Modern, poolside Ogunquit 1br/1ba, just a 10 minute stroll into town.

1 Bedroom, first floor unit with Queen bed & 1 full bathroom. Modern, clean and well maintained with a comfortable sofa, accent chair, a 4-stool breakfast bar and 4-seat dinette set. Fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker and all-in-one washer & dryer right in the unit. Free WiFi access along with 2 Smart Roku televisions including cable TV & Netflix. Unit outfitted with heat and 2 A/C units. 1 parking spot included during the rental period. Short 10 minute walk to downtown Ogunquit Village restaurants, shops and ~15 minute walk to either Main or Footbridge Beaches (2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella are provided for use). Common area includes an outdoor pool during the warmer months (typically open Memorial Day weekend through mid-September) with poolside patio tables/chairs & chaise lounges available for use.

This unit is at the very end of the walkway making it more private, with little to no passers-by walking by the front door. Unit can accommodate 2 Adults comfortably. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. No pets, no smoking in the unit (smoking is permitted in a designated area in the parking lot).

This condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. In fact, everything seemed new. Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Eric, the host, was easy to reach with any questions and responded promptly. He also provided a book with great info about the condo and the Ogunquit area. Top notch rental!!

Perfect stay. This condo is extremely well equipped and the location is very convenient. The complex itself is very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool on the days the tide was too high. Hope to return next year!

Beach vacation

This was our third summer in a row staying at Eric’s condo, and once again it was a great week. The condo is beautiful, well appointed, and smartly arranged to maximize space. We had everything we needed, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. We also love the location; walking distance to two beaches and all the shops and restaurants. It is so nice to be able to park the car for the week! The perfect location and space to fully enjoy Ogunquit!

Perfect Little Condo

The property was very clean upon arrival. I had no issues getting into the apartment or getting appliances to work. Eric’s instructions were well written and easy to understand. I had no issues with loud or disruptive neighbors. The location is just far enough away from the noise downtown, but not too far to walk back and forth. It was the perfect little condo for my solo vacation.

Beautiful Condo - Perfect Location

Eric’s adorable condo in Ogunquit was the perfect place to spend 2 nights/3 days of our ten-day Bangor to Boston road trip. The location is just a few minutes walk into town, and a short walk to the scenic 1.5-mile cliff walk that hugs the Atlantic Ocean, starting at Shore Road in Ogunquit and ending at Perkins Cove – don’t miss Marginal Way! This rental has everything you need and more!

August vacation

This was our second year in a row here, and we will continue to come back! The location is perfect, the space well-appointed, and host communication is excellent. So many little details are taken care of that make for an easy and enjoyable stay.

July OGT vacation

Great condo, close to town, fully equipped for cooking, laundry etc. The bed is very comfortable which is important to us. The pool is clean and well kept as is the entire property. Hope to make it back next summer, Eric is a great property mgr.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful home

I was so pleased with this property. Each year we travel to different areas on the East Coast, and this rental was light years ahead of others by way of appointments. Very thoughtful with the tiniest of details attended to. Eric was very friendly and communicative and I could not ask for a better host or a more beautiful stay in Maine.

This 1 bedroom condo was so beautifully designed! Very comfortable, and left nothing to chance! Had umbrellas, chargers, beach chairs, cooler, and so much more!!!! Eric even brought extra linens for my cousins to stay over for a short visit!!!!

Perfect location - Very welcoming and comfortable

We had a wonderful weekend in Ogunquit. The location of this adorable condo is perfect, just a few minute walk into town and a short walk to the main beach or the footbridge beach. The condo has everything you might need for a very enjoyable and comfortable vacation. Checking in was a breeze. The condo is very clean. Eric, the host, has thought of every need of his tenants.

Divine!

Words cannot express how impressed I was by our accommodations! You can tell how much Eric cares that you enjoy yourself and the area/community! From the personal photography on the walls, baiting you to check out each bench stop on marginal way to the thorough welcome packet suggesting many excellent things to do with great description. He also has games and many books about Maine to help you learn and have some fun! We enjoyed a ride to Mt. Agamenticus for a sunset, walked marginal way to Perkins Cove one day and the 4-mile loop around to the Beach Plum Farm on another. The rental has everything you need and more! Absolutely recommend, thanks Eric! 🍻

Great Stay in Ogunquit

We had an amazing stay at Eric’s condo. He really thought of everything from kitchen supplies, linens, local info and instructions. The condo was in a great location and stores, restaurants and beaches were all within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean, great location

This place was everything we could have asked for! Short walk into town, even shorter walk to a few breakfast stops. Rental was very clean…probably the cleanest I’ve ever rented! Plenty of towels, kitchen had everything you needed, bed was comfy.

Great Unit

We loved our stay at Eric’s property. We had a great time. The place was clean, fresh, and Eric was so thoughtful. We decided to add an extra day and it was very easy to do so. I will definitely be returning.
