Enjoy this newly renovated Cape Cod home just a minute from Cape Cod Canal! Skip the rest of the Cape Cod traffic and pull right into this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1.5 kitchen home on the backroads to the Bourne Bridge. Take a morning stroll on the Cape Cod Canal, grab breakfast at The Corner Cafe or The Daily Brew, lunch sandwiches at Grey Gables Market, spend the day at Monument Beach and the night by the fire, cooking out on the grill.

Extra Amenities: Pack n Play & stroller available upon request!

This home boasts brand new flooring, bathrooms and kitchen. Laundry on the first floor, and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. New gated deck with view of spacious backyard and firepit. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

PARKING: There is enough room for 3-4 cars to park at the property in the driveway, by backing in to the spots for easy departure. We recommend consolidating vehicles for your trip, or shuttling each other from nearby parking lots, including the Grey Hound bus station, if needed. Parking on the main road or in the back neighbor's driveway is not permitted and vehicles may be towed at owner's expense.

Local attractions: Beautiful town beaches including Monument Beach just minutes away,15 minutes to North Falmouth's beautiful Old Silver beach and Megansett Beach. Restaurants including The Chart Room, The Lobster Trap, The Courtyard, Bucatino Restaurant and Wine Bar, and many more right around the corner in Bourne, Falmouth and Sandwich. Shining Sea Bike Path from North Falmouth to Woods Hole with bike rental near the North Falmouth entrance.

Clean, comfortable, spacious

Our family (2 adults, 6 yo and 2 yo) and our friend's family (2 adults, 1 yo) had a great time. This place is super clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Backyard is spacious with a fire pit and large propane grill. Our host even supplied us with everything we needed for smores! Central AC, W/D on both floors. Supermarket, CVS, and other needs were within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

The property was well maintained and exactly as advertised. We had a family of seven adults and one 2 year old and had plenty of space for everyone. The house keeping is excellent. The property manager was excellent. We can't wait to go back next year.

Relaxing Weekend on the Cape

We had an amazing time on the Cape. The house was very spacious with a large backyard equipped with a large deck, fire pit and outdoor games. There were even supplies for s’mores provided for us, ours kids loved it! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Spacious house and good location

The Goods: It's a spacious house for a big group. Location is very good just across the bridge so driving from Boston is not too long Very clean Great backyard with grill and fire pit The Bad: The queen bed was very uncomfortable and I couldn't really sleep well. The other beds were ok not great. The kitchenware is limited but sufficient. Suggestion to other customers: If you're looking for a beach don't go to Onset beach despite it's good reviews it was not great. There were black stuff in the sand and many tadpoles and little crabs The silver beach is great but very small with limited parking Woodneck was better

County Road

We’re from La, came to bring our son to Mass Maritime Academy. In the midst of our stay Hurricane Ida hit our home state. Brittney was so sweet and accommodating we ended up staying two extra days. The cottage was beautiful and felt like home. Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanks again Brittney!!!

Loved the place!

We loved the place! So much space, both inside and out. We enjoyed the grill, firepit and large deck. The kids had a great time playing in the open living room/common area as well. The six of us (two families) had plenty of space and didn't feel on top of each other with one bedroom/bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms/one bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked as well!! We could have been happier..it honestly made the vacation for us with small children! Brittney was excellent as well..quick to respond via text or phone. We would definitely stay again!

Good Location and Amenities

This property is in a goos location for exploring Cape Cod. Our teen son enjoyed having the entire top floor to himself. The house is in great shape and set up nicely for rentals. Some additional furniture in the master bedroom would be good. The house is also located on a fairly busy road. The yard is quite big and great for kids and adults to run around. A good time was had by all!

Peaceful and perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brittney's property! It was peaceful and serene. The home had all the amenities we needed and things we didn't even expect. Brittney is a wonderful host and keeps her home fully stocked. The location was also perfect because we were able to do so many things within an hour radius or less, like Boston, Newport mansions, Hyannis, tip of the Cape, and Martha's Vineyard. Plus, her home is a short drive to Monument Beach. When we are visiting the Cape again, her home will be our top choice.

Lovely home

We had a great visit! Brittney was an attentive host. The house was clean and had all the amenities. We especially liked the fire pit with s’mores accessories provided:). We would recommend and would stay again if we come back to the Cape!

You’ll want to come back!

We are so glad we rented this house! My boys and I felt so at home here and enjoyed our stay immensely. The boys are already asking when we are going back! The house looks newly renovated and is clean and spacious. The large backyard was great for playing frisbee and there was a nice deck and fire pit. There is a beach less than five minutes away but we really enjoyed Old Silver Beach which is only 15 minutes away. We went at 7 pm and swam and watched the sunset which was amazing. If you have kids there is an arcade in town (Ryan’s Amusements) which had lots of games and was clean. The Lobster Trap was a great place to eat. We also took the ferry from Falmouth to Martha’s Vineyard and went to the National Seashore (Marconi Beach) and saw seals. You won’t be sorry you rented this property and Brittney was an amazing host - everything was effortless and we are longing to return! The memories our family created here are priceless. We can’t thank you enough!

Great house

The house is newly renovated and is really nice inside. It has a great private yard, fire pit, and patio. Access is great for hiking , biking , restaurants, and multiple beaches. Our family had a wonderful time there!

Amazing Stay !!!

The renting experience was great, Brittney was extremely helpful & very responsive. We including kids had great time. The property was clean & well maintained, we enjoyed green tea assortment, marshmallows, chocolates & camp fire. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting cape cod.
