Bienvenido a Disney's Paradise View en Orange Tree, ubicado en un lote de gran tamaño. Esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños cuenta con 2 suites principales con camas extragrandes extragrandes, cerámica en todas las áreas húmedas, Internet gratis y larga distancia.

Nuestra piscina climatizada de 30 pies (tarifa adicional opcional de calor) y spa orientados al sur este (tarifa adicional opcional de calor) tiene sol todo el día con lanai cubierto para sombra. Sin vecinos traseros y mucha privacidad.

Great pool but house not clean and no television

The property was very nice. The pool was great and well maintained. However the house was not well cleaned including lots of hairs all around the house and very dirty floors. We ended up spending a lot of time cleaning the house in order to feel comfortable staying there. The television boxes were all dead so we could not get any television. We tried restarting with no luck. Also I went to to work at the dining room table and sat in a dining room chair which promptly broke under my weight of 170 pounds and I injured my elbow and neck. The chair had been glued back together by someone which did not hold. If the house had been better maintained it would have been a much nicer experience.

Amazing Owners

I can not say enough about Randy and DeeAnn. The house was so beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. We spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub. Randy went over and above more then once to help make our stay even better then we could have expected. We will definitely be back next year!!!

OK, great manager/owner

The manager is great! The house was accurately described, however construction of a new housing tract has begun across the grass storm water holding area behind the backyard, but still has a nice tree view. The home is very family style so it could use just a bit of deep cleaning. The master bedroom King mattress could use an update, it's a very soft pillow top that has past peak performance. The neighborhood is nice as well as convenient. Publix is nearby and it's a short drive to Walmart, restaurants and anything you need. Excellent Wifi and TV's in each bedroom. We were over all happy with our stay.

Awesome Place to Stay

Our family had a great time staying at this home! Randy was awesome with communication and responding to anything that we needed from day one of the rental! Clean, comfortable and cozy

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the house to find it clean and cozy. Everything was in order and ready to go. The kitchen is overly stocked with anything you may think you need. From a K cup maker with fill you own filter cup, to scissors, to pans and pots, and any other thing you make think of. Furniture was nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels for daily use and pool time. A/C had no problems keeping up with the 95-100 degree temps on our 19 day stay. Books for the kids and adults. Games too. Shortly after we arrived the pool pump did not seem to be pumping. I contacted Steve and he jumped on top of it! He contacted me every step of the way until it was shortly fixed. The neighbors were friendly on our daily walks. Plenty of wildlife to see. Home faces a common space with a nice tree line view. No neighbors in sight! He obviously cares about not only the home but the vacationers that stay. It’s always a gamble when you stay somewhere new. And staying for 19 days you pray it turns out. Our prayers were answered. We hope and would love to come back next year!

Excellent property!

We found the location of the property to be perfect; not overlooked by anyone and backing on to green land. The property itself was just as advertised and was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was brilliant and called us on our first evening to make sure everything was OK, and he was always on hand should we need anything. All in all the villas was perfect and helped to make our holiday perfect too. I would definitely recommend and would return to this villa.

Absolutely Amazing Property & Owner

In short, book this property and you will be the hero of the family. My wife and I rented this property in March 2019 and we couldn't be happier. Our two young girls (2 & 4) had such a wonderful experience. First, the owner... this is a true rental by owner, not a property management agency. The experience between the two entities is night and day. The owner, Randy, was the best communicator we've ever had when renting a property. He took the time to understand what we were looking to get out of our vacation and he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything. And, we most definitely were. The pool is huge, clean, and the view from the backyard is the best we've ever had. Definitely opt for the pool heat if you're renting in the cooler seasons. The hot tub is wonderful & relaxing. We loved the fact that the house is one floor so we didn't have to worry about the baby with the stairs. Quick note for families with babies: in the garage/gameroom, there's a high chair, forward facing car seat, and single jogging stroller. If you're thinking twice about lugging a stroller on a plane it would be wise to ask Randy if they are available during your stay. The ceilings of this gorgeous home are vaulted and the open space of the house is perfect for entertaining and always being engaged with company. Each bedroom is private and quiet. I wish I could describe how well this home is laid out. It just flows so perfectly all throughout. The grill was great! We traveled to a Gulf side beach one day and Randy had everything we needed for our journey in the gameroom (beach chairs, cooler, all terrain stroller). The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. We felt welcomed and were really able to relax and have a great family vacation. We didn't do any of the Disney or Universal parks this time around but when we do our top priority will be booking this home. We stayed in Clermont before when doing the parks and the proximity to the parks is just as good as anywhere else without the crowds and traffic. Thanks to Randy for an extraordinary experience with our vacation rental. If you're still searching and this property is available, book it now!!

