There are so many things to fall in love with...A private relaxing getaway!

This home has a waterfront fenced in yard with lush green grass...a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor shower, Weber grill, and a hot tub with beautiful water views under the stars…
Inside, you can stay comfortable with central air, or enjoy the large screened in porch with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The other side of the room has a sectional which is the perfect place to unwind!
We also include two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for you to use.
You can walk to the beach, breakfast, lunch, ice cream, dinner, and drinks!

Super nice water front view! Very clean, and well stocked! Also, added extra amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc.Owners communicated a few times to make sure all was good and answered all questions within same day. Had a perfect sunrise view each morning!Would definitely stay here again! It felt like home away from home!

This is out third time staying at Rob and Corinne's beautiful home and it will not be our last. The view when walking through the front door is still breathtaking and the house is just as beautiful as on our first stay. We really feel at home here. Restaurants are within walking distance and the area is close to Newport and Bristol. Whether you prefer making s'mores by the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, paddling a kayak, playing foosball or just chilling on the beautiful screen porch, this house has it all. We have rented numerous houses in Portsmouth over the years and this remains one of our favorites. We will definitely be back.

The property was fantastic. Lovely view of the cove from pretty much everywhere. We loved the screened porch, outside seating under the deck, fenced in yard, and hot tub. Quiet residential area with restaurants within walking distance.

Nice amenities!

I stayed here for a few days in mid June with my adult children. We enjoyed the views and the back deck and fire pit area immensely. It was a short walk to food. We especially enjoyed Sunset Cove for coffee and breakfast in the morning and for drinks and live music in the evening. Nice quiet neighborhood and just a 20ish minute drive to Newport.

Beautiful Easter weekend on the water!!!

This home was so beautiful and fully functional with so many amazing amenities (hot tub, games, kayaks, etc) I felt as though we were staying at a 5 star hotel! Beds were extremely comfortable, every room was fully functional and clean, I would stay again in a heart beat!

This place was 100% as advertised and more! Check-in was effortless, the entire home was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. Wi-Fi access was easy and while the home was off the beaten path, it wasn't too far from it - so everything (groceries, restaurants, wineries, pharmacies) was available with a short drive! The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and relaxing gem nestled in Portsmouth RI. We loved our stay! A lovely home on the water. Honestly, you never need to leave. The upper porch is cozy and set up for board games/cards, or lounging with coffee or wine, while taking in the breathtaking view of the water. We also enjoyed the lower porch for enjoying the view and playing corn hole on the landscaped lawn against the backdrop of the water. We also explored the waterfront and tried kayaking which gave us a fun way to see more of the shoreline. What a wonderful bonus this VRBO offered. We also enjoyed exploring Bristol RI and enjoying the many restaurants there, and then one night in our VRBO cooking on the grill followed up with relaxing at the fire pit as we watched the sunset while watching the wildlife on the water. This really allowed us to take in the experience of what it feels like to "live on the water." The home is set up for gathering and we enjoyed the living room space/kitchen with the view of the water. The bedrooms are also pretty as a cozy retreat. What wonderful hosts Robert and Corinne are, and we felt welcomed and enjoyed their magnificent place on the water. We loved it!!!

Highly highly recommend. House itself is its own destination — the hot tub and screened in porch on the water, plus the kayaks, make it a great destination. But it’s location is ideal — 20 min from Newport, 30 from Providence, 5 from Bristol, but multiple coffee spots and restaurant/bars within walking distance

Came for an early June vacation at this unique property. Outstanding location with walking access to restaurants and beach. Paddling and views on site. The home is clean with numerous amenities. Service and support from the owner is unparalleled. Easy drive to Newport, Little Compton.10/10!

The home is beautiful! It’s on a lake with lots of water activities and 30 minutes to Newport, which worked out great for us. The property is very clean, well stocked and the owners friendly and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
