Mer Sea Gulf Front 3 Bed/3 Bath Corner Penthouse Condo between Rosemary and Alys

Newly renovated, Mer Sea is a gulf-front 3 bedroom /3 bath luxury penthouse condominium at fabulous High Pointe Resort, right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Occupying the entire west end of the top (fourth) floor of the gulf front building, the views are incredible. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella set up included in rentals.

With nearly 2,000 square feet of interior living area and a spacious, 750 squarefoot wrap-around terrace encircling nearly the entire condominium, there is ample room for up to 8 guests. There are two master suites, each with king bed, 32" Samsung LCD TV, and direct terrace access. Each bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two full beds as well as an adjacent full bath with tub / shower.

The kitchen features stainless appliances, French door fridge with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave as well as new cabinets and countertops. Dining table overlooks gulf and seats six. Living room has a giant LED TV.

Because of its spaciousness and quiet top floor location, Mer Sea truly has more the feel of a "home in the sky" than an ordinary condo.

Easy access to pool and beach. Close to shops and restaurants in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Crabby Steve’s was super confident with food and drinks!

Condo perfection

This condo was by far one of the best we have stayed in up and down the Gulf Coast. It is beautiful, well appointed, the perfect location and the most priceless sunsets from the balcony. Mer Sea is complete perfection. We cannot wait to return!

Excellent in every way!

Property is gorgeous, extremely comfortable, and convenient to everything! Gulf view is spectacular! Wonderful retreat! (We parked our car at check in and walked everywhere for dining, fun, and exercise and did not get into car until check out!) Host is super responsive and kind. Our second time staying here and plan on returning.

Simply amazing.

This property is so beautiful and so perfect. From the gated condo complex (nice to have on 30a), to the completely redone condo, to the ocean front view (able to see dolphins), to the extremely comfortable beds😂 this condo was our favorite yet. The owner is so quick to respond and so friendly. Such a short walk to the beach too!! We had no issues at all!! We will definitely be back!!

Best high pointe unit!

We have stayed in many units in this complex, and this was far and away the best. It was beautifully remodeled. There were so many surprise extras from how well the kitchen was appointed, to the cozy earth sheets, to the secret stash of kids beach toys in the laundry room. We had the very best time!

Condo was very nice and clean.The dresser in one of the rooms was broken, so didn’t have any where for clothes. Manager did offer to get it fixed but as we only had 2 days of our 7 day stay left, we told them not to bother. One of the chairs on the deck was also broken. They should just do a little better run through before guests arrive. But over all was very nice.

Even better than we expected

Beautiful balcony views overlooking the beach. Property was clean and current (in terms of interior decor). The owner was incredibly responsive to all communications. We would definitely book this unit again. High Pointe is the perfect location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, and its private beach is uncrowded and beautiful.

Best Vacation

This vacation was probably our favorite. The condo was beautiful and it was stocked and clean. We loved the view that was completely open to see while cooking or relaxing. The location was great and allowed us to walk pretty much to restaurants every night. The owner was very responsive and rules and guidelines were easy to understand. The owner had a welcome book that helped immensely when deciding where to go and eat…very nice touch. We will definitely come back.

Teresa was the best Host I have ever worked with. She was quick to respond and extremely easy to work with. All the information was correct and Teresa made it easy to check in and provided all codes in a very timely manor. It was such a pleasure to work with Teresa - she made the vacation a breeze.
