The Demi-Lune. An urban space with small town charm!

Overlooking quaint and charming downtown Hendersonville, North Carolina, the Demi-Lune is your escape from the city without leaving big city comforts behind. The Demi-Lune is located in a fully restored historic building, with second floor views over Hendersonville's Main Street. The Demi-Lune is spacious at over 1800 square feet, two bedrooms and two full baths, a sun room that spills out onto a back deck with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains! The Demi-Lune takes its name from the floor-to-ceiling half-moon shaped window that looks out over Main Street Hendersonville.

This beautiful space is a second floor walk-up in an historic building, in Hendersonville's most vibrant area of downtown. The Demi-Lune features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, plus two fold-down sofas to accommodate extra guests. For light sleepers and daytime nappers, make use of the white noise machines in both bedrooms.

The Demi-Lune is located above Hendersonville's premier Aveda Salon. The salon is open from 9-8, Monday-Friday and 9-2 Saturday. Book in advance to get a service in this popular salon! Call ahead to make an appointment. 828.692.4452

The Demi-Lune is conveniently located within 1-2 blocks of ample public parking.

The Demi was an amazing place to stay! Perfect location to everything walking in downtown Hendersonville. Close drive to other amenities in the are. The loft/apartment is decorated so nicely and very homey with all the things you’d need including even having a fresh container of half and half which was very thoughtful. Beds are super comfy. All the toiletries were top notch. Would stay here again if had the opportunity next time in Hendersonville. Thank you!

Historic apartment loft over eclectic mix of shopping, bars and fine dining in the old Main Street district of Hendersonville. Walking nightly to different restaurants was a real highlight. Highly recommend the Hearth & Herron restaurant on Old 7th Avenue.

Wonderful stay!

This is a really beautiful space in the heart of downtown Hendersonville. It is clean, well-appointed and a short walk to everything downtown. Love the natural light and rooftop deck. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place!

If you want to be in the middle of it all- this is the place for you. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Hendersonville. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay- will definitely book again!

School Visit

This was our second visit to this clean, well appointed loft. We were visiting our son at Christ School, and all of us enjoy staying in downtown Hendersonville. Very close to school and lots to choose from in Hendersonville.

Amazing Rental in Hendersonville

We fell in love with this little place the moment we walked in. The photos online do not do it justice. An Alexa is provided for music, bedding and linens are great quality, and all required amenities are provided, including coffee and real cream. The atmosphere inside is very romantic and cozy. People watching though the window was fantastic! I cannot wait to return to stay again. ESPECIALLY since our experience was out of the ordinary this trip. We arrived the day before Helene. Despite not having power for most of our stay, the apartment was quite comfortable and offered safety from those wandering the streets due to it's second floor location. The hosts stayed in touch with us and offered so much courtesy given the situation right now is WNC. Before you book your stay at Grove Park Inn or Grand Bohemian, consider The Demi-Lune. It has all the luxury and location you would want when visiting the area. We rent and travel a lot, and this property also had a very easy check-out. This is always a huge factor to us when choosing a rental. Thank you! We will be back, and we wish you and your families swift recovery.

Apple festival getaway

The property was absolutely amazing. It was in the ideal location downtown. It was absolutely stunning inside and we didn’t hear a peep from the festival happening a mere 10 ft away. If I could rate this place higher I absolutely would. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful place and very convenient to everything.

Amazing place and within walking distance to most everything. Enjoyed the feeling of old world history meets modern day décor, the privacy of the outdoor patio, bedrooms and baths were very nice and clean. Host went above and beyond to make the stay very memorable. Would definitely stay here again.

Hendersonville Gem

We have been coming to Hendersonville for over 15 years and have loved the recent renaissance of the city and downtown. This is a fantastic place to stay, in the heart of downtown, next to restaurants and shops. Easy to get to Flat Rock to see the latest play. The renovation of this unit is fabulous, great place to enjoy the area. Will definitely put it at the top of our list of places to stay in the Hendersonville/Asheville area.

One of the most exceptional properties

The Demi-Lune is, by far, the most exceptional VRBO property I have stayed in to date. The pictures do not do the space the justice it deserves and the appointments are wonderful. The space feels like a NY loft space complete with brick walls and historic building woodwork with the charm and elegance of a remodel. The space is large but homey, with a minimalistic design aesthetic that lends to the comfort. Each room is comfortable and well laid out with all the touches of home. The bathrooms, while not large, are clean, comfortable, and maximize the space to the benfit of guests. This location is perfect for staying in the middle of downtown and getting a great night sleep once downtown closes. There's minimal noise from the street or neighbors at any hour. The property is walking distance, if not steps, from every great restaurant or watering hole and has a perfect deck for grabbing a bottle of wine and a deck of cards and just hanging out. I wish I had seen this space for our many trips through Hendersonville the past several years, but I will certainly return in the future.

Hendersonville delight

Property is in perfect location, extremely clean, well stocked, this was our third stay within a couple months. Host is amazing. I thought I left my purse behind, host mediately check the property and called me to let me know it wasn’t there. I left it in a restaurant and got it back. All three of our stays no complaints. We really enjoyed the rental and the town of Hendersonville.
