With walkable access to concerts, lake activities, and year-round events, this inviting mountain condo offers an unbeatable location for both relaxation and adventure.
Inside, the cozy living area features a fireplace and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day outdoors. The condo sleeps up to six guests, with a king bedroom and a second bedroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds—ideal for families or groups. Two full bathrooms provide added comfort and convenience during your stay.
Guests enjoy access to the community pool, hot tub, fire pit, fitness room, and grills, along with parking for two vehicles in the lot. • You must display parking passes in your vehicles at all times. We are not responsible for parking violations.
• Please note that the laundry facilities are located in the basements of buildings A and C.
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
• $100 for lost or damaged parking pass.
• The community amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance.
• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
