Great Location!

We were a short walk to the beach and walked to dinner every night. The location was great! Lynne was very responsive and the apartment was clean and fully stocked! We had a wonderful weekend away!

Great place at Flagler Beach

I enjoyed everything about this place. Quiet neighborhood and very clean place. The hosts were wonderful to us and we had great conversations with them. We had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

Nice apartment - great location

Lynn was very responsive and checked several times to make sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Lynn provided everything I needed to enjoy my stay. My grandkids and I enjoyed playing the games that were provided for our use.

Great place, wonderful hostess

Perfect couple spot. Very roomy living room wonderful kitchen nicely stocked with appropriate dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beautiful bathroom and shower with huge towels plenty of linens. Lynn was a perfect hostess. She was there if you needed her offered nice tips for where to go where to eat if you wanted them. Much nicer than we expected. We will definitely want to book another vacation with Lynn!!

Don't Hesitate, Stay Here

This quiet non-commercialized beach town surprised us. It is delightful. Short walk to a very private beach. Owners were generous to give us their parking spots, bikes, and more. Roomy, comfortable, clean, and very well appointed efficiency apartment. Comfortable bed. We would return and highly recommend it!

2 short blocks to the water view

Coffee in the morning, the water view a hop, skip and a jump away. Restaurants within walking distance. Shady alleys to explore on foot when returning from your day. Or, easy pull-in FB parking with the view, the water and surfer watching, too!

Would stay again

Lovely little place! Host was very attentive to our needs. Easy checkin. LOVED having (brand new) bikes to use and we rode everywhere! Didn't plan on spending as much time as we did inside the unit but mother nature was a real pistol during our stay. LOVE Flagler, the beach, the people and all the great restaurants. We stayed from Feb. 15-20, 2024 and glad we did because the Daytona 500 was moved to Monday due to rain.

65th Daytona 500

My time here was amazing. Great hosts I was working the 500 and had meetings prior. I just needed a clean and quiet place to unwind after work. This was it I hope that my late hours did not bother my hosts. I hope to be here next year as well for the 500.

Would Stay Again

My boyfriend and I stayed at Dave and Lynne's place for three nights. We were a bit disappointed that the beach access was closed and we had to walk further down to get to the beach. We were looking forward to riding the bikes that were in the description, but there weren't any... Dave works around the house a lot on the weekends, but he is cool. The apartment itself was super clean, cute, and fully stocked! We really enjoyed the area and all of the local restaurants. We didn't want to leave and would definitely stay again!

I reserved this property for 5/16/25 through 5/18/25. Within minutes I received a message from the owner of the property advising me that the City of Flagler Beach will not allow her to rent the property out because it is currently For Sale. Therefore I reserved an hotel room for the stay. Even though the property was illegally advertised on VRBO, I was charged for the stay by VRBO. I have tried multiple times to get VRBO to issue a credit for this charge. Two different "Customer Service" agents have viewed the messages that I had with the owner, but, to date, no credit has been issued. The agents only tell me they are front line agents only and don't have the authority to issue a credit, so they will refer it to the department that can issue the credit. This never happened.

Flagler disappointment

Very disappointed...outdoor area was a picnic bench, no BBQ. 3 large dogs outside bdrm window woke us up daily at 7am. No oven, no place to put things, microwave was so low that you could scald your hands trying to stir your pot, screen door handle kept falling off, had to put all our soap, shampoo and wash cloths on the shower floor, not a hook or shelf anywhere. We lived a week out of our suitcases...not fun. Would not recommend this place at all.

excellent location awesome host & pups

We stayed at 1341 Flagler Beach with the hostess Lynne and her partner Dave. We were very happy to find their place open. Lynne did everything she could to accomodate us from a late check out to offering tips on where to go. The little apartment is spotless, and the thoughtful touches made it so homey. A television in the main living space and one in the bedroom. Nice crisp white linens and a comfortable bed. There is everyhting you need in the kitchen she is super thoughtful to leave suppplies like leave all kitchen bags, paper towels, plastic wrap and also soaps and shampoos and hair conditioner. We really loved it here and could walk to the beach, shops or restaurants and the neighborhood is quaint and beachy. If you love dogs, as I do she has the sweetest dogs (separated by a fence ) but you can wander over to say hello. very private even though attached to the main house. Perfect stay. Thank you Lynne.
