Please note that an exterior elevation renovation project will take place at Tidewater (Orange Beach) from Sept. 16, 2026, through Feb. 5, 2027. Work on the north-facing balconies (parking lot side) will occur Sept. 16–Oct. 16, 2026, with contractors working from the exterior of the building; access to vacation rentals will not be required. Guests may experience construction noise during this time, and balcony furniture may be temporarily moved inside as needed. The community pool will be closed during renovation periods from Oct. 19–Nov. 20, 2026, and Jan. 4–Feb. 5, 2027.

This property was great! The balcony was great because of the views of the ocean, the amount of seating and privacy. Everything was as described. The property was not so huge that it was hard to get an elevator or room in the pool, which we enjoyed. It was quiet, family friendly and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful…. But very dusty and 3 out of 3 tv remotes had dead batteries so had to make a lat night run for some but all in all a great place to stay

Condo was clean and the view was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with management when we had an issue with our parking passes not being in our condo. We resolved the issue quickly and management handled it very well.

The listing was just as posted. Clean condo, quiet property, and right on the beach. I didn’t realize that when checking in that there was rental agreement paperwork you had to sign before being given codes to get into your condo. Also, was supposed to have 2 private parking spots according to the listing, but this was not the case. However, you required a code to the parking lot of the building, so that made it a little more secure.I also wasn’t able to access my room because the code I was given did not work, but customer service was able to help me quickly. They did not seem to know anything about the parking spots other than saying the room would have information regarding parking in a grey bowl in the condo. There was no information, so we just parked in the parking lot. Overall, a nice place to stay! Clean rooms & bathrooms. AC worked very well. Great location. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for

This place was great!! The view was beautiful. The location was awesome. There were so many good restaurants need by. The beds were comfy. We had a great time and we are planning on returning in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was super nice, beautifully located right on the beach, and had a gorgeous balcony with a beautiful view. The pool was also very nice, and the location was extremely convenient.The the communication felt very generic. When I texted with questions, I received automated-style responses rather than personalized help. Check-in was very strict — we actually had to wait at the door until exactly 4:00 because the door code would not activate even a few minutes early unless you paid an additional 60. We also asked about a late checkout, but were told it had to be requested at least five days in advance. With a 9:00 a.m. checkout time, it would have been nice to have a little more flexibility.Also, be prepared to bring your own basic supplies. There was no salt, pepper, extra garbage bags, etc, so you’ll want to make sure you bring everything you may need. There were also no oven mitts. Overall, we had a great stay and really loved the condo, beach, pool, and view. Just be aware that the management company has very strict policies and limited flexibility.

This is our second time staying at Tidewater and we love it! The only thing that could be better is a door on the bathroom of the master suite so the light doesn’t shine straight at the bed.

Annual group trip

We've stayed in OB in August for the past 3 years. This place was what it was made out to be. There were two other couples in our group and we all agreed that our unit was the best of the 3.

Nice property, great location. I did not communicate with a "host" at all,felt like all correspondence was very generic responses from a management company. Basic condo, no "extra" amenities, which to fair, none were advertised.

Family Getaway

Great place to stay. Room was great- very clean and spacious. Very clean and the balcony had lots of seating and room. The 2 bedrooms that face the parking lot needs curtains- lots of light comes on through the night from outside and is hard to sleep. Would be helpful- other than that- it is an excellent place to stay. Would for sure rent here again!

Spring Break

Really enjoyed the condo. The unit is very spacious and the large balcony was great. Kitchen is stocked well. Everyone slept great on the beds. Loved that the TV’s were smart TV’s so we could log into our streaming accounts. Great communication with management company during stay.

This condo was 10/10. Was very accommodating for our group of 6. Very clean. Balcony is very spacy. Can’t think of anything negative at all about this room. Would stay here again! Also, liquor store, nice restaurants , sports bars, ice cream, breakfast place are right across the street!
