Great cottage in a perfect location

My husband, toddler, and I have stayed at this property for 3 summers in a row and love it. The location can’t be beat, and it’s a perfect house for a small family. Phyllis is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach Cottage

Beautiful beach cottage house that is perfect for a family of four (two younger children). The house has everything you need and it’s in a quiet family oriented section of LBI. The owner is very responsive should you need anything and super nice. Highly recommend!

Great Stay for Second Year

This is a perfect beach house for a family with a small child. We’ve stayed in this house for two years in a row and have had a great experience each time. The location is super close to the beach and cannot be beat. The house itself is adorable with nice outdoor areas. Phyllis is also very responsive. Highly recommend!

Clean and cozy updated cottage steps from the beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this clean and updated 2-bedroom cottage! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the updated utilities made the stay more pleasant after long days at the beach. We like the Brant Beach area. This house sits on a short road that doesn't connect to the boulevard resulting in less traffic. We also enjoyed the back deck and long driveway with added privacy from the street. Several good spots to each and shop are also in walking distance.

Great location!

We enjoyed our recent stay. Being so close to the beach was great for our family. The appliances were new and the outdoor shower was great. Having our own driveway was also a bonus. Phyllis checked in with us during our stay to assure all was going well, which was appreciated. The only issue we had was the house was a bit dusty and had some ant issues in the bathroom and back room. Having a hose access would be a nice addition as well but not a deal breaker.

Beach Cottage with bunnies - close to all, ideal for small kids

My husband and 2 young boys had an amazing stay! The cottage is adorable and well maintained. It is small but fine for our family - we were mostly at the beach and out doing things anyway. It even has a backyard with bunnies! Close to the beach and attractions like Waterpark and amusement park and the bay which has a playground and calmer swimming for the little ones. Also near the supermarket and Wawa. Cute ice cream shops and cafe within walking distance. Except for Friday night it was peacefully quiet. Overall the perfect beach vacation spot for a family with small kids or even a couple who wants to relax! Phyllis was a perfect host - responsive and attentive. We plan to stay here again next year!

Vacation at the shore

We’re so glad that we chose to rent this home for our Vacation. It’s always concerning renting without having the opportunity to review it in person. Well I can honestly say that it was exactly as advertised! Clean, comfortable and “cozy”. For two people or a young couple with little ones it would be perfect! A short walk to the beach, so returning for breaks during the day are very convenient. The beach itself is pristine and I strongly recommend walking up to experience a sunrise. It’s breathtaking! Thank you Phyllis for the hospitality and checking in on us! Best vacation in a very long time!

Cute Cozy Cottage Close to Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the cottage is very cozy and perfect for two adults. The property was renovated but much of its original charm was retained. Entrance to the beach is about 100 feet away. Property owner was very responsive and welcoming. We rented the week after Labor Day — quiet and although some of the local businesses and restaurants were closed for the season many were still open. We would rent here again.

This beautiful little cottage was perfect for my wife, son and me. Check in process was seamless, Phyllis was super responsive and helpful. Location is perfect: just off the beach and center-island so we had the entire island available to us.

Great cozy spot in LBI... Amazing Location

My family ( two adults and my 13 year old daughter) spent last week here. ( July 2022) and we had an amazing time. The house is cozy.. and perfectly located. This was my first time spending a week in LBI and it was amazing. Phylis was responsive and very sweet. Cute deck and back yard with a great outdoor shower. Smaller home but everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. The house was so close we would walk up and night just to watch the waves. Thank you Phylis!

This is a beautiful little house in a great location that’s very close to the beach. It was the perfect place for my husband, infant daughter, and I to stay. The house was exactly as shown in the listing with nice upgrades. The owner was very responsive to a small issue we had at the beginning of our stay. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable Location

Basically half a block or less from the beach. My wife and I stayed with our toddler (18 mos) and it made it so easy for us to go back and forth to the beach. The house is comfortable, clean, and had all the basics including beach chairs and passes. The outdoor shower makes beach cleanup easy. The bedroom with the bunk beds was tight, but had just enough room for us to fit the pack & play crib. Phyllis was very responsive and provided helpful info. You need to bring your own towels, sheets, and blanket, which i didn't see advertised in the listing, but be forewarned, it's typical for Jersey Shore rentals. And the kitchen didn't have spices or oils or anything that often are available in rentals either left by owners or other guests so if you plan on cooking just be prepared to byo. Overall would definitely recomend, especially if your looking for proximity to the beach.

Cute house with great location

Quick access to a not crowded beach! Two ice cream places within a block. Perfect to lay low for a week. Phyllis was quick to respond for the most part. Little miscommunication about the check in process but that was cleared up. Kitchen was adequate for meal prep but could use a few more utensils and cookware.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The home is tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Lovely Beach Cottage for a Family of 4

My family and I (myself, husband & two kids - age 8 & 11) had a wonderful two-week stay at this lovely home. It is on a quiet block two houses in from the beach - it also has a great grassy backyard. The house is compact, but super cozy and was very clean and tastefully decorated. Within walking distance to the Custard Hut and Island Market. The owner is wonderful and easy going - check in/out was simple. Smart TV in living room - was very convenient to watch movies from our Netflix and Prime accounts.

First time renting and it was a good experience. It’ a perfect quaint house for exactly 4 people.

House was cute. I do feel for the money I spent for the entire week there definitely could have been better amenities. There is only one tv in the living room. A second one maybe in the master would have been nice especially if you have kids. There is only basic cable if that. A lot of channels weren’t even available, so watching tv at night was difficult. If it wasn’t for my sons PS4 we wouldn’t have had anything to watch. (We connected to our nextflix and other accounts through it.) I also feel the house could have been a little cleaner. Dust on floors and windows smudges. It annoyed me so much I picked up the windex and cleaned it myself. I do know there’s a cleaning fee in the process. The house should be spotless for the next family. think you need to look into that because they’re not doing the best job. Other than that, location is great. Communication was good. Phyllis got back to me in a timely matter and was friendly and accommodating. The beach is right at the end of the block just a few feet away. Quick drive to any of the local restaurants. Overall had a wonderful week with my boys.
