The front bedroom has a king-size bed, a 43" smart TV, and private full bath with double sinks. There is also a sliding glass door allowing you to access the large balcony.

The rear bedroom is spacious and also has a king-size bed with a 43" smart TV, and private full bath.

Your kids will enjoy the private bunk room with twin bunk beds and their own smart TV. There is a 1/2-bathroom just down the hall.

Open concept living room with nine-foot ceilings and a 65” smart TV. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper if needed.

The kitchen features granite countertops with stainless appliances. A Keurig allows you to brew an entire pot or k-cups for single use. Pots, pans, dishes, Ninja blender, and more are provided for any cooking you want to do.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

There is one reserved parking space and additional parking can be found in any of the unreserved spots throughout the garage. Two parking passes are included.

Shores of Panama is a 23 story Tuscany style condominium with a massive zero entry lagoon-style pool and large hot tub. There is also a beautiful indoor heated pool and hot tub for those rainy days or when you need a break from the sun. You have access to a modern gym with updated fitness equipment. There are two tiki bars serving lunch and dinner. Beach activities and rental services are available. Wal-Mart is within walking distance for pickup or schedule a delivery. Pineapple Willy's is right next door and other restaurants are within walking distance.

The elevator situation was horrendous! Since we were only doing 3 days and there was 6 of us sometimes we waited 30 minutes to an hour. Our host was good and the condo had a smell initially but once we got some febreeze the rest of our trip was good. Would definitely not stay here again on a short trip because of the elevator situation and the garage parking is pretty awful and close quarters with a newer bigger vehicle for sure. Again not much the host can do to change this but this is my warning to future stays

I hate to hear the elevator waits and parking garage made such a short trip more difficult. During busy periods, elevator waits can unfortunately be longer, and the garage can be tight for larger vehicles. We accommodated an early check-in for your stay, and that might have had something to do with the initial odor. I appreciate you recognizing the elevators and garage are managed by the resort. Thank you for the feedback.

Great Family Vacation!

The condo was perfect for my family (4 adults and 3 kids), we had space to hang out and relax in the condo when we weren’t at the pool or beach. The pool is massive and the food at the little hut was honestly top tier. Drinks from the tiki bar were also delish and it was so nice having that all right there when vacationing with little kids. Would absolutely stay again!

Family friendly stay

Our stay here was great. The Condo was clean, and inviting. The owner was very communicative and provided all information on the property prior to check in. She even reached out to us to be sure everything went well with our arrival.

Amazing family getaway

Such a nice little place for our family to call home for a couple of weeks. The view from such a high balcony was amazing. And you felt secluded and away from all the extra noise. The host was so quick to respond and ensure we had a fabulous experience. Great recommendations for restaurants and tips around the city.

Perfect place

Great price. Bigger and nicer than expected. The location is the best. Right by Walmart, liquor store, and restaurants. Loved the on-site bar.

Thank you Aaron! We’re happy to hear that you had a wonderful trip. The elevator wait times do increase in June and July. In our experience, it has a lot to do with timing. They are the busiest around 10AM and 4PM when guests are checking in, checking out, and returning from the beach and pool. There was also one elevator blocked off for the construction crew installing our new roof, but they should be done in a couple of weeks. Thanks for staying with us!

Beautiful Property

My children and I enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing and the condo is very comfortable. Kerry was great and was able to help me with some trouble we had with parking and the check-in process. Overall, we loved it!

Our boilers were being replaced on the roof and the construction crew blocked off the top level of the parking deck causing a shortage in available parking spots. Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s was right one the beach, too! It did get pretty loud outside Friday and Saturday nights but you don’t hear anything either the sliding doors closed. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice clean condo

My only complaint would be the slow elevators at this location. BUT the condo was perfect for my family. Great location! And the owner, Kerry, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Thanks for the feedback Ruby. Unfortunately, there was a storm that blew rain in on the windows after the unit was cleaned. I can have these types of issues addressed quickly if something doesn’t meet your expectations. The rude resort employees are a known issue and our HOA management is taking steps to address it. They’re starting staff training this month.

Condo was clean and decorated very nicely.

I really love this condo. It was very clean and the beds slept amazingly. Nice big televisions to enjoy the game, very pretty decor (very beachy) and everything was up to date. The owner was easy to reach and checked to make sure we got checked in. The only drawback was the long wait for an elevator but we managed. Overall I really enjoyed this condo it was perfect for my family.

Perfection

We decided last minute to make a trip and the location, property, space more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was easy. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. The balcony view was our favorite. The room was nicely clean and had basic essentials. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous Friends & Memories

When we arrived at the condo, it was simply incredible. The view overlooking the ocean was stunning. The room(s) were perfect for me and my friends. We had tons of fun, and the owner was kind and courteous. She made sure we had everything we needed and/or wanted. It was very much appreciated.

35th Anniversary Celebration

Bringing the whole family together to celebrate our anniversary was our dream. Everything was wonderful and the property owner responded quickly to our communication messaging. The property elevators were slow due to amount of people staying at the resort, but everyone took that as a minor inconvenience for a beautiful resort. Security was excellent and resort staff were friendly. We would recommend staying here if you have extended family gathering in Panama Beach area.

Quick short stay

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral. This unit served our needs perfectly. The beds were extremely comfortable. All questions were quickly answered. Check-in was simple. We did not use any amenities due to our trip and the weather. But, the view of the ocean was beautiful.

Perfect beach get away

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. It is directly on the beach and with in walking distance or just a short drive to restaurants and stores. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking your favorite meal. It has a large balcony that faces the water and over looks the resort pool. The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The resort provides good parking, easy check in and good security. I will be keeping this condo bookmarked for future vacations.

The most gorgeous sunsets

Enjoyed the sunsets and beautiful beach from the balcony. The unit was in the perfect location. My only concern was that it seamed like the cleaning was not completed. Floors, counters and sinks were dirty. Furniture had gross food dried up in various furniture pieces. We did some semi deep cleaning before we unpacked and enjoyed our stay!

This is a cute small condo that was perfect for 2 couples and a baby. Had bare essentials for a week's stay so bring extra blankets, towels, trash bags, etc if you need them. The location is perfect to walk to eat and drink. The beach was beautiful, pool super nice. There are beach chairs available to rent on a daily basis, no discount for weekly rental. Tip: Pick up a Pineapple Willies cup right next door and you get refills for $10.00! We walked there for dinner and drinks a few times, no need to drive. All in all a great beach stay.
