Luxury and privacy meet at this Kihei Condo, located in the condo resort known as Maui Kamaole®, and just minutes away from the three sunny Kamaole beaches. Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas.

Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

We had a wonderful stay! This condo was perfect for our family of four, including our two children (ages 8 and 10). The pull-out couch was comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a huge bonus. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The condo was well stocked with bathroom supplies like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as kitchen and laundry essentials such as detergents and soap. After long days at the beach, the kids loved spending time in the pools and hot tubs.We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and snorkel gear that were available to use. The A/C units worked extremely well, which made the condo very comfortable.Thanks again for a great stay!

Great area for the stay, only a few minutes away from the beach! Safe and quiet community. The place is definitely bigger than the pictures shown, lots of room for activities or lounging. A few critters did come visit, but you’re on an island.

A must stay in Maui!

We had a great experience staying here. The condo was clean and well equipped with towels, beach chairs, pots, pans, dish detergent, dish soap and various kitchen items that we were so glad we didn’t have to purchase. The AC worked great and there are several great pools on site that my kids loved after a beach day. It’s a great location- not too far of a walk or drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place and location

Everything was good except for the day of my check out date someone came into my room that already had an access code an hour prior to check out. It was an awkward moment.

Better than pics online

First it was acute place very clean. But yes, roaches I think they are unavoidable at an older complex in this tropical weather. Very nice cute touches like welcome cookies and coffee. Everything you need for cooking a proper meal. They also had everything you’d need for a beach day (sadly the tropical storm took that out of our plans) .. grounds were pretty and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great in bedroom and living room. All in all I recommend

Do not stay here it is absolutely disgusting Unless you like living with cockroaches

First night on the property the first five hours found more than five cockroaches in the kitchen cockroaches inside the freezer and the water dispenser contacted the property management no reply back ended up with 4 girls sleeping in are car second day found several more walking around on dishes and trying to eat my food that was on the counter contacted management no reply they don’t care and they are very well aware that there’s cockroaches in this condo due to the fact that there’s cockroach traps everywhere contacted vrbo they couldn’t get ahold of the property manager was told I would be contacted several times in 3 days nothing I’m now checking out and still no reply I came here for vacation and did not get to enjoy one day of my vacation trying to deal with this I ended up throwing away half my clothes due to the infestation in one of the closets I’m upset with how everything was handled I wish I could post pictures words can’t describe there is a reason why the place is so cheap Do not stay here

I had high hopes…

The pictures looked so inviting and peaceful and paradisiac. When I walked in the door I was hit with the smell of old bacon. Like the people who stayed there previously smoked up the place. It looked clean, but definitely had an unpleasant smell. And I woke up early at 6am to go out on the patio to enjoy my morning tea and listen to the birds only to be hit with the sound of the people above me out on their patio with their kids letting them scream and play. AT 6 IN THE MORNING. I was so irritated. I payed $300 a day for peace a quiet, not to hear screaming children. And they claim to have quiet hours also. There were ants in the front bathroom. Not a huge deal for me because I was using a different bathroom. I felt like the towels were old and worn out. In my check out email they asked if I could strip the bed and start a load of laundry?! Um……what exactly am I paying for here then? I had to listen to my neighbors children running all across the floor so loudly and screaming, I could hear them thru the floor. So be aware that they have very thin floors and walls. You hear everything. I heard my upstairs neighbors talking. The only reason I’m leaving this public review is because I was given a courtesy call asking how my stay was going, which I missed, so I called them right back and said “thank you for the call, I’m glad you called because there are a few things…” and I mentioned how loud and disruptive my neighbors were being and also the bug problem in the bathroom. They offered to call the people above me and remind them of the “quiet hours”. Which did nothing. I didn’t get a follow up asking if things had gotten better, or anything. Instead I had a stressful stinky bacon stay with old towels and sheets which I was asked to wash myself before I left. The only good thing I will say, is that the A/C worked very very well. I was able to keep it crispy cold in there. It helped filter out some of the bacon smell too the longer I left it on. To the Vacasa management, please pay attention more to the quality of your guest services, and the details, like getting new towels and linens every now and then. And making sure the air smells clean and things don’t just look clean. And if someone looking for peace and quiet gets placed next to screaming kids, maybe offer to move them to a different condo. It will go a long way.

Beautiful condo. Has everything we needed. Very comfortable in a great location. Gorgeous landscaped grounds and neat pool and hot tub. Pool is in the shape of Maui! Highly recommended and will stay here again!

Great location

Super close location to beach and local boat ramp to the ocean. Loved the complex and its layout. Very walkable property with many cool spots to stop and take pictures. Loved all the birds and vegetation. Both pools are nice and not crowded. Neither are kid pools, they are regular pools with 3.5 feet at the least part of the depth. Bring life jacket/floaties for your toddlers to be safe. Interior of home was warm and cozy. Trees are welcome realistic on walls. Nice touch to make you know you are in Hawaii while inside the home. Two patios really open the outside to you. Unit is not cooled by central air/AC. It has two wall units. Be ready as these things need some finessing to get work properly. You may need to bring ear plugs if you don’t like noise when you sleep. The units work but they are loud if you have a standard AC in your home. Kitchen had everythin you need to do breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recommend getting an air fryer with shelves and the kitchen supplies would have been perfect. Water and ice maker worked on fridge. Filter was newer. Just bring a Hydroflask and you are set for daily adventures.

We loved the condo and the location. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my young boys! Clean and nicely furnished with all we needed. Great condo property!

Beautiful and quiet community

This was a very beautiful and quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to take to the area beaches. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer with a complete kitchen for all of the comfort’s of home. I was very happy with the management team at Vacasa. I will definitely use them again.
