Este encantador condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños en la planta baja es la casa de vacaciones perfecta. Decorada con buen gusto, la sala de estar / comedor / cocina se siente abierta y espaciosa. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size, ventanas de piso a techo y un baño privado equipado con una gran bañera y una ducha a ras de suelo. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama queen con baño en suite. Disfrute de las increíbles vistas al mar desde el espacioso patio.

Como parte de la familia 'The Landings at Tres Cocos', que incluye opciones adicionales de una, dos, tres y cinco habitaciones, este condominio está ubicado justo al norte del puente en el corte y a menos de una milla de la ciudad de San Pedro. Cerca de restaurantes, bares y tiendas, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para estar tranquilo y relajado. The unit was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of kitchen supplies, towels, and very clean. We appreciated being close to a market and coffee shop. The salt water pool was closed tho and disappointed with the beach, as it is not swimmable. But none of hotels on the Atlantic had nice beaches so not blaming these units.

Beautiful condo on the ocean

Everything about this property was amazing. The place is clean and beautiful. The hosts were highly responsive and aimed to please. The AC worked well. It is close to town and all amenities. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Vacation

Everything was great! There is a little bit of smell in the area due to the sargassum, but it's nothing that can't be overcome. The location of the condo puts you near to everything. The hosts were waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, and gave us a little tour on the way to the condo. They hooked up our domestic flights, cart, and everything we asked to be waiting in the condo for us. Great time!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. Everything was just as expected. Kimberly was a wonderful host. She even went out of her way to help us get our luggage to the airport. The location is great Just close enough to town but far enough to have some piece. Easy access to many food, bar options.

Relaxing and comfortable stay. Great location to town but also removed some.

Accommodations were clean, well air conditioned, comfortable and easy to access. Close to town but also removed and quiet. Pool was nice with bar/restaurant pool within walking distance. Staff were on site and easy to find when needed. We will stay here again!

Celebration Getaway

We were part of a much larger group in San Pedro to celebrate my sister's 20th wedding anniversary.We benefited from communication with the very attentive and knowledgeable property management team both before and during our visit. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.It also was very handy to have a phone that we could use to make local calls with.The property was also conveniently situated near a local grocery store, restaurants that even delivered, and a short ride to town on the golf cart.

Comfortable, accommodating hosts, great location

Property was well kept and conveniently located to activities out on the reef. The hosts were fantastic, helping with local information, stocking with drinking water and other beverages (:-)). Our unit was well appointed and fully stocked.

Awesome stay in Belize

Owners go over backwards to make your stay relaxing the stress free. Kimberly arranged our flight from Belize City, our golf cart for the week, picked us and our luggage up at the airport, took our luggage back and checked us in for our flights, purchased our beverages ahead of time and arranged our activities. Great location and service. We hope to visit again

The very best time away

Property was exactly as stated. Bedrooms were spacious and everything was well-kept. Brittany and Mike met us at the airport and brought us to the condo, shared information about the property, the beach, the best restaurants, etc. I am already talking to friends to try to plan a trip next spring.

Awesome Condo

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect! It was right next to a grocery store, a couple of restaurants, and it was an easy walk into town. The hosts are easily the best I have ever dealt with in all my travels. Brittany was very accommodating, quickly responded to all our questions, and super helpful with recommendations. She organized our flight to San Pedro, our golf cart and a couple of snorkeling excursions. Everything went very smoothly from check in to check out and made our vacation stress free. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful

I can't express enough that it was a wonderful experience. The communication was top notch. The team handled everything for us. The accomodations exactly as shown. We will definitely return. Missing the beautiful waters and lovely scenery already.

Fantastic in San Pedro/Ambergris Caye

Our stay couldn't have been better. First, what a fantastic location - super close to everything (grocery store, restaurants and bars - the WATER!) - and super safe. Second, the condo was awesome - clean, well-stocked and absolutely comfortable. Last - and most important - Brittany and Mike are unbelievable hosts. They'll take care of you - and of the things you remember (or don't) prior to arrival...just great people. I can't give this more than 5 stars - but I would. Can't wait to go back. Truly is one of the best.

Exceeded expectation

Nothing but positive things to say! Brittany and Mike were very responsive helpful acknowledge! The property was perfect for adults, first time on the island Location was perfect and easy to get to anywhere we needed to go! I would Recommend this accommodation to anyone! And we will be back! thank you, Brittany and Mike for all of your help and friendly attention. And thank you to the owners for a wonderful and comfortable condo! Only suggestion is the cenote had lots of garbage in it the first day so that deterred us from enjoying it the rest of the week

Slice of paradise

My family if three stayed in this condo for five nights and loved it! Plenty of space for the three of us, all of the amenities you could possibly need and super easy property managers to work with. The condo is super clean and the grounds are great. We laid by the pool and enjoyed the gorgeous view! Super close to great restaurants, a small store and very close to all of the action south of the bridge. We arrived quite early from the mainland and didn’t have any problem checking in early. The communication was so easy and all of our questions were answered quickly. We would not hesitate to return to this condo.

Great relaxing family trip!

First time to Belize and Kimberly and Chad made everything so easy! From setting up our fishing and snorkeling trips to picking us up and dropping us back off at the airport, as the planner of this trip I was able to relax right away. We had our young twenty year old daughters with us and we enjoyed going swimming out at Secret Beach, the snorkeling trip to Hol Chan was AMAZING and did include swimming with nurse sharks and rays which freaked us out a little but was so cool! Getting around in the golf carts was fun too. The best meal we had (although there are many great places to eat) was taking our own fish we caught to the 303 where they prepared them three ways and cooked several delicious sides to go with it. Overall great vacation!

We came back!! And will be back again!!

Chad and Kimberly take this vacation to a whole new level! They take care of all travel stressors. The one vacation spot we have learned to completely disconnect from our busy lives. We love Belize but most importantly we love this exact group of vacation homes with this property. Coming back to San Pedro felt immediately relaxing as in Belize City the airline recognized that we were headed to The Landings and spontaneously offered to call Chad and let him know we have arrived! Chad and Kimberly make sure that absolutely nothing gets in the way of a perfect trip! We brought our friends for their first trip and couldn’t believe of all the islands they have explored how even more perfect this trip was!!

Amazing Experience and Hosts

This was our first trip to Belize. Kimberly and Chad took all of the concern and hassle out of the travel and connections! From helping book our fishing tour to taking care of our needs, they were fabulous. I highly recommend anyone thinking about traveling to do so through Kimberly and Chad. The property is clean and very safe! It is located just over the bridge, so there was easy access to downtown San Pedro all the way north! Also, the dining recommendations were also the best! Learning the lay of the land was simple as Kimberly drive with us from our golf cart rental and she explained all the do’s and don’ts…again making exploring fun and easy! Thank you

San Pedro - 2/17/24 through 2/27/24

We just got back from a 10 night stay at Bermuda Beach, San Pedro. We had a great time! Bermuda Beach property is just as the photos show. Although it's high season, Bermuda Beach was quiet and relaxing. We loved the location, not too far north of the bridge. The hosts Kimberly and her team were outstanding. They were so attentive and responsive to our needs. This was our first trip to San Pedro and their assistance with Tropic Air and arranging a golf cart made everything so easy. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. Brittany and Mike were always around and did everything with a smile! They made us feel welcome. We hope to make a return trip in the near future.