Lovely Home, Private Pool, and Peaceful View

Headed home and sorry to leave. Enjoyed the spacious, well decorated home and private pool. Sand Hill Cranes frequent the nature preserve, which is just behind the back yard, and wander throughout the neighborhood, frequently calling to one another. Friendly neighbors. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent villa. Will definitely be back.

After an extensive internet search (I feel your pain) we eventually decided on this villa. I knew the area to be quiet yet only a maximum drive of 30 minutes to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and Discovery Cove (and yes, the Orlando Premium Outlets mall ;-). This is an excellent villa and includes every home comfort you would need for a great family holiday. Having travelled to Orlando previously we deliberately allowed ourselves more villa time and really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. As the rear of the villa is south facing you tend to get the sun all the way through the evening which was a real bonus for those late dinners. When we arrived the villa had been cleaned to a high standard and photos on this website don’t do justice to the standard of the furniture and space. Randy, the owner, was extremely helpful and obviously takes great pride in this beautiful home. In short I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to family and friends. If you are anything like as picky and indecisive as me I would suggest you book this villa now and get on with looking forward to having a fantastic holiday.

Lovely House

This was a lovely home spacious,comfortable,clean and very well equiped. Randy was really helpful and visited to check all was ok. The pool was great the kids loved the games room and it was just perfect to relax after hectic days visiting the attractions. We are looking to return later in the year!

Excellent Holiday

This was our first holiday away without family or friends and choose a smaller villa to stay in. We have always stopped in this location of florida. We found the villa to have great views and a perfect location on the estate to see the fireworks at night from disney. The accommodation is of excellent quality with a good size pool, were the children had plenty of room to play and sunbath. The pictures on the website can not say enough about this home until you stop there and experience it. Randy made sure on several occasion if everything was ok, the management company also responded promptly also when notified (this was to reset the internet connection). We throughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait til our return next year. Many thanks again Randy for a beauitful villa. Mick, Lindsay & Girls

Fantastic holiday!

Well what more can I add to all these great reviews, I had never booked a house before and was not to sure about it, so I read a lot of reviews and Randy's house had lot of positive review, so I though all these people could not possibly be wrong so I booked the house. Well it was all that plus what a beautiful house you have Randy perfect location and very well maintained. We had so much fun there I had to call Randy and ask for a few extra days. We went to go to have fun in Disney, but we all enjoyed the house more, next time I will buy less Disney tickets and more house time. I can't stop telling everyone how great this house is, hope to come back soon! As for any one reading this thinking what am I comparing this house to? I always use Marriott hotels.

Great Vacation Rental

We just returned from our vacation at this property and have nothing but great things to say. We did not pay for pool heat and unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us so it was a bit chilly for the adults but the kids still had a great time, it's one of the largest pools we've found from rentals we've used in the past. There were six adults total and we had plenty of space for everyone. My father is handicapped so the floorplan was perfect for him to maneuver. Universal Studios was about 30 minutes away, Disney about 20 and Kennedy Space Center just over an hour. Everything from groceries, restaurants, golf and entertainment was a short drive but the house is located in a quiet development. Thank you Randy, we will contact you again when we return to Orlando.

