This freshly updated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom luxury penthouse property is sure to impress. Panoramic views of the Atlantic can be enjoyed from every angle. Styled with coastal blues and whites, this seaside retreat leaves nothing to be desired.
Both bedrooms are located on the entry level of this villa. The Master is furnished with a gorgeous upholstered king size bed with crisp white linens and a beautiful patterned duvet. A matching dresser, nightstands and flat screen television complete the room. Windows line the wall giving guests the ultimate ocean view from the comfort of their bedroom. Access to the balcony is offered as well. The grand en suite bathroom provides a double vanity and tiled walk in shower.
The second bedroom is just down the hall and offers a king bed, beautiful matching nightstands, chest of drawers and flat screen television. Sliding glass doors allow access to the balcony and unbeatable ocean views. The second bathroom features a shower tub combo and vanity area.
Just up the stairs you will find the main living area. Here, unbeatable views can be enjoyed from every angle. The main room is furnished with a matching sofa and love seat along with two striped swivel chairs. Just across the room you will find the dining area complete with a large wooden table and 6 matching chairs. Three bar stools offer additional dining space. The fully updated and equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dark wood toned cabinetry and a white subway tiled backsplash.
