Boasting beautiful scenery and easy access to ski resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. This condo promises the Colorado getaway you've been craving. The property, nestled in the Marina Place complex, provides resort-style amenities such as a brand new indoor pool and hot tub. Many local activities such as farmers markets, community amphitheater, walking trails, parks, and so much more!



Take in the beauty of Dillon at this condo, perfect for small families or friend groups looking for the relaxing mountain retreat. There is a private furnished deck with a gas grill to enjoy the perfect lake views from the condo. This beautiful mountain condo has new owners that just renovated with new flooring/carpets, as well as new furniture. This unit is equipped with 3 flat screen cable TVs, a gas fireplace, and washer and dryer in unit. Two designated, covered parking spots. Some steps are required to access this unit.

Great location, great views, we will definitely return to this condo

Title says it all, this was one of the best properties we have stayed in in Summit county. We will definitely stay there again. Rooms were beautiful, view amazing, location in the center of everything. A win all the way around.

Beautiful view of the lake.

It was great for a quick fishing adventure with Big Ed's Fishing. Very close and convenient walk to the marina. It was a great time in a perfect place.

Great location and view of lake! The condo was stocked with everything we would need along with the kitchen for cooking. It made for a lovely get away with friends.

Wonderful Vacation Property!

We had a great time. Skied while we were there. Easy access to slopes. Was great to have a shirt walk to hot tub and pool after skiing. Place has great views of mountains and lake. Quiet property and great layout.

Perfect location

Well kept and spacious for a family of 4. Pool and hot tub a few short steps away was a great perk. View from condo living room was amazing and trail access within steps of front door was a bonus! Highly reccommend this property.

The location was perfect and the view was great!! It was difficult to understand the directions to the unit in the check-in email. We had to walk around the building twice to find the entrance. Everything else about the property was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Family Ski Trip

The property was perfect, very clean and very well-stocked. Our family of 4 enjoyed the location, with easy access to both Keystone and Breckenridge for skiing. The condo had plenty of room for all of us, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is great, off the busy road but very quick access throughout the area. Thanks for having us!

Lovely property. Great views. Beds awesome. Great location to walk to everything. Finding it and the parking a bit confusing because of construction going on. Numerous stairs up and down to get to unit.

5-star family get away

Beautiful property in an amazing area. We spent the week riding bikes around the reservoir, kayaking and visiting local restaurants. Property was excellent! Very clean and well-kept and stocked. We needed the water temperature increased, and management was quick to respond and meet our needs. Thank you! We will certainly look to book again next summer!

Exceeded my expectations. Very well kept. The community hot tub/pool/sauna was a nice amenity after a long day of riding. Only complaints are the small master bedroom shower and my Tahoe with ski rack was too tall to fit under the covered parking.

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was incredibly clean and in really well stockedI can't say enough good things about this property. It was incredibly clean and really well stocked With all the things you could possibly need. It had a gorgeous view of the lake in the mountains. Communications with the rental company were right on and and they were very responsive. We would absolutely stay in the same unit again.

Nice little place to bike and walk from.

Was clean and convenient to the Dillon neighborhoods. A bit convoluted to get into the unit (up, up, down, up) with many corners, but provided a 2 car deep covered parking. The notebook in the unit contradicts the policies sent via the emails from the rental company, so can be a bit confusing.

Nice place and close to Marina

We enjoyed our stay here! It was close to the marina and the amphitheater for our concert. The glasses were not clean so we had to reload them all into the dishwasher. The only other thing was I felt like it did not get cool in the condo even when tuning the AC down, we discovered upon check out even though the fireplace was turned off, it was still heating and the glass was hot to the touch. This would not keep us from staying again as it was a lovely place.

Apt was nice, amenities... not so much

The apt/condo itself was great, well-kept, and lived up to our high expectations. However, hot tub/sauna/pool did not. The hot tubs/pools of the neighboring units were broken so everyone from those units came over to our unit's hot tub. On top of that, the temperature gauges on the sauna and hot tub were broken, so neither of them were working properly. Otherwise, awesome property and great stay!

Fantastic location!

Absolutely loved this location! It was within walking distance of everything you could possibly need in Dillon. The ampitheater, the marina and restaurants all just a few minutes away. The patio overlooks Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains and is just stunning! The hosts were fantastic. We will definitley be back!

Great Place!

My family of 4 enjoyed staying at this property. Great location and would love to check it out in the summer. Pool and hot tub very close the condo which made it ultra convenient. Parking garage was a little tight but was able to park my Suburban with ski rack on without any problems. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in an awesome location.

Sailboat Serenity

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here in Dillon. The hosts we gracious enough to leave us flowers, champagne and 2 towels made into swans on the beds, very romantic. We loved this charming little condo. Its a Close walk to everything, like the marina, bike trails, parks, music ampli theatre, farmers market, restaurants. The views are spectacular, exceptionally off the private balcony. I loved watching the Sailboats. Very Serene and calming. We had a great time and the condo worked out perfect for our little getaway.
