2BED / 2BATH Playa plana a una cuadra de la arena. Casa de la segunda historia con hermosas vistas sobre la soleada playa de Ávila. Originalmente construido en 1954 esta casa ha sido completamente remodelado, pero ha conservado esa sensación nostálgica del antiguo pueblo pesquero que solía ser. Esta propiedad ofrece todo lo que necesita, incluyendo un área de lavandería del sitio. Todo lo que tendrá que traer es su comida y maletas. Hay una terraza privada con barbacoa de gas y muebles de patio para disfrutar de las puestas de sol sobre la Bahía de Ávila. Arreglos de dormir adicionales están disponibles por medio de un colchón de aire también. WIFI está disponible con buen tamaño televisores de pantalla plana a través de la casa .....

Avila itself is a treasure, but this location made it even more enjoyable. Close to everything, and just out of the way of the live music and bustling when you want a little peace.

What a special place! Great views and you can hear the ocean at night! Location was fantastic - just a short walk around the corner and the beach is right there with the best coffee and ice cream shops.

Amazing views and place.

First of all, Avila it self is a gorgeous beach town full of wildlife and great eats. The place had amazing views that you could enjoy from very comfortable seating.The beds are very comfortable and the place itself is furnished great. The patio is great for a read and some rays.We loved our stay and will be going again.Host was very helpful.

Avila Beach Getaway

The property was great for our stay in Avila Beach. The location and view could not be better. We spent a lot of time on the deck, in both the morning and the evening. The beds were very comfortable. We were there for a wedding so did not use the kitchen much. Also enjoyed the quick and easy stroll to the lovely beach.

Beautiful vista

We had a great time here in Avila in this lovely place with so much light and wonderful views (even better than in the pictures). Perfect location for easy walks through the town, and just one block to the beach.

Excellent location and amazing views!

We stayed here for 3 nights over NYE and had a great time! The location of the property is perfect walking distance to town ((1 block away). The views from the unit were amazing as well. The furniture and decor were nice and the beds were comfortable. A little difficulty with getting the bedroom windows open, but it wasn't a big deal because of the season. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Mid-Century apartment home with gorgeous view

Stunning view of the ocean and coastline. Decor and vibe weren’t as charming for a mid-century home as hoped but more than adequate for our needs. Loved the BBQ!

I was born and raised on the Central Coast and I am 4th generation to this area. I come from a family of Fishermen, Abalone Divers and Tug Boat Operators. Avila Beach has always been my playground and back yard and I am very excited to own a property here that enables me to share the fun and beauty Avila Beach has to offer with others.

Location, convenience and views mean so much when you are choosing a beach home for your vacation. You can enjoy the Ocean and Sunset views of the Avila Bay from the living room or the oversized deck. The beach and downtown area is conveniently located only 1 block from the property. Also less than 5 minutes away is the San Luis Country Club Golf Course, a par 71, 6500-yard championship course. The front nine is situated within oak-lined valleys. The back nine transverses a tidal estuary. Golfers of all abilities will enjoy the challenge of this scenic course. If you are here for the water activities, Avila Beach is a good choice. Also less than 5 minutes away is Port San Luis which offers, Whale Watching Tours from December through March and Fishing Charters all year round. Due to the break water in the marina, there is over 1 mile of beach that is well known for its gentle waves making it a perfect swimming beach plus the microclimate weather offers one of the warmest beaches on on the Central Coast.

On each Saturday of the month there is a Trolley Ride and interpretive tour of the fully restored Point San Luis Light station. You will also enjoy strolling through the Avila Beach Farmers Market located on the promenade that runs every Friday night from April through September.