Nice home but chilly pool.

We traveled here for a long Thanksgiving weekend and contacted the owner in advance to inquire about "added" pool heat due to recent back surgery. He told us we could expect the pool temp to be 86 degrees and the spa "very warm" for an added fee which we paid in advance. Well, the pool temp was closer to 80 degrees in the midday sun and was too chilly for swimming most days. After several phone calls to the owner and the maintenance company, we just gave up. The home was very private and the lot spacious. It was in an area of well kept, quiet homes and would have been perfect had we been able to use the pool which was really the focus of this trip.

A Quality Home !

As first time travellers to Florida we were looking for a home that was convenient for the parks,but also somewhere we could relax in peace and quiet .Randy's home doesn't dissapoint on both counts .It is a superbly furnished spacious property with a fantastic open rear view .We are a family of four with 10 year old girl and teenage boy both had there own room with bathroom and loved the pool area and the games room .The rental home is convenient for the wall-mart 3 minutes away .Randy recommended aplelbees restaurant which we went to 4 times great service and atmosphere.Randy was also very helpfull with any issues we had.Overall if you are looking for a spacious superbly furnished,quiet ,no neighbours and convenient for the parks i could not recommend this home enough.I have recommended the property to friends and family already and only been back a day Thanks Randy

Outstanding Accommodations!

This villa provided plenty of space for our party of four, two adults and two teens. It was very clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed the game room, swimming pool, and hot tub. Universal Studios was a little further away than Disney but all attractions were easily accessible via interstate. This home made our vacation one of the best we've had. I can't imagine staying in a hotel again! We'd definitely do it again. If you like Japanese food, Seito Sushi on Turkey Lake Road in Orlando is a must, and the service is excellent. Thanks, Randy!

Wonderful family get- a- way

My family and I, 10 persons in our party had a wonderful vacation in this private, well organized and clean home. Our every need was met and the beautiful private pool was a huge bonus. Amazing Rental Home

I stayed at Randy's rental home from April 15th to the 23rd with 7 other family members. I have 2 girls age 8 and 11 and they loved this home. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Another treat for them was feeding the 2 egret birds that would visit us daily. We would give them pieces of bread and the kids thought it was great. This could not have been a better location for all our needs. We spent lots of days at disney parks and evenings enjoying the peacefulness of this property! The Super Wal-mart was nice and close for our grocery needs and there were also lots of chain restaurants just around the bend too! I can't imagine going to any other place when we return to Orlando. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience!

Great Family Holiday

We stayed at Randy's property for 8 nights,and couldn't be more pleased.It was everything he promised.He was very helpfull and answered all our questions honestly and very quickly.The home is beautiful and we were close to everything you could possibly want or need.Our days were spent at Disney and most evenings were spent in the pool and hot tub,what a way to end your day.We were a family of 19,8 of which stayed in this home and there was lots of room for everyone.We had 2 children with us ,age 8 and 11 and they had a great time at the house especially the pool.There are lots of pool toys and floating tubes.The pool is fully gated which is great for small kids.The area is very quiet,hardly seen anyone and the neighborhood is lovely.Just a short drive to a super walmart where we bought all our groceries and found the prices to be very good.We were in this home from the 15 to the 23 of April.Just got home last evening.We will definitely refer this home to our friends and family and if we return to Florida in the future we will be in touch with Mr. Plant again.

Doesn't disappoint!!!!

What a great experience! It was a pleasure dealing with Randy and renting his home. It offered everything that we could have asked for and more. A wonderful, clean home located on a very private lot, which was important to us! We had frequent sand crane visits, hot air balloons in the morning and even an armadillo!!! Best vacation home ever!!

We were so pleased that we rented Randy's gorgeous vacation home. Everything we needed was right there. The home was nice and clean. The children enjoyed the game room. Very spacious, and well maintained. We definitely will rent from Randy again. On a scale of 1- 10 the home was a 11.
