High Pointe Resort E26 is a beautiful second-floor condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight adults, with max occupancy being nine. Stunning views await in this spacious corner unit, with plenty of room for your whole crew. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of natural light into the beautifully decorated open-concept living/dining area. Spend time together on cozy furnishings in the living room, or take it to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There's no better place to catch up with family and friends. Modern appliances and ample space in the kitchen make it perfect for cooking and preparing quick snacks for the pool, while the breakfast bar accommodates cozy moments for two. Bedrooms and bathrooms are just as delightful, with modern appointments designed to make any stay relaxing. The generous master suite features a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a garden tub, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Guest suites are just as accommodating, one with a queen-sized bed, twin bunks, and flat-screen TV and the other with a queen-sized bed, twin bed and flat-screen TV. A washer and dryer are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay!

Please be advised that the High Pointe Complex will undergo balcony deck coating and window replacements as part of a renovation project. The complex wide work is scheduled through May 2025. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, there may be some construction noise and temporary closures of the balcony during these periods.
