This property provided the perfect open backyard for our two German Shepards, offering a combination of astroturf grassy area and desert rock landscape. Our dogs were in play heaven. This home is spacious, comfortable and included everything anyone would ever need for a home away from home. The kitchen is well provisioned, as were the two baths-wonderful attention to detail. The living room area had comfy leather couches and owner even took the time to add holiday decorations so that we would feel the holiday spirit while away from our home. This property is located just off highway 101, very close to restaurants and shopping making travel around the valley extremely convenient. Without a doubt, the perfect pet friendly rental property! We are looking forward to future visits.

Home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home during our recent stay in the Phoenix area. The location was great for us. Peoria is beautiful and this home was close to many amenities and restaurants! The home was clean and comfortable with comfy beds. We enjoyed the back patio too! The cupboards were well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc to make cooking and barbecuing a breeze. It really felt like a home away from home! And we will be back!! Thanks so much!!

It is a “feel good home.” The first time we stayed there, we we taken in by the comfort and tranquility of the area.
We love to watch the antics of the quails in the morning as we enjoy coffee on the patio. You can also catch playful little green rosey-faced love birds landing on the fence or in the yard which is an amazing treat! They are native to Africa but a significant population calls the Metro-Phoenix area home.
Some mornings and evenings, you can also see little bright colors in the distant skies as hot air balloons float on a lazy breeze before experiencing an amazing sunset!
