Great location

Great location, cute area. Loves the downstair but not upstair, Upstair bath and small bedroom was a little weird, ceiling was low above the stairs and we constantly bump into it.

Breath taking

There was only 3 of us, the house was great. Came right over to clean the windows the veiws were great. The bathroom could of been claened more there was sand every where. All in all loved it. Would definitely be back.

Not enough time

The views were amazing. Property was listed just as it was online. Older house with a few squeaky board when moving around but over all what does house doesn’t anymore. Kitchen was nice and had just enough of everything. We brought paper plates to cut down on having to do dishes. Over all Was very nice stay.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our time. Funny layout of the home and a couple creepy (fun for hide and seek) crawl spaces. Kitchen and views Nare the gem of the home.

Cold Beach House stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have such mixed reviews of this home. When we first arrived the house was below 57 degrees. It was freezing! We adjusted the thermostat and waited for the home to warm up. It never did. We sat in the home bundled in our coats and wrapped in blankets, hoping the heat would eventually kick on. About 8:00pm, I called the Property Management Company and explained the heat in the home wasn’t working. They sent a maintenance worker over l, who worked very hard to trouble shoot the heating issue. He spend an hour trying to figure it out. Eventually, he was able to fix the problem and turn the heat on to the main level. He explained to us that the upstairs heat was broken and left us two space heaters for the upstairs. We thought the space heaters would be sufficient enough to warm the upstairs.They hardly did the job, upstairs was freezing our entire stay, especially at night. We weren’t able to use the upstairs level of the home. We did receive one follow up call the next morning from the management company. I explained to the person on the phone that the maintenance worker wasn’t able to get the heat upstairs to work and left space heaters that were hardly warming up. She seemed to think that was okay. We were very disappointed in the maintenance of the home. Also, be very careful on the stairs they are extremely slick, my daughter slipped and fell hard, bruising herself pretty good. The blinds in the home could use some work too. They are extremely difficult to pull down, main level bedroom blinds often stuck and came crashing down when we tried adjusting them.The cleanliness of the home was a bit of a problem too. There was human hair everywhere. The shower, the floor, window sills and kitchen. The home could use a really good deep cleaning. The best things about the home is the fantastic view and the location. Which makes our stay so mixed. The view and location are incredible. We watched the waves and surfers from the sunroom eve

Great view but slightly disappointing space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description of this rental was inaccurate. There was only 1 king bed, 1 queen and a twin trundle and pull out couch. This combo was not ideal for our party of 4 separate adults. The one full bathroom was also very cramped and not very accessible for getting small kids cleaned up. Views and amenities were great however.

perfect beach getaway
