We'd say our home is all about the views - and the quiet cul de sac location just a short distance to the heart of Pismo Beach. People love our location because they can be a 5 minute drive away from all of the activities and attractions of Pismo, while enjoying a quiet neighborhood feel on a cul de sac street. If you’re looking for peace and a place to relax, this is for you.

The home features a sunny master bedroom and private bath plus a guest bedroom and bathroom just few steps away. The living room and kitchen are generously proportioned with an open concept layout. Patio doors open out onto the deck from the kitchen, plus oversized windows let in the natural light and fresh coastal air. Views from the living areas and front deck allow you to enjoy the sweeping sunrise or sunsets overlooking the entire Pismo Beach coastline - day or night.

There’s also easy freeway access if you want to drive into San Luis Obispo, enjoy nearby Edna Valley wineries, or explore all of the other wonderful Central Coast communities.


LIVING AREA

Curl up on the comfy leather couch to watch your favorite shows on the 70“ Smart TV in the living room. Views from the couch let you appreciate the big blue ocean and coastline all from the comfort of home with your family and friends.

KITCHEN & DINING

Feel right at home in the fully stocked kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including double door fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher.

Pull up a chair at the eat-in kitchen table where you can sip your morning coffee as you watch the pink sunrise and set your intention for your day’s adventures. There are four barstools so you can pull up to the kitchen counter to sip a glass of wine while cooking with friends.

Brew it up at our coffee and tea bar, and then step out on the front deck to enjoy the peacefulness of the morning. In the evening, grab your favorite local wine and experience all the relaxation the front deck has to offer. Most guests tell us it’s the best part of the home and they wish they could extend their stay just so they could linger longer on the deck.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home has two bedrooms that sleep four guests. We also offer two rollaway beds that can be used in the living area, if needed

The bathrooms are both stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We know how important linens are, so you’ll find freshly cleaned Turkish cotton towels and silky bamboo sheets on the beds.

Both beds are queen size sleigh beds, with two pillows per guest. We strive to make your night’s sleep a priority and we hope you rest well while you’re staying with us.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The home sits on a hillside with a steep driveway up the side of the house. There is parking in back, in the driveway (f you choose) or on the street. The deck is the primary living area outside with seating for four.

Enjoy your meals into the pleasant summertime evenings on the front patio after a day of sun and fun at the nearby beaches, loads of hiking trails, or wine tasting all over San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.
