This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath townhome is in the heart of Flagler Beach. The house is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the storage closet. There is a community pool for relaxing after a beach day.
Master bedroom features a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances.

Great stay!

My husband, son and I had a really wonderful time in Flagler at Jessica's place. It was a great layout with the two bedrooms for our family. The views and balconies to the ocean and sunrise are wonderful! The condo was very clean, with plenty of amenities. Jessica's commication before, during, and after our stay was excellent. The welcoming treats were a very nice surprise! We definitely would love to stay here again!

One of the best stays ever....

One of the best experiences we had. Unbeatable view from the balcony in the morning...... We loved our stay at this place. Everything there what we needed. Communication with Jessica was excellent. We loved the balconys, to have the car just below and the view. Quiet community. Only a few motorcycles has been loud on the A1A, but that is not the fault of the place or Jessica. It was Bike Week during our stay and I loved to sit on the bald ny watching all the bikes drive by. I highly recommend this place and if we make it again in this area, it will be on #1 on my list where to stay. All the best, Sven & Kerstin

Amazing

Amazing vacation. So relaxing. Beautiful view. Condo had everything you could want and more. Well equipped including a crockpot. Jessica left and nice bottle of wine, cookies and candy. What a wonderful and kind surprise. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Remodeling on my dime and time and a deceiving host!

This condo is Under Construction and pictures are Totally misleading and false advertising! I have been working with VRBO to be refunded,partially refunded and in the beginning just trying to be refunded my pet deposit, where it clearly states refundable! Our 12yr. old10lb. Pomeranian caused no damage!This condo is in the middle of a REMODEL and Jessica the host has refused even at the request of VRBO to refund us! There are holes all over second level in the cement floors all along the baseboards where they have ripped up all the carpets and carpet tacks and wood where it had to be drilled into the cement to hold originally, half painted walls, rust in the bathroom tub and shower, taped up vent around edges to hold to the ceiling.Rain water coming in second floor and going through to first floor, temporary rugs placed down to suffice till they get your vacation money to finish there construction job.Rust and larger holes all around the stair railings. I sent VRBO 50+pictures to back up my claims and the pictures clearly speak for themselves,so now we are waiting for her to be investigated by VRBO and removed from the rental program! Also, she took pictures from another condo unit to show the supposed view from the balcony as well as the condo itself is not even in the picture where she is showing the whole complex, no reason to even falsify this. The point is , THE CONDO IS A DUMP WHILE BEING REMODELED AND JESSICA THINKS YOU SHOULD BE OKAY WITH THAT! Worst Ever!

Perfect location

Condo right on ocean, 1 mile from town center. Clean, well supplied with everything you need, host is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions. Car port is on the first level, living room, dining, 1/2 bath on second floor and 2 bedrooms on third floor with full bath. Beautiful views from the balconies. Would definitely stay again!
