Guest Access:
The home is located on Eastside Avenue, but entry is through the back via Alton Avenue, where the driveway is located. You’ll see a clearly marked sign indicating which driveway belongs to our home. Please note that the driveway is shared with the downstairs unit, so we kindly ask that you park considerately and avoid blocking the neighbor’s vehicle.

The Neighborhood:
Your stay is in the heart of East Dallas, a lively area that blends charm, nature, and city life. Just minutes away you’ll find White Rock Lake—perfect for walking, biking, sailing, or picnics—and the stunning Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden, a must-see with its seasonal displays and family-friendly events. Fairway Park is minutes away.

The neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets and historic character, giving it a welcoming, small-town feel while still being close to all that Dallas has to offer. Food lovers will enjoy the local dining scene, from casual brunch spots like Garden Café to trendy eateries and international flavors all around East Dallas.

- PET-FRIENDLY STAY -
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow up to 2 house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. The Pet Fee is $150 per pet per stay before fees and taxes.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -
Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.

- ENTERTAINMENT -
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.

- SMOKING -
No smoking inside the property

The landscapers go out once per week to work on the property.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For safety purposes, we have two cameras installed. One above the front door and another one facing the driveway. This will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house to keep your privacy.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit, and it will be non-refundable.

This home features a garden and is located in a suburban area. Although our pest control team services the property regularly, occasional encounters with outdoor insects or wildlife may occur, which is normal in residential neighborhoods in Texas.
