Location of the House
- Highly sought after Chatham house - corner property which is a walking distance from Historic Downtown Chatham. Close to the Baseball Field.
- Walk to the Heart of Historic Chatham in minutes- Conveniently located next to school ground which has a basketball court and Eight Tennis Courts. Right next to the famous bike trails going to Harwich and beyond.
- Minutes to the historic Chatham Lighthouse Beach and the Chatham Oyster Pond. Quick drive to Orleans, Wellfleet, Harwich, Dennis, Brewster, and Provincetown.
Description of the House
This house is a brand new house to the rental market (Saturday to Saturday rental) with new kitchen and bathrooms. This is a three floor cape house with 3 bedrooms which can easily sleep ten people.
- Brand new kitchen with new appliances, including new french door refrigerator, 1500 kw over the range micro-wave with external venting, new stove, new oven and a new dish-washer. Back splash comes with new LED lighting to enhance the ambience.
- Brand new patio with sitting bench, table and a fire pit!
- Open kitchen plan with dining room that opens up to a spacious deck for entertaining. Kitchen connects with the dining room via a Quartz counter that is great for serving food and entertaining.
- Dining room boasts a large buffet and a wine fridge for your wines and drinks.
- The Main Floor includes a spacious Living Room with wood burning Fireplace that connects to a Dining Room with Pantry
- The Main Floor also includes a full bathroom with night-light and bluetooth music for your shower.
- The Second Floor has all the three bedrooms. It also has a full bathroom that features night-light and bluetooth music capability.
- The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Sofa bed. (sleeps three)
- The Middle Bedroom has a bunk bed and two additional beds to sleep four. (sleeps four)
- The Third Bedroom has a queen bed and boasts a Papasan double chair plus cushion. (sleeps two)
- The Basement has a bonus room with its own entrance that has its own wooden fireplace and pull-out sofa bed. (sleeps two) It leads to a outdoor shower, patio and a separate driveway.
- The house comes with a brand new Washer and a brand new Dryer.
- There is an extra refrigerator in the basement floor.
- The house comes with 3 bicycles (one electrical) and a paddle board.
- Outdoor patio has a 3 burner Weber Grill and a cooking fire pit.

We enjoy the beaches, the hikes, the 'small town' charm and were fortunate to find this property which was very well located. Our family of four enjoys this property as our second home when the guests are not using it.

The property comes with all the amenities for a family that is looking for a relaxing get away. It is well located, close to downtown and the beaches; and comes with a new kitchen, a new patio and all new amenities.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Since it is used by a family when not used by the guest, there are lots of amenities that the guests can use including the patio, two bicycles, and a paddle board. The patio is a great place to relax during the evening. Please enjoy this home just like how we have enjoyed it as a family!
