Comfortable, recently redecorated Cape Ranch with a stunning kitchen. This includes 3-4 bedrooms, (4th bedroom is an office w/pullout sofa), large living room which catches the morning Sun. A modern dining room is central to the deck and patio area, and a modern kitchen with inductive range. The property is located off of Route 6A which is convenient to shops, restaurants, theater and beaches. Also, Taylor-Bray Farm is a short walk away. This is an historic working farm, the home of Chloe the Scottish Highland cow.

Great rental in Yarmouth Port

We stayed for a week at Nigel’s place and enjoyed it very much. Great location - close to nice beaches, restaurants and so on. We can only recommend it. Very clean and well stuffed. Good communication with host.

Amazing family vacation

We had an amazing stay and made many memories with our family. The house was absolutely perfect with every possible convenience. Great kitchen with all necessary cookware and dishes, beautiful dining room with a skyline, patio that’s perfect for BBQ, dining outdoors, or just relaxing by the fire. There were even games in the garage that the kids enjoyed. Tidal beaches were a short drive away, dining and stores just around the corner, and we loved the communal farm down the road. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Lovely stay in this very clean and comfortable property

We had a very pleasant stay with family and friends in this property (four adults and three teenage girls). The house is very clean, very comfortable and very well equipped, nothing is missing. The kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is generally well equipped. We really enjoyed the terrace for breakfast and dinner when the weather permitted. The very large garage is also very practical for storing beach equipment and parking bicycles. Grocery stores are located less than 5 minutes away. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend this rental.

It was a pleasure hosting Simon and his family. They left the property spotlessly clean, and I would very much look forward to hosting Simon again in the near future. I would recommend Simon, without any hesitation, to any other host who Simon might stay with on this site. I would give him 6 out of 5 stars!

Welcome to my childhood home! Having grown up in this house back in the 70’s & 80’s, I have seen the transformation of the Cape over time and how the 6A side has remained a serene and tastefully-appointed village. I took care of my elderly parents here, and when they passed away during Covid, I couldn’t give up this wonderful neighborhood that we have enjoyed over a period of 50+ years. Conveniently located on the mid-Cape near beaches, ponds, golf, shopping, Hyannis nightlife, Dennis Village and more, this home gives you easy access to a plethora of options. My favorite neighborhood treasure is a walk around the historic Taylor-Bray Farm to pet the goats, marvel at the donkeys, or stroll out onto the marshside boardwalk. There are benches for pausing and reflecting on the gentle beauty of this priceless working farm/archaeological site. And if I’m hungry, I head over to the award-winning Oliver’s Restaurant/Planck’s Tavern just down the street for a delicious dinner and live music after dark. The Seven Oaks has it all and still gives you the peace and quiet to kick back, reflect, and make plans for another amazing day on Cape Cod!
