Great location with an easy walk to Grace Bay Beach. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery store. Adam was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for excursions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the absolute perfect place for my weekend getaway. I have zero complaints. The home is exactly as it is shown. So very comfortable. I felt safe the whole time. It's a beautiful location.

Perfect location for a couple

This is a perfect condo for a couple who doesn’t mind being a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. The condo was just as advertised. It had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Flip flops and easy walks

The condo was in the perfect location. It was within walking distance to the grocery, beaches, restaurants and coffee shop. The condo was as described. The pool was lovely. Overall it was safe and clean. Would love to come back again!!

Great place in a great location

The condo was perfect for us for a nice winter break. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. As others have mentioned, location is great with a short walk to Grace Bay beach, many restaurants and a grocery store. A nice perk here was the beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and cooler. We had a car and used them to visit a couple of other beaches on the island without worrying about rental availability. We'd definitely come back!

Great, super affordable spot in TCI

The property was exactly as described and perfect for a couple, amenities were awesome, and so many great options for food and groceries within walking distance. While you don’t have a view of the beach from the condo, the binder and maps left for guests make it super easy to find.

Stay in Grace Bay - March 2024

The property was everything we could have hoped for. A 5-10 minute walk from everything in Grace Bay! The pool was great to have on property, as was the attentive host. We had a few questions throughout our stay and they got back to us within minutes each time. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we’re back in T&C!

What a Gem!

We really enjoyed our stay here two weeks ago. The condo was perfect. It was immaculate, and had all the conveniences we need. A quick 10 minute walk puts you on the most beautiful beach in the world. They provided chairs, umbrella's and a wagon to haul everything. The owners were extremely responsive, and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Overall this place is a great value for Grace Bay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back for our 11th trip to Provo.

5 Star Condo!!!!

Excellent Condo in Grace Bay. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable and short walk to the beach and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen, AC worked fine and nice touch with the QR code provided with the Condo describing the area, log on for the Wifi and condo instructions. TV's were top notch. Adam was very responsive through out the stay and easy to communicate with. We will stay again

Great Spot!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked condo within walking distance of everything around gorgeous Grace Bay. Perfect for 2, and you can walk to the beach, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, etc in less than a mile. The owners are great with information packs, quick response to questions and supply things like spa shampoo and laundry detergent. We highly recommend this place and if we go back to this amazing island, we’d book it again in a minute.

Wonderful Place on Grace Bay

The property is fresh, new clean well equipped, and maintained beautifully. Adam was a responsive host and made sure that everything worked seamlessly for our visit. The location is close to everything on Grace Bay. Our only complaint? we wish that we could have stayed longer!!

Strongly recommended!!

It was our first trip to TCI, so, we were not sure what to expect. The apartment location is really great, you can walk to the beach, the supermarket and to the nice Grace bay restaurants and shops. Anyway, I strongly recommend to rent a car to visit also other beaches in the isle. Adam did a great work simplifying the check in & out process, directions and recommendations were also very helpful.

Beautiful property, Great location

We were blessed to stay at this condo for seven nights. Everything in the description was accurate. The checking process was very easy with clear, accurate instructions from the owner. The store is a quick five minute walk and the beach is just down the street. There were beach chairs and an umbrella provided. We loved this location and used the kitchen daily. We had zero complaints on this trip. We had a few questions and the owner responded quickly. We’d stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Location!

My family and I have had several extended stays on the island in the last couple of years. This trip was just my wife and I. We knew the area we wanted to stay. Adams place was perfect! Easy to get to beach, grocery store, restaurants. Condo is very nice and looks exactly like the provided pictures. The couple of very minor issues were resolved almost immediately by Adam. We would not hesitate for a second to rent from him again.

Outstanding

Our one-bedroom condo was a great size and had everything we needed. Many products were supplied; ie, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent and other general household products. The two buildings were smaller in size, so that the complex wasn’t crowded around the pool. Location was great and only a short distance from groceries, restaurants and the beach! It is definitely fantastic for all that you need to live in a condo for your getaway in the Turks and Caicos!

Great location, Clean place

Very clean condo for two to enjoy in a well located area. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary items a couple would need. Very close to Grace Bay Seven Stars Resort and Ritz Carlton. Do not expect your host to reply you for requests that you may have. I did not get a reply at all for my request even after leaving a message on his phone.

Excellence in Grace Bay

We selected this unit based on the great reviews and it did not disappoint. The property is conveniently located in Grace Bay so we walked to restaurants, the grocery store and of course the beach. The building is located in a quiet area with secure parking and access. The condo is just as it is presented on the website, is well-stocked, and has a very comfortable bed. The unit has all of the amenities you need to enjoy the beach. If we had any question or issues, Adam was very responsive. Highly recommend this unit!

Perfect stay

We love Grace Bay. This was our 4th trip to Providenciales but had previously stayed at a boutique resort. We chose this spot because of its location. It was super clean, efficient and modern much less expensive than the prior spot. We enjoyed how quiet is was. Using grill was easy because it was nice and clean. Everything we needed for a great stay and all the contacts we were given for anything that came up were quick to respond. Thank you!!

New modern condo, perfect location!

This Beautiful condo can’t be beat! It is located close to Grace Bay beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, including spices. We also dined out and would recommend the Coco Bistro. They offer excellent service, great food, and ambiance. Adam was a great host and responsive to any questions and provided the planning information we needed to know before traveling. The gated community was very quiet and peaceful. We were able to spend a lot of time enjoying the pool and we also used the community grill, which was convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great time in Turks & Caicos

If you're worried that the pics on the site don't measure up to what it looks like in reality, don't worry! Adam's place truly is as wonderful as described. The condo is nicely decorated & comes with everything that you need for a beach vacation: well-stocked pantry, beach chairs & umbrella, etc. Adam was very timely in his responses leading up to & during our trip. His place is perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants & shops. Most of Grace Bay's attractions are within a brief walk. If you're on the fence about whether or not to rent a car, you may just want to forego it This trip ranks as one of my all-time best vacations! My husband & I will definitely be returning & booking our stay here again!
