The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Let us introduce you to your temporary home! Park up under the covered driveway and check out your new digs. The beautiful exterior is charming and features a large manicured front lawn. The backyard is even larger with tons of open green space and a patio area with seating to enjoy the beautiful Texas weather.

Heading inside, you’ll notice the home is completely remodeled from top to bottom. It really has that WOW factor and you’ll be impressed by the beautiful finishes in this modern yet luxe open-concept home. The contemporary interior design is inviting, with vibrant pops of color and quirkiness in the furniture and décor to spice things up.

The living room exudes warmth and invites you to relax on the comfy couches. It’s a cozy spot to sit, chill, plan, laugh, or watch TV together amidst a beautifully accessorized space. The room itself is a work of art! Speaking of art, you’ll have your very own huge cinema room with amazing movie posters on the wall, movie theater style seating, and a foosball table. It’s a perfect lounge area to hang out in and enjoy some time as a group.

While you’re watching a movie, you’ll need to pop some popcorn so head on into your stunning kitchen. With classy gleaming counter tops with an amazing back splash, tons of beautiful cupboards, and stainless-steel appliances, you’ll feel like you’re in a kitchen straight out of a magazine. Cooking in here will be a real treat as it’s fully equipped with everything you might need! There is also a dining area providing a great spot for you to enjoy your meals, whether you whipped up your own meal or got some takeout from our amazing local restaurants.

You’ll have more than enough room for a large group to spread out comfortably. The 6 bedrooms are spacious and outfitted with top of the line furniture and lavish bedding and linens. Getting a relaxing night’s rest will be no problem! The home also contains 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The designer bathrooms are exquisitely remodeled with modern finishes. They are clean and promote a calming atmosphere.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in one of the best neighborhoods in East Dallas. For your convenience, we are just 20 minutes away from downtown Dallas Main Street and 30 minutes from DFW airport. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower — it looks especially spectacular at night!

Closer to your temporary neighborhood, you’ll be just 18 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 27 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (24 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. Additionally, there are tons of golf courses, shopping centers, and parks nearby.

If you’re looking to spend some time outdoors, there’s no shortage of parks and trails around the area. And just a 13-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. You’ll easily find something that appeals to every member of your group!

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 495682 issued by the City of Dallas.



★ CINEMA ROOM ★

Please note that our cinema room perfectly functions as a bedroom, equipped with a plush sofa. And for those multitaskers, you can now sleep and have your movie too!



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
