encimeras de granito. La casa tiene A / C en todas partes y un segundo baño en el dormitorio principal. El segundo baño tiene una puerta que da a la zona de la piscina para un fácil acceso. Esta encantadora casa de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en un gran terreno con césped grande, hermosa piscina y vista parcial del océano. Grandes puertas francesas permiten la brisa. Cocina totalmente equipada, Wi-Fi gratis, televisión de pantalla plana y una encantadora decoración mexicana. El segundo dormitorio se puede hacer como una cama king o dos camas individuales. La otra habitación es una nueva cama king. La playa está justo fuera de su puerta trasera y por el callejón de acceso.

Tenemos una oficina central en Abbey del Sol justo al otro lado de la calle de Casa Anita. Nuestro gerente de habla inglesa puede ayudarlo a tener las vacaciones perfectas. Podemos ayudar a organizar visitas y excursiones individualizados.

Location was great. A block from the beach and a quick bicycle ride into town. Everything within walking distance. Very quiet. Beautiful gardens. Best part was the private swimming pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Property manager responded immediately to requests or questions.

Perfect two bedroom with Private Pool

Property is beautiful. Grounds are well maintained and pool was sparkling clean. One block from the beach in a quiet and very safe area. Kitchen is well equiped. Management company are great to work with.

Cute House in Puerto Morelos

This house was perfect for our family of four. The house was well equipped, and the pool was fantastic. It was a long walk to downtown, but we enjoyed it. We highly recommend this place for those visiting Puerto Morelos.

Perfecto!

The house is perfect, clean, everything you need, privacy and secure. Kids loved the pool. Beach clubs Unico and Dive(?) very close and walkable. As is Dive with Ruben. Easy check in, perfect communication. I would recommend this home and any rental through Abbey Del Sol.

Casa Anita es muy bonita!

We loved our stay at Casa Anita! The house is everything described and more! The pool and yard are beautiful and well cared for. The location is on a quiet street, just on block from the beach. There are a couple of beach clubs right there where you can rent chairs with umbrellas for around 250 pesos or 14-15 USD. We also loved being just a short walk or bike ride to so many eateries! We will be back for sure!

A Great family vacation

We loved everything about it. A great family getaway. I’d have no hesitation recommending this to family and friends. The property was like a self-contained paradise. It was well kept and just so beautiful. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed (including a well equipped kitchen). It was a short walk to the beach that gave you a feel of what it would be like to live there. We absolutely loved it. The team at Abby del Sol was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience. We will miss this place. 💛

Fun in the Sun at Casa Anita

The unit, pool, and grounds were spotless being maintained several times a week. We really enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach a block away. It was a real treat to be warm and enjoy having breakfast outside daily. Jin and the staff were terrific! They arranged several tours for our group and made the transportation easy. We would highly recommend Abbey del Sol to everyone!

Wonderful Stay

The property was well maintained, the house was spacious (could easily fit two couples), the kitchen was well stocked with appliances/gadgets, and the pool was perfect. We used the bikes to get into town or did the easy15 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the grocery store. The location is at the far end of town so it’s quiet and feels safe. We booked our airport transportation through Abbey del Sol so that made it easy when we showed up. They also gave us suggestions on cenote tours and helped set up the taxi ride to Zapote Cenote. We had a great time!

Just Okay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A couple of good things. We loved the location and the staff was pleasant. I don't know if was just an off week for them but when we arrived there was a skillet on the stove with grease and pieces of bacon in it. Don't how long that has been sitting there. We turned on the air-condition in the master bedroom it didn't work moved to the second bedroom, they got it fixed but then water poured out covering the floor. Turned the light on in the kitchen it didn't work.I took a light out of lamp and put it in so we could have a light. Got a DVD from their office and found out the player wasn't hooked up to the television and when we got it working the DVD wouldn't play because it said, "not for this region." You only get five gallons of water for your stay after that you have to purchase it. I went in the morning and order another five gallon at 4:30 it hadn't come so I went back over and they had forgotten. We did get it and later that night someone came and apologize. I could tell you more but I think you get the picture. It is the little things that makes a property a good or great.

