On the first floor, step into the country living room with spacious seating, large 4K smart TV, full bath, master bedroom king suite, and chef's kitchen & dining.

On the second floor, you'll find a bedroom with dreamy king mattress and 4K smart TV, and a loft area with two single beds with plenty of room for family or friends.

The farmhouse offers hotel-style amenities that balance country charm with serenity, including 24-hour online concierge and white glove service.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire farmhouse. No other guests will be present, so you can simply relax and unwind in your home away from home. Since this is a real farm with “live” horses and other animals, the kind farm owners live across the street to care for the animals and maintain the farm. Check-in is easy and convenient with our touchscreen smartlock.

"Can you give me a discount?"

You will get an automatic 10% discount if you book at least 7 nights and 20% discount for monthly stays.

"Do you have reliable Internet & WiFi?"

Yes, we have lightning-fast fiber optic internet and WiFi, in fact, we're known for some of the fastest internet in the U.S., which we're very proud of :)

"What's the monthly rate? Can I lease month to month?"

If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through the app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).

"Is there a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?"

Yes, we require a pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking.

We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to 2 dogs during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be supervised.

"How far are you from downtown Chattanooga?"

We’re about 27 minutes from Chattanooga, it's a lovely drive.

“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”

Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)

"How many TV's are in the house?"

There are 3 high definition 4K TV's (living room + king bedrooms) and fast Wifi throughout the house for on demand entertainment.

"Do all the bedrooms have blinds?"
