Per condo rules you must be 25 yrs to book this all season condo. Experience the sun and surf of the New Jersey coast at this lovely vacation rental. With access to Wildwood Crest Beach just outside the front door, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect sun-soaked escape. When you’re not enjoying the sandy shores, head 8 miles up the road to spend the day exploring all of Cape May’s best attractions. In the evenings, end things on a high note with a dip in the heated pool and a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Your beachside retreat awaits. ID required for checking.The following are not provided sheets, pillowcases or comforters, towels and bath essentials. Pool is seasonal.

great location but not cleaned

location was excellent but the place was not clean when we arrived - and we arrived just before checkin at 4pm. the owner got someone in right away to clean but it already interrupted our vacation as we had a 5 year old with us who was anxious to get to beach and such. at one point we got locked out as the door locks and we mistakenly left key inside so be sure to keep the key in lock box EVERY time you leave the condo as even the property manager onsite did not have a backup so it caused another longer interruption to our vacation. a suggestion would be to replace lock with a coded deadbolt like most VRBO rentals utilize to remove use of a physical key all together. either way, the onsite person should have a backup. the owner was very responsive and the location of property was excellent!

Great location with a few things to keep in mind

This as a great condo. We ran into a couple things that others may want to keep in mind when renting. Pros: - great location - beds were comfortable - clean and well decorated condo - 2 parking spots - property manager is quick to respond, great communication Cons: - no bedding (sheets, comforters, blankets) or towels provided, you must rent them all or bring your own. - parking is for small vehicles only. I have a small SUV and it barely fit, I had to tuck in the mirrors. Our other vehicle would not fit, we had to park on the street and pay the whole time - ID is required

Convenience

Very convenient to the Beach. Car is needed everywhere else. We did walk 1 1/2 mie to convention center. The attendee was very eagle eye, watching your every move, very annoying. Overall very good trip. Thanks Luana.

Cozy condo adjacent to the beach

Well kept condo with great beach access. A bit small for 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo since the weather was great.

Great location, tiny condo

Great location, tiny condo. Good proximity to pool and since it was nice on the first floor w a ramp it was so easy to unload and get in and out w the wagon. No where to dry bathing suits and the common room is right above and a bit noisy for toddlers to sleep. Might be better with older kids since the TV wires were hanging so we moved the bar seating under the tv to hide them. The bed was pretty small and not sure it was a queen. My husbands feet hung off the end, but he slept better on the pull out couch the next two nights. The frame itself may also have been broken it was really loud. Overall we had a nice long weekend.

We had a great time!

Place was clean, location excellent, heated pool very relaxing, staff very nice and courteous. We had access to everything needed. Property manager communication was great! I would definitely come back!!

Very Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The building seems to be very family oriented. The unit has been recently renovated and everything is new and clean. We were steps from the beach and the pool. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The outdoor shower in the parking garage area was great (the roller skate key on the key chain is to turn the outdoor shower on and off. We learned the hard way, lol). We were able to rinse off our chairs and boogie boards after each visit to the beach before putting them in our car. The unit is next to the office so we could hear the phone ringing and voices occasionally, but it did not prove to be an issue for us. We really liked that there is a nice smart TV in the unit so we were able to watch movies on our own Netflix account. We stayed in the bedroom right off of the kitchen and found it to be extremely quiet at night. Luana was very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Experience

This was an overall great experience. The condo was immaculate and only steps from the beach. Everything was extremely clean and new. I would recommend this location to any family that needs a getaway.