2nd time and still our favorite!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We first stayed at Casa Anita back in 2021 and loved it. We decided to return this year and I’m happy to say it is still as wonderful as our first time. The staff at Abbey (especially Mary) are just so friendly and are there to help with anything. The housekeeping staff take extra special time before your visit to make sure the house is clean and welcoming with beautiful towel art with florals from the garden. Even the garden staff keep the grounds in pristine shape. The beds are comfortable, the A/C works excellent and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. They even start you off with some coffee. The bedrooms are nice a big and having 2 bathrooms is a nice treat. The star of the house is the pool and one of the reasons we love this place. It’s perfect size and not just a plunge pool. It will definitely keep you cooled off on the hot days. Also, Puerto Morelos is our favorite town in Mexico and we really enjoyed all the new restaurants that have opened up since our last visit. We hope to come back soon.

The property was beautiful with great views. The office was across the street and was verry helpful with information about local culture and also booking transportation and tours. It was also really nice to have bicycles to zip into town or just to ride a few blocks down to the coffee shops and restaurants.

Perfection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This perfectly cozy home is ideally situated a just a few blocks from the beach and a 5 minute bike ride from town. The place was clean and beds were comfortable (although I must say the pillows were too lofty for our liking). Very quiet neighborhood with the rental agency just right across the street who were ready to answer questions and refill our drinking water supply daily. This was a perfect laid back location for us, although if you want more action it's minutes away. We usually spent the mornings by the pool, then used one of 2 nearby public access points and enjoyed the beach. We did not find it necessary to pay for space at the beach. The private beach clubs are all just the sands closest to the resort/club, but all sand in front of that is up for grabs. The house came with beach towels, bags and chairs. All just couldn't be easier.Oh my goodness, don't get me started on the restaurants! From the least expensive (Blue Morelos) to our nicest place (La Sarina) to everything in between we were not disappointed. Such hospitality everywhere. We purchased breakfast/lunch items at Super Chedraus which is a very nice store, but no bargains there.My only tip would be if us US dollars, do your own conversion. If you leave it up to them it won't work in your favor! We used mostly credit cards and some dollars. It's handy to have some pesos on hand for purchasing goodies on the beach from the respectful people selling their wears. My favorite was the fresh cut mango and homemade empanadas.We felt 100% safe our entire stay in Puerto Morelos. There is definitely a laid back vibe in this town. We look forward to coming back!

Family Holiday Dream Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second visit to PM, the first being in 2012. Both times, I booked through Abbey del Sol. I can highly recommend their properties and staff. Casa Anita is a beautiful property. It is very clean and well-maintained. Its large yard filled with colourful birds, a giant ceiba tree and gorgeous, landscaped garden is a delight to relax in. The pool is clean and the perfect size for our family of four (kids 11 and 14 years) to enjoy daily. If we didn't feel like the pool, with a short 5 minute walk from the house, the Caribbean Sea. The home comes with foldable chairs and beach bags to use while you are visiting. Casa Anita is tastefully decorated, spacious and comes with a well-appointed kitchen if you choose to self-cater your stay. Clean drinking water is provided as needed at no additional cost. Beds were comfortable and each room has a fan and air conditioning. The Abbey del Sol staff are fantastic. They are immediately responsive, easily accessible, friendly and offer local information to enhance your stay. We were able to fully relax at Casa Anita, feeling peaceful, safe and well looked after while at the same time able to have our own space and privacy. We loved having access to the bikes to explore town, and did so daily. With easy access to the grocery store in town, as well as countless dining options both in PM port-side and La Colonia (an easy 10 minute taxi ride from Casa Anita), you truly have everything you need to enjoy all that this beautiful area of Mexico offers. We made some great family memories here.

Love Casa Anita!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently spent 16 days at Casa Anita. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. The kitchen, dining and living space is not large but quite usable for 2 people. And we absolutely love the outdoor space. The pool, pool deck, and side yard are just a wonderful area to hang out in. The house is well maintained, the yard and pool cleaned every 2-3 days. The Abbey Del Sol staff are just across the street and so helpful. The house is in a quiet area of town with just a 1 block walk to the nearest beach club and about 6-8 block walk to get to most restaurants. This year there was a stray cat who has been hanging around the house for the past few months and we were happy to continue feeding her and have her be part of our vacation experience!

Bikes were an added bonus and provided quick access to town for grocery shopping or dinner. Casa Anita was extremely clean in all the nooks and crannies - impressive for such a large space!
