This Spacious second-floor 1800 sq. ft. condo is perfect for relaxation and fun, and stocked with all you need to have a good vacation. It has a kitchen that includes a full fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils.

This condo is a ranch-style condo on the second floor and has three queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the family room. It has two baths.

This unit sleeps 8 and has a large private veranda.

Sunset Beach is a 12-unit condo resort right on the be, just South of San Pedro, about 2 miles from the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. This resort overlooks the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. The view of the Barrier Reef is breathtaking, only 1/2 mile off the shoreline. Enjoy your gift basket when you arrive.

Since it is right on the beach, there is plenty of sand and a dock with places to sit to view the sunrise, sunset, and wildlife. Swimming is great right off the dock, and the tour operators will pick you up from the dock. The lovely pool allows you to view the beach and barrier reef while cooling off in the pool. There are pool chairs and seating on the Pier.

This beautifully appointed condo is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining on the veranda. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security to this very safe part of the island.

This complex is ideal for weddings and family reunions, or friend trips. Tours and customized tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning if requested is available, travel arrangements to and from the island, and travel insurance are available.

There are 3 restaurants close by and a local grocery store. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to the town center. Food delivery is also available.

This resort has one, two- & three-bedroom condos and can accommodate single travelers, couples, families, and friends. With a big group? Ask about booking multiple condos! All condos have full kitchens, wifi, phone, central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, and tiled floors throughout.

The shampoo and conditioner feature a refreshing citrus scent, while the body wash has a soothing green tea & lemongrass fragrance.

For some added fun, we’ve also expanded our beach games. Our volleyball net was a big hit with guests this year, and we’ve now added spikeball so everyone can enjoy even more outdoor fun during their stay.

This condo will be exclusive for your group. Mingle with other guests at the outdoor kitchen while grilling your meals or relax and unwind in the jet pool. Games, kayaks, bikes, hammocks, and floats are just some of the amenities available to keep yourself entertained.

We offer concierge services to assist you with golf cart rental, tours, private chef services as well as grocery provisioning to make your trip effortless.

There is a small store one block from the property, Marins Mini Mart, to get basic items you might need. There are many restaurants to choose from: Someplace South Cafe Bar, Black Orchid Restaurant, Happy's Tequileria, Drink and Drive, The Hula Bar, and Toast and Playa De Sala Adults Only restaurant.

We can arrange a private chef to come to your condo and prepare a special meal for your group.
