Sit back and relax on the screened porch or take the short walk to the beach for afternoons of fun in the sun. If biking or walking is on your agenda, the community bike path can be picked up adjacent to the rear of the property taking your group on a great trek around the beach and out on the island. The kitchen, dining, and living room combination will have your group sharing laughter and fun throughout your visit to Edisto. Internet access and cable televisions will keep each guest entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
