Welcome to our lovely clean and disinfected 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of New Providence just a 15-20 minute walk away from the beautiful Junkanoo Beach and a 20 minute walk to the downtown area. We provide all the necessary amenities and an authentic cultural ambiance. The apartment offers air conditioning, free WiFi, personal parking, Smart TV, kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, beach towels, tea, coffee and more!

Great time seeing Nassau

5 to 10 minute walk downhill to Fish Fry, Cricket Club and ocean. Another 10 minute to downtown, pirates museum and the straw market. We had a great food, everyone was very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Property

The location of this property was great. It was walking distance to the fish fry and the bus stop was just down the road. It is located on a busy street, but inside you could hardly hear any noise. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a 5-night stay in Nassau! The hosts were very responsive to any questions. Thanks!

Coming Home!

Our trips to Nassau are filled with fun and family. We chose to stay at this property due to its close proximity to downtown. Our host was always attentive. The place was super clean. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!!

Local Location

Good location to the Fish Fry, Junkanoo Beach and Bay Street. Walking distance but, good to have a car. Was comfortably furnished. Sharon and Jonathan were both readily available and helpful.

Amazing Hosts

Hosts are amazing and go above and beyond for their guests. All the information we needed for our stay was provided and there was a quick response time for things that we needed. Fish Fry and Beach are within walking distance however if your going out at night arrange a taxi or car. My friend's and I felt very welcomed and would definitely visit again.

Good property for exploring Nassau

The property had everything we needed for using it as a base to explore Nassau. The neighbourhood is a bit run down and there’s quite a lot of traffic on the street next to the house (despite the street not being a large one). However, the location is convenient as it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and the centre. Although you definitely need to drive/ get a cab to nicer beaches. The host was great and communicated well/ addressed all issues during our stay.

WHAT A JOY!! Host is such a pleasure. Very accommodating to travel and local knowledge. The house is clean and spacious with all the amenities you could desire. Went for girl’s trip and couldn’t have picked a better place. This was our first time to the Bahamas and the trip did not disappoint. The walk to the local grocery, Fish Fry, beach and even downtown was short and we felt safe the whole time. To our delight, we got the FULL Bahamian experience and flavor. Will definitely seek to return.

Great Location!

The location of this property was great. You are a ten minute walk to the fish fry, ten minute walk to to Fort Charlotte. We could make it to the cruise ship terminal area in 20 minutes. There is a convenience store and liquor store around the corner, and a great local pub 150m away. It is a residential area on a fairly busy street but the street quiets down at night so no concern. Property has everything you need for a short or a long stay. Bed was super comfy. Owner was awesome at communicating. We used her recommendation for a taxi (Charlotte) and she was absolutely awesome!

Great Stay!

What a perfect property! It searved it's purpose! Sharon recommend taxis drivers and they were surper helpful and kind! We walked most of the area with our teens! The beach and Fish Fry were a 15 min walk! Into town 25-30 min! Sharon was so nice and always responded quicky to my texts. You are definitely in the heart of Nassau where the house is located. The Bahamian's are super friendly. We were able to have a late check out the day we left. Our flight didn't leave until 6pm that night, so we were able to stay past the check out time. We enjoyed the stay and will be back again! Thank you Sharon ❤️

Simple, cute place

The house was as described and good for our party of 4. Property manager was responsive and friendly, although we didn’t meet in person. No outside area to really just sit outside, but it was hot so we wouldn’t have. Location: if you aren’t comfortable being outside of the tourist section or a gated community, this isn’t for you. We had no issues while there, but you must be comfortable in an area not necessarily populated by tourists. Close to Junkanoo beach, but we didn’t feel comfortable to walk the +/- 5 blocks.

Family vacation with 2 teens

Great off the beaten path. You will need to rent a car or be okay with some walking to get to a bus or taxi. Near enough to typical attractions but also not in the middle of the partying. Walking in the heat can be intense so wear light clothing that reflects the sun. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood over being in the tourist crowd. The apartment is nice, had necessary supplies and was comfortable. Very well cleaned. We also went with the recommendation of Charlottes as a taxi driver to and from airport and to get to an early morning excursion She is Wonderful! Also bring plenty of cash, most things are more than you expect (an island) and many places don’t take credit or if they do they charge a big fee.

HHT Reunion

The home was absolutely beautiful and cozy. My exact style just like home. My friends thinks that I'm crazy because the master bed, sheets, pillows, and blanket were SO comfortable. I literally wish that I spent a Lil bit more time in bed, but I was on "vacation". It was awesome how Ms. Sharon had the informational Booklet. We had to resort to that many times for food, fun, and reliable transportation. We used the fridge and microwave, didn't use the stove. Overall very awesome experience. WAAAYYYYY cheaper than the hotel option, and we were less than 20min walking and less than 5min drive from the beach and bigger hotels where the rest of our party were. Thank you SO much. Can't wait to visit again.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The interior of the property was clean and well kept up with. The exterior the same. The location of the property provide vistors to experience both the tourist experience and the native experience. The property is located walking distance to one of the local beaches and for those that don’t mind walking. The only negative is the location of the property is near a main road and when certain vehicles pass the water drain it makes a sounds like knocks on the door. The recommended car service was superior service. Miss. Williams was resourceful throughout my family trip. But I would recommend and return to this location especially if it’s for a quick trip.

Real GEM! Spacious apartment, conveniently located near multiple stores, bar and the beach. We had an amazing warm welcome, hosts were available to answer any questions, recommend things to do around the area, connected us with all other service providers. 5 star hospitality. We will be back!

Nassau Convenience

Last minute trip to Nassau. Chose this property due to their proximity to the beach. Finding the place was a little challenging. Night time and no house numbers. Sorry used to house numbers. Not a fault of the host. Property was as shown and described in listing. For a longer stay would need more towels. Our host was a peach! We locked ourselves out and contacted her. She was there in 5 minutes to let us in. She also provided a comprehensive list of close by grocery stores and liquor stores. We asked for a later checkout time and she was able to accommodate. Would stay here again.

If you are interested to immerse in a community with the beautiful Bahamian people this is your vacation home! You are walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, Ardastra Conservation Centre, Junkanoo and Saunders Beach, the must go to all the famous fish fry restaurants along the beach and city centre ! There is an awesome fruit stand at West Bay St. just mins away to get all your fresh produce and a corner store one block away from the home that was very convenient! The home is clean, beautiful, good air conditioning, wifi and what is advertised. A prefect location from the hustle bustle of all activities. Enjoy your stay Carol Ann (Ottawa, Canada)

This property is well kept, clean, located in a friendly neighborhood with several nearby historical sites and is in the center of Nassau! Many key places are in walking distance and public transportation ($1.50 per passenger) via nearby bus stops are readily available . Rental car(s) can also be made available. The option of a personal driver and/or certified tour operator is also available.
