This house is screaming vacation rental!!! From the moment you pull down the driveway you will know you made the right choice! This house will sleep 19 people in beds and has two kitchens and two living areas. The main upper level boasts a fully stocked lakeview kitchen with seating for 12 including the adjoining lakeview dining area and a lakeview living area. The primary suite is located on the main level and offers a king bed and a twin day bed with trundle adjoined by the beautiful primary bathroom. The primary bathroom offers a large soaking tub, a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity. There is an additional full bathroom on the main level as well. The lower-level living space is referred to as the Kid's Zone as it boasts two reclining theater room style couches with a large flat screen TV, a pyramid bunk bed and a pullout sofa sleeper, and plenty of couch space if kids want to crash there too. Also on the lower level is the second bedroom with a king bed, the third bedroom with 2 double beds, the fourth bedroom appointed with a queen bed, and another full bathroom. Now let's talk about the incredible outside space. There are upper and lower decks on the lake side of the house, a large covered patio, deck area at the entrance of the house and another deck leading from the house to the dock. The dock offers a 12 X 20 slip, a large swim platform, and three kayaks available for your use for fun in the sun. There is plenty of space for parking and it is very private. This house is located in the Horseshoe Bend/Four Seasons area close to all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer including golf, nightlife, restaurants, boat rentals and all the tourist attractions. As you can see this property is screaming vacation rental and is calling you to come enjoy, cop some rays, and relax! Labor Day at the Ozarks

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our home and dock were awesome. A great location with a fair amount of privacy as the neighbors homes and docks were a little ways away. Right near MM4 by a lot of great things and gas, etc. We will be back to this property.

We enjoyed the house & location for our family lake getaway. Easy to check-in and out. Loved the dock for fishing, swimming & keeping our boat in the water during our stay. Some things to be aware of is there is no yard or beach going straight into the water & there is a very narrow steep driveway going down to the house. We could not drive down with a large boat trailer attached because there is no room for turning around at the bottom. The house could have been cleaner but the property managers were very responsive & helpful. Will definitely book a property with them directly when we come back to the lake!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at this property for a week-long family vacation with a mix of family and high school friends. Here are some helpful details for anyone considering a stay:The layout of the home is great—spacious and ideal for hosting a family gathering.The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed.Ground coffee makers are available both upstairs and downstairs.The view is absolutely amazing — View!!!Located at the 4-mile marker: not all the way back in a cove, but somewhat tucked in with a clear view of the main channel.Plenty of parking is available. The driveway into the house is very steep and fits only one car at a time.No life vests or lake towels are provided, and the bath towel supply is limited.Only basic starter items are included (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent), so plan to bring additional supplies.Gas grill is available and includes utensils.The upstairs deck has no umbrella or shade mid day.Scooters (jet ski rental) is less than a half-mile drive away—super convenient.I approach reviews a little differently—I focus on facts rather than personal opinions, because everyone’s preferences are different. That said, I’m always happy to answer any questions if you’re considering this rental and want more detail.I would absolutely rent this house again.

Convenient location

Had everything we needed. If you have a bigger boat you will need to back it in the drive as there’s no room to turn around.

Great place to stay!

The house was in great condition had all the amenities and sleeping space we could need. We stayed at this property for a golf and lake trip. Everything went smoothly and our stay was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property

Lakatude Adjustment

This house was amazing! Had beautiful views and was clean and ready for us to arrive. We were here for my daughter’s wedding and had plenty of room for her, her bridesmaids, and family to get ready and spend time together! They even accommodated us and allowed us to get into the house a tad early!! Thank you so much for helping me make this weekend unforgettable for my daughter!!! Would love to stay here again!

Summer Family Get-together 2023

Great week in this lovely home. We liked the location, the cove and the dock. Really appreciated the jet ski lifts. And the kids loved the kayaks. All in all a wonderful lake front home for a good size group. (Only comment is that AC works really well -- too well in the basement level. Couldn't figure out how to warm it up a little down there.)

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for the whole family. Everybody had plenty of room. The dock was great water was deep plenty of room for my boat. Everybody had a great time.

Fantastic 4th of July Weekend

We had four generations together for a great holiday weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were able to spread out so babies could sleep and hang out on the deck for amazing views of the lake. We made use of both kitchens and ammenties. The dock was great for early morning coffee and catching rays later in the day. The kayaks were fun to paddle around the cove. We rented a pontoon close by one day and had a great time out on the water. The dock was great for loading and unloading people throughout the day. The parking was great. Plenty of room for lots of cars. The carport kept cars cool and out of the heat. We produced alot of garbage and the dumpster at the top of driveway had plenty of room. Our weekend at Lakatude was great!

We had a large group of 22 people and the house suited us great. The house was clean and furniture and beds were very comfortable. We loved the high table and chairs on the upper deck. The rental process was very easy, clear and easy to understand. Each one of the staff members we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and answered any questions that came up.

Beautiful property.

Beautiful property. We saw lots of deer, sometimes right outside our bedroom window. We loved using the kayaks and jumping off the dock into the water. Lots of geese and ducks came to visit and my son enjoyed feeding them cheerios. We sat out on the deck and played cards a few times when the weather was a little cooler. Although the house was very large and had plenty of room we still felt very cozy and it was nice to have quality family time together. We cooked every meal in the kitchen or on the grill and never had to leave the property to get something to eat. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of blankets and even extra pillows if we needed. I loved that there was access to a bathroom from outside. It made swimming days so much easier to get washed off after. The complimentary soaps and body wash was a very nice and unexpected touch. Accommodated our needs and were very friendly and understanding

Could not have been more satisfied! Everything about the home was well suited for a larger group and the lake access and private dock are a must-have for relaxing on the water. Beautiful home! Clean, well supplied, and absolutely perfect spot on the lake. We were thrilled with the trip. Everything was excellent. Everyone I spoke to at Four Seasons was helpful, kind, and wonderful to work with in setting everything up. The property was perfect for what we needed and I got a better price through Four Seasons than I would have with other rental management options.Simply outstanding. Everyone was friendly and professional at all times and thoroughly helpful.
