the host was welcoming and they were so speedy with responses and helping out when the bed broke and when the winter storm came through! They were fantastic hosts! 10/10 recommend here. The house was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for our family vacation. If I ever come back to Breck I will be renting this place again. absolutely breathtaking home and views!

The home is beautiful, and easily accommodates 10 people and 6 cars. The view and neighborhood are spectacular, and the hot tub was great. On the downside, the queen bed in the basement is broken (kept falling off the frame) and the mattress is sunken in the middle. My pregnant daughter preferred the floor. The bunk bed mattresses are hard as rocks, the foundation on the bottom has a rise in the center, and it was unsleepable - so I chose the couch. The basement king suite bed, king main suite bed, and main floor queen were all hard, which were acceptable, but not great. The furniture in the living room was hard, too. It was just an uncomfortable house.Also, we were given a code to open a lock box but there was no key to the front door. We only got in because the cleaning people were leaving. We were finally told that the key was in a kitchen drawer. Well, that key did unlock the deadbolt, but the handle was jammed locked and unusable. Even if it did work - one key for 10 people isn't practical. They need a digital entry (and a new doorknob). We ended up going in and out through the garage because that code worked, but the door to the house from the garage didn't even shut properly, much less lock.The basement bathroom really needs an update. It's usable, but janky. The shower head is terrible. Shower door on the main floor bathroom doesn't close.The management company was very easy to work with and responsive, but the issues we had weren't anything they could fix.

House is in a nice location, butIs old and run down. 2 shower doors don’t close and 2 are missing, and they have put up shower curtain rods instead of repairing shower doors. One of the toilet seats was stained and worn to the point that it has to have been this way for a long time. We were just very surprised inexpensive repairs were not considered on this level of home. The manager on duty was very nice and responsive and did send out the cleaning crew to clean again, but we did have to do more cleaning ourselves to feel comfortable staying here. Again the management company was very responsive, but we would not stay here again due to the overall condition of the house.

Good space and location, house is VERY rundown and many things promised were not working or simply non-existent.Only bed in one room was broken....unusable. The toilet in one bath didnt work (they knew ahead of time but never got fixed). Didnt even have a key in the lockbox (previous tenant took the only one?.?!!!)....had to use garage to get in and out.

We have rented this lovely home in Breckenridge several times -- grandparents, with parents and grand kids. The house is big enough that everyone can have their own private space and then meet in the living room and kitchen for family conversation, games, etc. Wonderful views! Great well stocked kitchen!

Great house and great location

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge. The house was huge with tons of space for us and our friends. There was plenty of area to hang out and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It was a great stay.

Gorgeous Breck House

Had an amazing time! Such a beautiful house. Enjoyed the rec room with the billiards table and shuffleboard. Hot tub felt great after a long day on the hill. As the snow melted though it was obvious someone left cigarette butts on the ground outside the hot tub and that someone didn’t clean up after their dog. We only noticed this because it has been 50 degrees here the last few days and a lot of snow has melted. We didn’t spend any time in the year so it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that this place was nice me of the best stays I have had in years! Thanks again!

Family get away

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge, and the house’s location was perfect for our activities. We chose this home because it was pet-friendly and could accommodate our family. The home felt well-prepared for our visit, though it could benefit from some updates and TLC. The three car heated garage was amazing!We greatly appreciated the management team’s responsiveness. They were prompt in addressing our questions during our stay and were very helpful when we forgot an item. Communication before and during our visit was clear and timely.

Cozy stay in a beautiful place

Everything was great! The house was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. There were plenty of games, a jacuzzi, and many other activities to enjoy. The towels and bed sheets were clean, which was very important to us. The views from the windows were stunning, and the atmosphere of the house was so inviting. We would love to stay there again the next time we visit Colorado!

Ok but !

Three shower heads were clogged and the kitchen drains clogged up and would not drain. Had to call maintainance to unclog kitchen we were in the process of cooking our Thanksgiving turkey. Pool table was fun but there was no cue chalk so cue ball glanced off regularly. Shuffle board was fun but no board powder.. had ample spices but no salt or pepper. Needs a broom and clothing hooks everywhere one oven had black residue from previos renters that started smoking after we lit it. Need chairs to sit on in most bedrooms and in basement thats all right now.

Breckenridge late autumn stay

Beautiful house in a lovely and quiet location (great views!) Kitchen was well stocked. We visited Breckenridge with several generations and we were able to spread out in the house — play pool and shuffleboard, enjoy the hot tub, bbq and relax! Only comment (same as other reviewers) was some worn carpets but didn’t impact our great vacation at all!

All-in-all a great time

The house was very accommodating with more than we expected- several pillows to choose from, extra blankets, and towels, the kitchen had several types of pans, equipment like a hand mixer, a blender, crockpot, several spices, and more. A couple small things are that the carpet is very well worn (of course, doesn't affect the experience) and the tips for the pool cues were very worn and there was no chalk. But, all in all we had a great time! The check-in was smooth and we never had to contact the host for any issues.

Mountain Home

This was a spacious rental in a safe, convenient location in Breckenridge. It is managed by a property rental company and we were given contact information for a local property manager who was able to help us find and get missing supplies. Some of the interior of the house could use updating (i.e. the carpet), but the house is otherwise tastefully appointed.

Great for family gatherings

Lovely property. Great location near Breckenridge but in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful amenities: hot tub fireplace and pool table. Big kitchen. Gorgeous views! The house was pretty, slightly worn looking but nothing that detracted from our stay.

Great place!

Great spot with lots of amenities including a well stocked kitchen. Some things were a little worn out and the carpet could use a deep clean but overall this is a great property and everything - grill, hot tub, fire pit - was in good working order.

Great place for our family outing!

This house was charming to stay in for our 3-day family get together. Plenty of space for 10 of us to prepare and enjoy several large meals together. The views of Breck are spectacular, especially from the hot tub! There are also some nice walking trails in the neighborhood for a quick hike without needing to drive anywhere. Zendo is amazing!

This was our second visit to Zendo. We love the location, the layout, the amenities... just everything. The staff (Tom - who I dealt with most) were all VERY responsive. Most requests were handled within hours of our request. If you are looking for a get-away. This is the place. If you are looking for a great company to use AventStay. Both 5 stars!

Amazing property - just needs some updating.

I'll send a detailed set of comments suggestions to AvantStay - but overall the property is excellent. It just needs some updating and attention to detail. (For such a high end property, I'd expect slightly better amenities such as the quality of the tissue paper and humidifiers for the bedrooms. There were also a number of items such as the shades in the master bedroom (several were broken) and the quality of some mattresses that need to be replaced. But overall the property is great. Beautiful views, great locations, etc.
